If this was any other time, Yun Xuan would be dazed for at least a whole minute. 

However, her son's life was on the line this time. Her first reaction was to call an ambulance.Just as rapidly as he jumped into the pool, Lin came out, holding the little boy. He had passed out, probably because water got into his airway and because of shock.

 Lin Ye lay him on his back and pressed down on his chest with his fingers.Rescuing a toddler from drowning was much harder than if it was an adult. He had to go to hospital even if Lin Ye gave him CPR, and that was why Yun Xuan's whole body was shaking.

"Why is the ambulance not here yet?"

While in Country G, she had heard many stories about accidental deaths when children fell into swimming pools, ponds and fountains. It could take as little as a minute…

The door to the emergency room opened.

Yun Xuan shot towards the doctor. "How is he?"

The doctor closed the door behind him and faced the anxious pair. "He is out of danger; you will be able to see him in a few minutes. But let's have a word in my office."

"Y-y-es." All Yun Xuan needed to hear was that her son was fine.The doctor went to his office and Yun Xuan stumbled after, Lin Ye holding her before she missed a step.

In the office, the doctor looked extremely angry. "You are careless parents. How can you have a swimming pool in your home when your child is this young? It's okay to have a swimming pool. She turned to look at him then shook the thought out. She had other things to take care of first.

"Xuanxuan, are you okay? I heard what happened." Xia Rou asked and checked Yun Xuan all over.

Lin Lihua who had followed Xia Rou looked worried too. "Xuanxuan, what happened?"

Yun Xuan didn't understand why they were checking her over and over.

"It's okay. Lin Ye rescued him on time. I'll be able to see him in a few minutes."

Lin Lihua finally understood the situation. "It's little Feng that is hurt?"

She was talking about business at home with Xia Rou when one of the bodyguards in charge of Yun Xuan's safety called and said that they had seen an ambulance rush in and out of Lin Ye's villa. Lin Lihua's eyebrows arched upwards as she watched his disappearing back. She looked back at Yun Xuan who was expressionless. "Since when can Lin Ye walk? And from what I saw just now, he didn't feel around or knock into anything. He can see as well?"

Yun Xuan let out a sigh and smiled slightly. Her expression was What looked like a mashup of disbelief and shock. "Who am I to ask? I thought he was blind until I saw him dive into the pool."

When Lin Lihua heard her response, she didn't know what to say about it. From how Yun Xuan sounded, there could only be two possibilities.

Either Lin Ye had regained his eyesight and ability to walk and hadn't mentioned it, or he suddenly regained both when Yun Feng was in danger.

The second possibility sounded like something straight out of a crazy fantasy, so Lin Lihua chose to believe the first.

Or the third possibility that suddenly surfaced in her mind… that he was not ever blind to begin with.
