Patting her back, Lin Ye was worried about what her reaction would be once she found out the truth. 

"What are you going to do now, find the real culprit and sue them?" He asked as though he was just casually wondering what her next step would be. 

Yun Xuan furrowed her eyebrows. "Are you kidding me? Maybe I should find them and invite them for a meal." She paused thinking that she probably sounded strange. "I know it sounds heartless of me to say such a thing but seriously, that man had me hold my heart in my hands. I was always in fear. As long as he's gone, I don't care how he left. As for my mother, I'll leave everything to fate. I'm not going to beg her to believe me." 

Hearing this, Lin Ye secretly sighed in relief. He could tell from her tone that she was not just saying this because she was angry. 

This meant she may not be mad at him if she ever found out. 

Although she was no longer feeling as sad as she was when she came to Lin Ye's villa, Yun Xuan continued resting her head on Lin Ye's shoulder with no intention of leaving. 

It was so comfortable and felt so safe that she didn't seem to mind that she might make him misunderstand. 

What was there to misunderstand anyway? 

Lin Ye didn't say anything for her to sit up either. On the contrary, his hand snaked around her back and held her waist. He was nervous at first, but when she didn't push his hand away or say anything against it, he gradually relaxed and pulled her to cover the tiny distance left between them.

The awfully familiar voice jolted Yun Xuan and she took a good look. 

Tyler?! Why was it him?

Not only that, his son was also with him. He must have brought the boy to hospital. 

Not wanting to waste her breath on unimportant people, she held onto Lin Ye's wheelchair and started wheeling away. 

"Tsk. I thought you had left me for a reasonable man. Turns out you ended up with a blind cripple." 

She knew that he was doing it on purpose, but his words stung her heart. "I dare you to say that again!" 

The man huffed smugly, his lips curling into a sinister smirk. "Why, of course. I thought you had left me for a reasonable man. Turns out you ended up with a blind cripple. " 

He enunciated every syllable clearly, purposefully emphasizing the last two words. 

He was even happier when he saw how angry Yun Xuan looked. "What's up, huh? Is it a lie? You look like you could detonate." 

Yun Xuan had a stomachful of anger but in the end, her gaze landed on the little boy who was sizing her up curiously. "I'm not angry. I'm just sympathetic." She sized up the young lad. "He's too pitiful to have a father like you." 

She wanted to say more, but Lin Ye reached to hold her hand and her anger dissipated. 

At this moment... 

The young lad next to Tyler finally spoke up. "Papa, why does this aunty feel so familiar? Especially her eyes..." 

Yun Xuan didn't think much of his question. Children often had a strong intuition, and she once almost became his mother. Wrong. She actually became his mother but they just didn't get to meet. He was looking forward to meeting her and had seen many photos of her, so she didn't think it strange that he found her eyes familiar. 

Tyler's response, however, was something else. 

"She is your little brother's mother. Of course you would find her familiar." 

Yun Xuan's hands that were holding the handles on Lin Ye's wheelchair froze. Her back went cold and she stopped in her tracks. He knew? How did he know?

Tyler harrumphed when he saw her like this. "Did you think you hid it too well? 

You are too naive Yun Xuan. You can hide a pregnant belly but you cannot hide a child forever." 

"Excuse me miss, mister, you are in the way. Please go somewhere else if you have something to discuss." A nurse came up to interrupt them. 

"An An, let's go for now. Don't worry; I will definitely bring your little brother, Qin Feng, home." He deliberately said the name Qin louder, reminding Yun Xuan that her son was actually a Qin. 

The man who had been silent all along spoke up, his voice laced with coldness. "You mean LIN Feng, don't you?" 

He totally disregarded the nurse's words. "I didn't know Mr. Qin had a hidden hobby of trying to take other people's sons. Get this clearly. I will definitely not spare you if you lay a finger on my son." 

Yun Xuan was stunned.

Did he just call Yun Feng his son? He even called him Lin Feng?
