I kept skipping weddings because I don't really like writing them but is there anyone who wouldn't want to 'see' what Lu Meili's wedding would look like? I would love to as well, so here goes. I hope you will like it ♡

For the following one year, many things happened.

'Dancer of the year' completed filming. After that, Lu Meili did not accept any new movies. She temporarily retreated from the entertainment industry to learn as many things as she could about Mu Enterprise.

Of course, this was necessary. She would be the CEO's wife soon. It would be weird if she couldn't make head or tail of what was going on in her own family business.

Aside from that, she spent most of her time with Mu Zhichen.

Looking at how harmonious they became in those few months, it was all worth it.

"Where has time gone? I'm already a year older than I was when I got engaged." Lu Meili sat in front of the mirror, wearing a shy smile. Lu Xian Li held a beautiful blue hairbrush in one hand, gently brushing through Lu Meili's voluminous hair.

She had cut it into half its length a year ago, it had already grown back to an inch or two below her waist. Lu Xian Li was fond of helping her brush it.

Speaking of which, the relationship between the sisters had improved significantly within a year. It was as though they never had a sour relationship to begin with. It made the rest of the family speechless.

"It's not fair." Lu Xian Li stopped what she was doing and lamented.

"What's wrong?"

"You are getting married in two days, while I haven't even had my first crush."

"Pfft." Lu Meili held a hand over her mouth and giggled. Girl, you are only twenty. What's the rush all about?"

While they were still speaking, a loud voice rang out. "Meili, get your ass out here."

Lu Meili and Lu Xian Li exchanged looks and went to take a look.

"Sis Katy, what's the fuss all about?"

Katy made a hand sign towards the door and someone walked in. "Surprise!"

Lu Meili's eyes widened. "Yue!"

Shen Yue dashed foward, and so did Lu Meili. The girls jumped into each other's embrace.

"Meili, It's been so long. You are even getting married."

Lu Meili was elated. "It would be such a shame if you didn't attend my wedding."

"How could I miss it?"

"Eer... are you sure It's time to catch up?" Katy simply had to interrupt their moment.

Shen Yue remembered the main agenda. "Right. Meili, I heard you're not having a bachelorette party."

Lu Meili shook her head with an extremely unintrested expression. "No, thank you. Zhichen and I mutually decided to skip that. He's not having a bachelor's party either."

"They are absolutely boring." Katy added disdainfully. She was so looking foward to it.

Lu Meili rolled her eyes. "When you get married, I will hold the grandest bachelorette party for you and hire the nation's best male strippers to dance with you. Not only that, I will make sure your husband enjoys a similar party."

"You meanie!" Katy had to admit she wouldn't like it.

"No one said you couldn't have a normal girls' party, right?" Shen Yue played with a lock of her brown hair.

"That... seems right." Lu Xian Li was the one who spoke first.

"What are we waiting for?" Katy grabbed Lu Meili's hand and dragged her out. They had already made arrangements and Small Xixi was waiting for them.

"Hello... I didn't agree." Lu Meili protested.

"Who cares? Your body did."

Lu Meili was speechless. Katy brought them to the limousine that was already waiting.

"We didn't tell mom that we're leaving. Wouldn't she be worried?" Lu Meili was the first to think about this.

"I bet she's too excited about becoming a mother-in-law to worry about us." Lu Xian Li said.

Well, she was right. Wan Jia was the happiest mother on earth. While Lu Meili spent the past one year getting along with Mu Zhichen, she had spent it creating the perfect drafts for the bridal and bridesmaid dresses.

This was her daughter's wedding; of course no one could possibly make a better design than hers.

She had put all of Lu Meili's likes in consideration and made a gown that would not only look beautiful on her, she would love it too.

"Honey, you need to rest. You have been going on and on about the preparation for a whole year." Lu Aotian scooped her off the the study chair and carried her towards the master bedroom.

"What are you up to?" Wan Jia was still a little startled when the man put her on the bed and came hovering over her.

"What do you think I'm doing?" He pressed his lips against hers.

Meanwhile, Katy took a blindfold. "We will be there in a few minutes."

Lu Meili jolted from the sudden darkness. "Yeah. What's that got to do with you blindfolding me?"

"It's a surprise!" Katy grinned. Of course, Lu Meili didn't see that grin because she was blindfolded but she imagined Katy's evil expression.

"If the surprise has nothing to do with naked men,..."

"Ew! Who wants to gift you naked men?" Shen Yue found the thought of it deplorable.

"We wouldn't want to ruin your marriage before it begins." Katy added. Mu Zhichen would kill her otherwise.

Lu Meili's heart settled. If they tried anything funny, she would have their heads.

"We are here." The car stopped and the girls got off, helping the blindfolded Lu Meili out.

"Those who didn't know would think you are kidnapping me." Lu Meili mumbled.

"Those who know will be certain that you cannot be kidnapped."

Lu Meili stopped trying to reason with these weird women. She blindly felt them lead her into an elevator. When the elevator arrived, they led her through a corridor. If she was not wrong, this felt like a hotel. Hotel! What were they doing?

Katy swiped the room card and opened the door.

Then she took the blindfold off Lu Meili's face.

"Surprise!"

Lu Meili kept her eyes closed and opened them a tiny bit. When she didn't see any lewd scene, she opened her eyes fully. "Wow."

It was a huge presidential suite with two huge beds.

There were many bottles of wine on the table with lots of snacks beside them. Away from the beds, the floor was covered with colorful cushions.

"Erm, what's this all about?" A sleep over would have been best at home, right?

"Having fun away from home! Tonight, we will go partying and spend the night here. Tomorrow, we will have more fun before going back home." Katy was enthusiastic.

"You guys are here. I just had everything settled." Small Xixi had just arrived.

"Xixi, you're here too." Lu Meili was just starting to wonder why she wasn't.

"I'm the maid of honor. Of course I would engage in every fun activity the bride is up to before the wedding."

"I can't drink a lot." Lu Meili considered caution first. It wouldn't be nice if she got into trouble two days before her wedding.

And so that night, the girls went to a night club.
