When he saw that she had no intention of leaving, he relaxed and slowly let go of her blouse.

He turned to take a curious look at Lin Ye with his blue eyes. His eyes seemed to ask, was this not the stranger from the last time? Why was he holding him now?

He stretched his small hand and rubbed his clear eyes, looking like he was going to cry.

However, he seemed to realize that Lin Ye meant no harm so he did not cry. Even then, he didn't stay calm for long. He started flailing his arms towards his mother within just a few seconds.

Yun Xuan was pleasantly surprised. She took him back and tickled his stomach. "You didn't cry? You are mommy's little darling. Yes you are."

He laughed while kicking his tiny legs in the air then rested his gaze on Lin Ye.

"Boss, I should head back now." Lin Ye could still feel the invisible glare in those clear eyes. It was as though he was trying to ask, so you are the man who wants to take my mommy away, huh?

Yun Xuan also knew that it was getting late. "I'll walk you to the door."

As soon as they reached the door, the boy was almost doing a happy dance. He seemed to be happy that he would have his mother all to himself now. She was getting stolen away more often lately.
