Lin Lihua sighed. She would just have to rush over and give him a piece of her mind. If not, this guy would keep bothering her at such strange times.

She walked over to the new father and daughter pair. Henry Blanc realized immediately that there was something on her mind. "Chérie, is anything the matter?"

Lin Lihua flashed a smile. "I have to rush to Country F. Could you go back home with Ruoxi for now?"

Henry Blanc was evidently curious. "We just left Country F. Why else are you going back?"

Lin Lihua did not have enough time to explain. "It's related to my brother."

Henry Blanc became even more curious. "You have a brother?"

Since he was her husband, Lin Lihua took Ruoxi to the car first then explained to him. "Little Wan was swapped at birth. You know about that, right?"

Henry Blanc only knew that Wan Jia had been missing for years and was found later. He knew this because the Lin family had explained it this way. However, it was only now that he knew how exactly she was missing.

Lin Lihua continued. "She was swapped with a boy and when he found out the truth, he left our home.

When I realized that mother actually missed him, I looked for him. However, I found out that he is not exactly what he used to be. He is quite weird so I stopped speaking to him."

Henry Blanc understood the situation. "And now he is contacting you for something?"

"He wants me to go over. I initially did not want to, but I have something to make clear to him."

"Keep yourself safe. Take some bodyguards with you." Henry Blanc said. He wanted to suggest tagging along but knowing his wife, she would obviously say no to that. He could only remind her to take bodyguards with her.

Lin Lihua chuckled. "Please. He is only a young man. What could he possibly do to me?"

"I'll be back as soon as I'm done with him. The three of you should take care of yourselves."

Before going home, Henry Blanc and Ruoxi saw her off at the airport. She had booked the next flight out.

"Ruoxi, don't miss me too much. Don't worry, mommy is not always this busy. When I come back, we will go shopping for nice clothes for you." She patted Ruoxi's head.

Ruoxi was still not used to calling someone her mother. She was still very shy around Lin Lihua. "Yes mom."

As soon as Lin Lihua arrived, she dialled the number that Xia Jing had used to contact her.

Growing up, the young man had used Xia Rou's surname and had not changed it even after leaving.

When he recieved the call, he told her an adress and told her to meet him there.

At this point, Lin Lihua was glad that she had explained the situation to Henry Blanc. For some reason, it seemed strange, as though Xia Jing was up to something troublesome.

Nonetheless, she was not going to be controlled by a young man. "Young man, I'm sending you the adress of where I am. If you do not come here within ten minutes, I will go back to Country C. Don't even think of contacting me again then."

Hearing her stern voice, he knew that she would really go back. "Wait sis! Don't go. I will be right there."

Twenty minutes later, the man arrived.

He looked like he had been beaten up by someone.

To be exact, it was as though he had been trodden by horses.

"What happened to you? You look like you have been attacked by thugs."

"Sis, I missed you." The young man tried to avoid the subject.

Lin Lihua's lips curled downwards. She took her bag. "Since you do not need me for anything..."

"Wait wait! Sis, don't go."

Lin Lihua looked down at the young man that had suddenly fallen onto his knees. "Xia Jing, I'm not your sister. You betrayed my mother. I had thought that after all these years, you had learnt your lesson and were going to apologize and reconcile with her, but I was wrong. I came here to tell you that you are no longer welcome in the Lin family; and you are no longer allowed to call me your sister."

Xia Jing laughed coldly. "Why? Is it because I did not apologize? Why should I apologize? Xia Rou never took me as a son. I was only being used as her chess piece to find her daughter. And because of that daughter, I no longer have a family."

Lin Lihua remained silent. It was exactly for this reason that she had looked for him. He had no family. Although the Lin family was not his biological family, he had lived with them for nineteen years. At least they were bound by the ties of time. However, he had changed a lot since leaving the Lin home.

There was no longer an ounce of decency on him.

"Why did you call me here?" She asked coldly.

"Because I need money. One of my kidneys experiences failure. I need to go to surgey soon."

Lin Lihua frowned. This explanation made no sense. He needed to go to surgery , but he was here looking like he had been beaten up? "How do you explain the bruises?"

The young man explained innocently, "I was beaten up because I tried to steal. I really needed the money."

Lin Lihua was not going to believe him easily. "We are going to hospital. If you truly need money for surgery, I will pay the bill. If you are lying to me, be prepared to face the consequences. Either way, you must never contact me again."
