Lin Lihua and Henry Blanc filled and signed the adoption forms fast.

"From this minute, your surname is Blanc. We are your legal parents." Henry Blanc explained.

She nodded her head and looked at Henry Blanc shyly. "F-father."

Henry Blanc rubbed her head, his heart filling with paternal love for her.

The girl did not have friends, so she had no one to say goodbye to. She had no personal belongings either, the only one being a small stuffed bear. Inside the bear was an immensely valuable pendant that had been gifted by her mother when she was younger.
