After dealing with the delusional women, Wan Jia left with Lu Aotian in tow.

"Where are we going?" She asked when she saw that he was not driving towards their home.

"The meeting." He said.

Wan Jia found herself too forgetful. It was the meeting that was held by EFW after every fashion week. The top designer had to attend it. How could she have forgotten?

How nice it would be if it was held a day or two after the fashion week. However, it had to be held at the end of that very day because they had to decide on many things related to the series they had just presented.

Lu Aotian saw her tired expression. "Are you too tired? I will attend it on your behalf."

Wan Jia immediately shook her head. "Not at all. I can handle this tiny thing." It was just a meeting. Why would she bother her husband over it?

"Then I'll go with you. I coincidentally have something to say to your CEO."

In the end, Lu Aotian and Wan Jia attended the meeting together. The other people in the conference room were thrilled to have Lu Aotian in the same meeting room as them. For such a privilege, they had to thank Wan Jia. Of course it was only because he was going to support his wife that he would personally attend such a meeting. The so called 'something to tell the CEO' was just an excuse.

Meanwhile, outside the Elite Fashion World building.

Lin Lihua parked her car and stepped out, carrying a small box of something with her. Those were the chocolates she was going to gift her little sister for the successful show. She had bought Wan Jia's favourite.

Just a few steps from her, another black car had come to a stop. A tall man with a head of slightly curly medium brown hair stepped out. His blue eyes were like a vortex, unconsciously attracting Lin Lihua to take a second look.

The man walked right up to her as though he was pleasantly surprised to see her. "Hello, you look familiar. Are you that actress who starred in "The End", Lin Lihua?"

Lin Lihua was not too surprised about people knowing her. "I am."

The man broke into a smile. "I knew I was right. I have watched all your movies; I'm your greatest fan."

His statement surprised her. It was not because she was shocked to have a male die-hard fan, it was this man's voice.

It sounded so...sweet?

His accent was different and she liked the sound of it. His skin was almost like the color of bronze. And the main point was…heavens, he was handsome! Putting his looks aside, he didn't seem to be from C Nation.

"Can I have your autograph?" he asked.

"Sure."

The man took a photo of her from his car and gave it to her to sign. Lin Lihua was speechless. So he was really a die hard fan.

"Très belle."¹ He mumbled when he took back the now signed photograph.

"What?"

"Nothing, nothing. I asked, are you waiting for someone?"

Lin Lihua's eyebrow involuntarily raised. That didn't sound like what he had just mumbled.

But she did not expose him. "I'm waiting for my sister."

"I'm waiting for someone too." He rememebred something. "Forgive my manners! My name is Henry Blanc. It's a pleasure to meet you."

Just as he said that, Wan Jia and Lu Aotian left the building.

When Wan Jia saw her sister, she rushed up to her and hugged her. "Sis!" Then she saw the man beside Lin Lihua. "Mr. Blanc, you are here too."

Henry Blanc shot them a smile. "President Lu, Mrs. Lu. My sister had me bring..." he had forgotten the present in the car. He rushed to pick it and give it to Lu Aotian."This. It's to congratulate Mrs. Lu."

"You know each other?" Lin Lihua pulled Wan Jia aside as soon as she thanked Henry Blanc and asked.

"You could call him Aotian's distant friend. His sister is a designer too."

"I see." She didn't forget to give her the pink little box of chocolates.

Wan Jia eyed Lin Lihua and raised an eyebrow. "Did I just see you...glance at a man twice?"

"What man?" When she understood her, she glared at her. "What? You busybody! My brother-in-law should give you more work to do. You are so idle that you are starting to think up too much nonsense."

"Haha! Sis, you are blushing. I didn't know you had a thing for Mr. Blanc." Wan Jia ran back to Lu Aotian's side for protection after teasing Lin Lihua.

"What's this?" Lu Aotian asked when he saw the girlish box.

"Chocolates. My sister just gave them to me."

Lu Aotian looked at Lin Lihua who involuntarily got scared of his look. "Sister-in-law, I hope this is the last time you give chocolates to my wife. She should watch her intake of sweet things. If this happens again, I will have something to say to you."

This was the first time Lu Aotian had ever called her that. "Got it."

When Lu Aotian wasn't looking, she gave Wan Jia a look that read: your mighty President Lu has to call me sister-in-law.

Wan Jia coughed. "Sis, I'm sorry but I can't go out with you this evening. I haven't been spending enough time with my baby lately; I should make it up."

Hearing that, Henry Blanc spoke before Lin Lihua did. "I guess President Lu doesn't have time to discuss business either. How about we go for dinner together, cough, as a movie queen and her fan?"
