She once again struggled to ignore him. "Can we go to the hospital today?"

Lu Aotian resigned to his fate. "I have one more meeting before I get off work. We can go when it's over."

At that time, Wan Jia's phone rang. She frowned when she saw the familiar string of digits. Tyler?

Lu Aotian had overseen the digits too. "You don't want to talk to him?"

"I honestly don't." she answered. She knew why that man was calling. He had already made her life hard, couldn't he see?

"Then let me answer it."

She passed the phone to him.

"Wan Jia, can we meet up?" Tyler did not know who had answered the call and went straight to his point.

"Okay." Lu Aotian answered naturally.

Tyler froze for a second. "Haha Mr. Lu, I didn't know your name was 'Wan Jia' too?"

"Time?" Lu Aotian did not respond to his mockery.

Tyler, on the other side, had a thought. Didn't everyone say that Lu Aotian was an impressive genius? He wanted to try him out again.

"I'll give you one hour, find me." he said and hung up.

Lu Aotian's lips curled into a smirk. The man was trying to challenge him. He was giving him a whole hour to find his location? Just how much was Tyler looking down on him?

He took his laptop and said to Wan Jia, "I'll have someone attend that meeting on my behalf. Go to the hospital with Shaoting, I'm going to meet Tyler."

Wan Jia nodded.

Lu Aotian got into his car first before he tracked Tyler's location. He had thought that since Tyler was a hacker himself, it may be a little difficult but, wasn't Tyler being too full of himself? It was quite easy.

It may be hard for other people but even Tyler himself knew that he was no match for Lu Aotian- he was simply asking to be humiliated.

In the end, Lu Aotian did not want to defeat him too arrogantly and made sure to reach him on the sixtieth minute.

Tyler was leaning against his car in a place with no trace of humanity. Not far away was an abandoned alley, Lu Aotian was tempted to drag him there and beat him up for wasting his time.

When he reached Tyler, he did not even spare him a greeting. He went straight to the point. "I don't know what stupid grudge exists between the Qin family and the Yun family, but stay far away from people from the Lu family."

Tyler did not show his shock on his face. "Since when have I not stayed away from people from the Lu family? As the sky above us can witness, it is you who has sought me first. What, are you scared I might steal away your woman?"

Lu Aotian sneered coldly. "If I remember correctly, you called my wife first. Retreat now while I'm still being polite." He turned on his heel and stopped after two steps to add, "My wife is not blind."

Tyler refused to admit defeat. "I wonder how you are going to be impolite? Wan Jia is an adult and can make her own choices. Whether she wants to cooperate with me or not, it's her choice. Do you think she needs a controlling boss to decide for her?"

Lu Aotian had the urge to kill him with one punch. He ignored the second part and answered the first in a low voice. "I do not even need to use my hands to wipe you off the face of the earth." He left immediately after saying that.

Tyler was not one to show his emotions but he had to admit, he was truly shaken by Lu Aotian's words. What did he mean he did not even need to use his hands to wipe him off the face of the earth?

Was he threatening...to kill him?

Though he wondered, Lu Aotian and I have the same goal which is the Yun family. Why is he so hostile towards me?

If he were to ask someone who knew Lu Aotian well enough, the answer he would recieve was; Lu Aotian hated him because he was trying to pull Wan Jia into danger and use her to solve his grudges.

On the other hand, Lu Shaoting and Wan Jia went to the private hospital owned by Lu Enterprises.

When Wan Jia had called earlier in the day, Lu Shaoting had had his father pick the little package from his bedroom and send it over to him. Of course, his father's incessant questions about what that package was were ignored.

They handed it to the doctor and Wan Jia's sample was taken as well.

"Are you nervous?" Lu Shaoting asked as they left the hospital.

"Very nervous."

"What do you hope for?"

Her answer surprised him. "I don't know."

He expected it to be a straight 'I hope the probability is zero'. Now she didn't know?

She knew why he was surprised. "You don't understand. Both answers are bad news in one way or another. If he is...I will not be too happy. Who wants to be related to that psychopath? ...But if he's not, I'll be back at the starting point."

Meanwhile, Lu Aotian's heart was aching for Wan Jia so much that he couldn't stop himself from sending Xia Rou a message. [Do you really have the heart to let her find out the truth about her family through a paternity test?]
