Yun Xuan froze as she took her phone with shaky hands. She was just about to call Yun Jifeng when she stopped. That was not a nice move. Lu Aotian was a hacker! What if he had hacked into her phone and was waiting for her to slip up?

At the same time, if she made that call, she may prove that she had nothing to do with Wan Jia's disappearance.

The only downside was, if her brother was the culprit, that would land him in trouble. Making a decision, she took a deep breath, went to the washroom to retouch her make up and went back to her seat.

He hung up and took his car, following the direction of the tracker. He felt nervous and excited at the same time as he approached the location. The location was constant. They must have stopped.

The phone was now just ten metres away. He hurriedly got of his car, rushed out expecting it to lead to a building but he was wrong. It led right into a spot at the end of an alley. Lu Aotian called and heard it ringing in a trash.

At the same time, the hosts and organizers were getting goosebumps. "She is not here yet?"

"No. She may have been kidnapped." answered a host as he trembled.

"What do we do now? Elite Fashion World will kill us! Not only is the CEO here, even President Lu is here and he looked very angry."

"P-p-president Lu? I don't see him."

"He went to look for her and...the point is, we are doomed! Do you know what it means for someone to get abducted before the show? It means information was leaked from our end. We are dying right here tonight." the organizer speaking looked at the host. "You stall for time. Make the audience play games and buy Wan Jia some time to get here."

The host tried to act calm as he annouced after the models cleared from the stage. "The next participant is...make a guess?"

Lu Aotian cursed and asked Lu Shaoting to hack into Lin Lihua's phone. Why did he not bring his laptop with him? All this would have been much easier!

"Bro, Lin Lihua's phone is turned off, I cannot send the virus."

Lu Aotian was so angry that if he knew sorcery, the ground under his feet would have crumbled.

"Let me think." he closed his eyes, then a while later sent his brother a name. This was the only other person remaining who knew about Wan Jia being nominated in the Golden Hand Awards and perhaps one of the many people who felt that she would be a threat to them since she was advancing at a terrifying speed.

"Bro, you were right. That person communicated with other people and asked them to only capture them but not to hurt them in any way. The kidnappers are not far from your current location. Just one kilometre to your left, there's an empty building beside a store for sale. The exact location is the top floor of that building."

Lu Aotian rushed and they were really there. With all his pent up anger, the men who were guarding the door suffered terrible kicks that sent them to the floor in single knock out moves.

"Aotian?" Wan Jia smiled as though she had been expecting him.

"Are you both alright?"

"Yes. Are we too late?"

"No. They stalled for time. Let's go." he said.

Lin Lihua picked up the bag containing their outfits, wondering why the kidnapper did not decide to steal them, and pulled Wan Jia as they got into Lu Aotian's car.

At the venue, the hosts were running out of ideas to stall time. It was just three particiapants left. If Wan Jia did not arrive in the next five minutes, they would not know what to do. The organizers were secretly putting pressure on them to keep stalling for time but it was getting boring. They had already started seeing complaints on the livestream site. If they kept doing this, the audience would notice something was amiss.

Just then, someone saw Lu Aotian's car from the corner of their eyes. He got out and opened the back door, letting out two women. When he reported that to the organizers, they heaved a huge sigh of relief.

Lu Aotian had only brought Wan Jia and Lin Lihua to the venue because they did not want to back out at the last minute. If it were up to him, he would take them home.

He let the two girls rush to the dressing room and went back to his seat, glaring at Dai Youran.
