Wan Jia looked at the blushing Yun Xuan like a kid waiting to be given candy. Needless to say, she was waiting for some juicy gossip. She got something even juicier.

Yun Xuan's phone rang with an incoming call. Her adonis was calling! Yun Xuan cleared her throat and answered in a deliberate extremely sweet voice.

"Hello."

"Come down."

"Huh? down you mean...you're below my friend's apartment?"

"Mmh."

Yun Xuan suddenly shrieked before she shyly recovered her 'refined lady' voice. Wan Jia laughed so hard that she fell off the sofa. Who knew her friend would also act all crazy when in love? She had thought that after being betrayed by the man she loved, she would never fall in love again. She was wrong...wrong in a pleasant way.

"Okay, coming."

Yun Xuan paced around the living room while counting her oscilations. After her twentieth oscilation, she bolted out.

Wan Jia "...."

Was she buying time so that her adonis doesn't think she's too easy going?

Outside.

Yun Xuan was trying her best to maintain her image in front of her adonis.

"You look so beautiful." He said in his seductive voice.

'Pfft! I didn't know my adonis would be the mushy type as well?I obviously don't look that beautiful with my messy hair and absolutely normal outfit'

"Thank you." she said shyly.

"Let's go watch a movie? I already booked tickets."

"What?....I mean we can... oh...eer...I don't even know your name yet..." at this point, Yun Xuan's face and ears were completely red and hot. She even forgot about her hair.

"Heh..." he chuckled. "Just call me Tyler. It's too dangerous for you to know my real identity."

It was understandable. His identity was after all too special. Thanks to his profession, the people pursuing him were just too many and he had enough enemies to last him ten lifetimes.

"How did you know the kind of movies I like?"

Yun Xuan was dumbfounded when she saw Tyler had naturally selected a fiction movie.

"Is there anything I can't find out?"

He made sense...

The movie would have been quite interesting if Yun Xuan didn't have something better to watch. Her eyes were completely fixed onto the side profile of the man beside her. She didn't even blink while staring at his dark hair that covered his ear halfway, making her slightly jealous. She should be one caressing his ear and not some hair!

His perfectly carved face made her fingers really itch. Tyler felt the burning stare from beside him and turned. The girl's eyes were bright and full of adoration. Tyler smiled and held her hand. For the rest of the movie, the two of them watched nothing but each other's eyes. They even almost kissed at one point.

When the movie was over, Tyler invited Yun Xuan to his house for dinner. Yun Xuan instantly agreed, despite Wanjia's constant nagging over text against her spending too much time together when they were only meeting for the second time. She even temporarily blocked the combined nagging and gossip machine.

Tyler's house was just as manly as a man's house could be, just a little brighter and much cleaner,sparkling clean to be exact.

Yun Xuan walked around the place as Tyler prepared dinner for the two them.

The apartment had one bedroom and one guest room. Tyler wouldn't need a very big house since he was almost always alone and never stayed in the same place for too long.Having a huge house would only trouble him.

Apart from him, there was only a part time cleaner who came everyday and a part time chef who only came when Tyler called him over as he prefered cooking his own meals unless he was too tired.

Yun Xuan avoided touching anything and only looked at them from afar. Of course Tyler wouldn't like it if she got too touchy and intrusive. She went back to the living room after glancing around and unblocked her gossip-mate to chat for a while.

The girl was as naggy as imagined.

[Also....]the next nag was shoved into the blocked contacts list.

"Dinner's ready" Tyler had finished cooking and was carrying dishes to the dining table.

Yun Xuan literally rushed over. She couldn't wait to taste food cooked by her adonis. She was awed when she looked at the table. Her favorite dishes, Red roses which he presented to her in the midst of her stupor, a beautiful jade candle stand in the middle of the table with a red candle.He had also brought over a bottle of red wine. Yun Xuan suddenly had a rash thought. Was he going to confess?

Throughout the meal, Yun Xuan kept drinking the wine to calm her nerves. Tyler was just about to speak when he noticed her dazed expression and the almost empty wine bottle. She had drunk all that wine? Was she crazy? He had only drank half a glass, which went to say almost all the missing wine had been drank by her.

He took his car keys and was preparing to drop her back at her friend's apartement since he couldn't just casually go to her parental home and drop their drunk daughter. Wouldn't her parents kill him?

However, the girl refused to go home. She adamantly refused to even go back to her friend's and insisted on staying.

Tyler allowed her to stay. He changed the bedsheets in the guest room and lay her in bed when she unexpectedly pulled him onto the bed.

"Yun Xuan, stop fooling around."

"But I want to fool around with you." she pouted.

"You're drunk....stop it."

The girl crawled onto him to prevent him from getting up and kissed his lips.
