Totally captivated by her look, his sexy eyes narrowed, which now made him look like he was drunk in love.

Chen Lihua met his eyes and became embarrassed, so she looked away.

Liu Longwei walked close to her, held her by her shoulders and helped her up.

Then he pecked her lips and said, "You're beautiful".

"Thank you. But do you really want me to dress like this? I feel it's too revealing". Chen Lihua said as she touched her dress.

Liu Longwei moved her long braided hair out of the way to completely reveal her beautifully exposed back.

"Just have in mind that you're dressing for me and no one else". Liu Longwei said and caressed her back.

Chen Lihua flinched a little, but remained in place.

Liu Longwei kissed her beautiful slender neck and Chen Lihua closed her eyes to enjoy that moment.

Liu Longwei smiled, feeling pleased that Chen Lihua was enjoying his kisses, so he whispered in her ears, "Do you like it".

"Mmhmm". Chen Lihua hummed.

Then Liu Longwei used that opportunity to brush his lips on her neck. He kissed her back and put the silver necklace around her neck and locked it for her.

Chen Lihua still had her eyes closed when she felt something cold drop between her breasts. And so she opened her eyes to look at it.

Liu Longwei then turned her around to face him now. Then he traced the necklace to the centre of her breast before leaning in to kiss her there.

Chen Lihua felt that she was in heaven right then because her eyes were dazed and so she didn't know when she grabbed Liu Longwei's hair.

Liu Longwei didn't mind that Chen Lihua disarranged his hair. So he continued to kiss her. He kissed her cleavage and then moved to her neck.

Chen Lihua moaned softly before pleading, "Longwei please stop, am getting turned on and we are going to be late for the occasion".

Liu Longwei gave the last kiss on her cheek and smiled as he looked at her face.

Now, he suddenly felt that she was his happiness by mere looking at her beautiful face.

Chen Lihua opened her eyes to meet the man's smiling face. Then she hit him on his shoulder gently and moved to the mirror to see how she looked.

As she admired her look in the mirror, she sprayed her vanilla scented perfume and felt happy and satisfied inside, and she admitted to herself that she looked stunning.

But then she said to Liu Longwei as she kept looking at herself in the mirror, "I feel like am going to steal someone's show with the way I look".

Liu Longwei smiled without saying anything to her, but then, he thought to himself, 'Not when the show is yours'.

She then turned around to look at Liu Longwei's messed up hair and became embarrassed because that was her handiwork.

So she told him to come over which Liu Longwei did, and so she personally helped to comb his hair.

When she finished, Liu Longwei passed her silver clutch to her and took her hands in his saying, "Let's go, we don't want to be late".

Chen Lihua smiled and walked out of her room with Liu Longwei in her silver stilettos.

As they left the room, Chen Lihua remembered something and started talking to Liu Longwei about it without looking at her surroundings.

But just then, the whole house was enveloped in darkness. And so Chen Lihua's attention was captured.

You know when there's lights out, everywhere is supposed to be in total darkness. But Liu Longwei's house was somehow illuminated.

Chen Lihua now thought it was the emergency lights that was turned on, and so she was about asking Liu Longwei what happened to the lights when something caught her attention.

She saw that what illuminated the house was not the emergency lights but so many lighted candles, and it was beautiful.

As she looked at the stairs before her, she saw rows of lighted and vanilla scented candles illuminating the stairs for her.

Now if she were to walk down the stairs, she would have to walk in between the candles on the stairs because they were on each sides of the stairs.

A smile couldn't help but appear on her face. Then with that smile, she looked at Liu Longwei in surprise, as if demanding for an explanation.

Liu Longwei smiled and pecked her forehead before asking, "Do you like it?"

Chen Lihua smiled in response, "Of course I do. But why do you need to do all these now when we have an outing?"

That was the part Chen Lihua didn't understand.

"You don't have to worry about that, just feel and enjoy this moment". After all, you are the main lead. Without you, the party won't hold.

Liu Longwei said the latter part in his mind.

Chen Lihua nodded and asked, "But what's the occasion? it's not my birthday".

Liu Longwei carried her in a bridal style and started walking down the stairs. Chen Lihua screamed softly out of shock but still hugged his neck to balance herself.

Then Liu Longwei chuckled, "You ask too many questions, just wait and see".

And so he carried her and continued going down the stairs. He only dropped her when he reached the foot of the stairs, and they walked into the living room together.

Chen Lihua looked around the living room and saw the pictures she has taken so far with Liu Longwei hanging on the wall.

There were heart-shaped red balloons hanging upwards and on the floor.

Then some candles formed a heart shape and surrounded with some red rose 🌹 petals.

Chen Lihua had a shocked look on her face as she had her hands over her mouth.

Then her eyes glanced at their pictures again and saw how their facial expressions were.

Some of the pictures that were hung on the wall were mostly Chen Lihua's photos, and some of them were taken unawares.

She then looked at other candles on the floor. Some formed 'I love you Chen Lihua', 'Am happy to be with you'.

Then she noticed a couple of white balloons that had some write ups, and so she went closer to see it. The write-ups on some of the balloons were 'You have my heart, you are my happiness'.

The all of a sudden, Chen Lihua heard a pop sound and walked towards the window to see what it was.

She moved the curtain a little to see what was going on, only for her to see fireworks.

This made her smile, but she couldn't describe what feelings she had inside.

Just when she thought the fireworks has finished, she had a boom sound and so looked out of the window again, only to see the words the fireworks wrote, "Will you marry me Chen Lihua?"

"Oh my God!" Chen Lihua explained in surprise and in shock.

She really didn't expect Liu Longwei to propose to her since they've already gotten their marriage certificate.

So she now glanced at Liu Longwei with her teary eyes and with her hands over her mouth.

Liu Longwei smiled as he walked up to her with a little box opened on his palm.
