Liu Longwei shook his head in rejection, but Chen Lihua continued to cajole him, "I thought I was irresistible to you. So why are you not listening to me, does this mean that you've been lying to me?".

Liu Longwei didn't even have the time and energy to bicker with her, so he lowered his head to lick the ice-cream she was giving to him.

When Chen Lihua saw that he had finally agreed and lowered his head, she brought the spoon closer to his lips, and he opened his mouth to lick the ice-cream.

So Chen Lihua personally fed the ice-cream to him without bothering about her surrounding.

"Is it nice?". She asked after Liu Longwei finished licking the ice-cream.

"Mmmhh". Liu Longwei answered.

"If it's nice, then you really need to have another bite". Chen Lihua said as she scooped up another spoon of ice-cream for him.

Liu Longwei stared at her for a moment with a smile on his face before bending to lick the ice-cream from her.

Seeing that he was so cooperative, Chen Lihua smiled and gave him the other meat pie that was still wrapped.

"I don't want it, am OK". Liu Longwei said in rejection.

Chen Lihua didn't agree with him as she tried to convince him.

"I would feel bad if am eating while you're not eating anything and just watching me, so just have it".

Liu Longwei's lips curled up in a smile. He tapped the table with his fingers. He was really happy and satisfied within him that Chen Lihua cared for him.

"But you bought it for yourself".

"No, I actually bought it for you". Chen Lihua explained with a smile.

Liu Longwei raised his brows and with a bright smile on his face, he said, "So you've already planned to force me to eat with you, and that was the reason you bought this quantity of ice-cream and two meat pies. Well thanks for your consideration".

"You're welcome". Chen Lihua said as she handed the meat pie to him.

Liu Longwei took the meatpie from her and took a bite from it.

As everything was settled now, Chen Lihua called for a waiter to get another ice-cream spoon.

Liu Longwei hurriedly swallowed the food in his mouth as he asked in surprise, "I thought you were happy and contented with us sharing a spoon?".

Chen Lihua chuckled softly and replied, "If we continue sharing a spoon for this big ice-cream, it will melt, and then I don't think we would leave any time soon".

Liu Longwei nodded in understanding and so took the spoon Chen Lihua gave to him, while Chen Lihua took the new spoon a waiter brought.

When they were done with their food, Liu Longwei poured a glass of water for himself, and then Chen Lihua looked at him with wide eyes, "What are trying to do?".

"Am trying to drink water". Liu Longwei answered without pausing in his movements.

Chen Lihua took the bottle water from him and covered. Then she pushed the bottle water and glass cup to the other end of the table, totally away from him.

"How can you think of drinking water when you just finished eating a delicacy? You will spoil everything. Just allow your stomach to work on the delicious food before using water to rush down the sugar".

"What mechanism of action is that? Who taught you that?". Liu Longwei asked as he laughed.

"Your stomach's has digestive enzymes that would work on the food for digestion to take place. And I taught myself that. How can you drink water immediately after licking ice-cream, you will spoil the taste, after drinking water now, you wouldn't even feel as if you just finished licking ice-cream". Chen Lihua explained thoughtfully.

Liu Longwei gave her a thumbs up, but he no longer requested for the water.

Just as they finished, they owner and the manager of the shop/restaurant came in. With the way they came in, anybody that saw them would know that they were in a hurry.

When they came in, they scanned the room with their eyes, and when the Owner of the restaurant saw Liu Longwei, he widened his eyes in shock, and a look of surprise swept pass his face.

Then together with the manager, they walked hurriedly to Liu Longwei to greet him.

"Good day CEO liu". The Owner and the manager greeted Liu Longwei and Liu Longwei with his poker face nodded at them.

Chen Lihua raised her head when she heard the unfamiliar voices of the two men.

Seeing Liu Longwei's poker face, they men became nervous as they didn't seem to know how they had offended him with just a simple greeting. But it was then that they noticed the Gorgeous woman sitting beside him.

They stared at Chen Lihua in awe. Then recognizing her as Lady Chen's daughter, they greeted her with a warm smile.

Before coming, the waitress already informed them that Chen Lihua was looking for them, so now they've seen her, they had to invite her to the office to know what her request was.

Chen Lihua would have rejected their request to discuss in the office. But when she looked around the restaurant, she found out that it wasn't conducive to discuss, so she made an eye contact with Liu Longwei, and so they followed them into the office.

In the office, the owner/CEO of the restaurant apologized for having kept the waiting as he went to inspect a new location with the current manager of the store.

His apology was well accepted by Chen Lihua asked she smiled graciously. And then she brought up the matter of the deserts.

She told them that she wanted some of their delicious deserts and different flavors of ice-cream for her wedding reception.

They owner and the manager left their mouths wide opened in shock. As it was now that they found out the relationship between Liu Longwei and Chen Lihua.

In fact, they were beyond shocked as they had never received or seen anything more shocking than the situation they were in now.

'What a perfect match!!!!'.

When the Owner of the store got himself, he asked Chen Lihua the type and quantity of deserts and ice-cream she wanted.

Chen Lihua told them that she would get back to them when their wedding guest list was finalized.

After their discussions came to an end, they owner and manager escorted them to their car after him Chen Lihua a small booklet that contained the names and pictures of delicies their store had.

"We are going to select our wedding rings now", Liu Longwei told Chen Lihua after they got into the car.
