Still wearing her black heels, she sat on the bed while waiting for Liu Longwei.

Liu Longwei wore his shoes and then he said to her, "You can go downstairs to wait for me, or you could still follow me to the study to pick up a few things and also familiarize yourself with it". ​ ​

"Oh". Chen Lihua said, but Liu Longwei didn't understand what her answer was for, whether it was her agreeing to go downstairs to wait for him or following him to the study. In fact, he left the decision for her to make.

He closed the curtains and switched off the AC and necessary switch in the bathroom and walk-in closet, then he said to Chen Lihua, "Let's go", while pulling his suitcase behind him.

Chen Lihua picked up her bag and followed behind him, after Chen Lihua went out from the door, Liu Longwei switched off the room light and came out after her.

Thinking that Chen Lihua would go downstairs, he turned the other way and headed to the study, he turned to look back when he heard the clinking of heels behind him.

He saw Chen Lihua following behind him, so he didn't say anything and continued walking towards the study.

In the study Chen Lihua looked around, and the study looked like a typical CEO's office. While admiring the Study room, Liu Longwei busied himself by putting the well arranged documents and files he kept on one side of the worktable into his briefcase.

After doing the little work, his gaze followed Chen Lihua and saw her sitting comfortably on the sofa while looking around.

He smiled and said, "You Seem to like the study room, too bad I don't have the time to accompany you. But you can still enter anytime you want since you're my wife".

After that, he winked and carried his suitcase. Chen Lihua said, "Who wants to be accompanied by you, you must have thought too much about it".

Having finished talking, she followed after him as the left the study together.

While walking downstairs, Liu Longwei said, "Wife, can't you see that your husband is struggling, won't you help me as you're only carrying a handbag?".

Chen Lihua paused in her steps and turned to look at him as she was walking the stairs ahead of him and Liu Longwei stopped in his steps as well with a smile on his face.

He didn't even look like someone that was struggling at all, in fact he was doing just fine.

Chen Lihua glanced at his face before looking at his hands that was holding both the travel bag and suitcase, she felt that he was joking with her, so she said, "You're strong already, and doing just fine by yourself. But if you insist that you are struggling to carry them, then I must say that you're already old and weak, so which one do you want?"

Liu Longwei's gaze darkened then he said, "Of course am young and strong, who said that I can't even carry this light things?".

After saying that, he lifted the travel bag and the briefcase that was on the same hand up without struggling to prove that he wasn't weak at all, and that he was in fact very healthy.

Chen Lihua scoffed, "Good then, because I can't have a weak husband by my side".

After saying her piece, she turned around to continue going downstairs, but she didn't move a muscle, she then opened her mouth to say, "Don't call me Wife again, and in case you've already forgotten my name, I can help to refresh your memory because it's not a trouble for me to do so, My name is Chen Lihua and you can call me Lihua".

She turned to look at Liu Longwei who had a face of indifference and said, "Thank you", before turning to look ahead, and this time around, she went down the stairs leaving behind a dumbfounded Liu Longwei.

Downstairs, Chen Lihua met Liu Longwei's Asst, Asst Duyi who was already sitting and waiting patiently for his Boss.

Hearing the clinking of high heels and looking up to see that it was Chen Lihua, he smiled and stood up to greet her.

"Good morning Madam".

Chen Lihua looked at him and walked to sit on the sofa totally ignoring him.

Seeing as he was ignored, Liu Longwei that just came down saw it and sighed while Asst Duyi wondered how he had offended his Lady Boss again.

Liu Longwei handed his bags to Asst Duyi while saying, "Go and keep the bags in the car, and there's no need to come back again, just wait in the car for me".

Asst Duyi took the bags from him and left. Liu Longwei walked to where Chen Lihua was sitting and sat beside her, "Lihua why are you angry, since I dressed up and saw you laying on the bed, your mood has been bad, so can you tell me the cause?".

Chen Lihua ignored him, bit he still didn't give up, "Are you angry at me, Tell more what I did so I would apologize".

Chen Lihua then looked at him, "What do you think?".

Liu Longwei sighed and apologized, "I don't know what I did to offend you, but am sorry. I don't like the way you are frowning. Am sorry OK?".

Chen Lihua's anger dissappeared without a trace as she felt touched by Liu Longwei's apology as she felt that he was too good to her, "Why are you apologizing, you didn't do anything wrong, I don't even know why am throwing a tantrum, am sorry as well".

Liu Longwei smiled amicably while touching her hair, "It's ok, as far as you're not angry anymore and besides you look more beautiful when you smile, so I have to work hard and keep that smile on your face".

Chen Lihua's eyes were already so teary that her tears were already threatening to fall. When Liu Longwei saw that she was about to cry, he hugged and said, "Don't cry".

The words he just said was useless because Chen Lihua immediately started crying while hugging him back.

Liu Longwei was helpless as he could only pat her back gently why comforting her.

Chen Lihua asked in low crying voice, "Why do you care if I smile or not, don't tell me that you like me already?".

Too bad Chen Lihua couldn't see Liu Longwei's face right now, because he was smiling.

Then he said, "Of course I like you, if I didn't like you, why would I care about you".

By now, Chen Lihua had calmed down. Still in his embrace, she asked, "But we've not known each other well enough".

"It doesn't matter. What about you, do you like me?". Liu Longwei asked.
