As the mother and daughter pair arrived in front of the mall, the manager of the mall 'Manger Sun' came with a whole entourage of security from the mall to welcome them as Lady Chen and Chen Lihua didn't come with their bodyguards.

Manager Sun and the security guards bowed and greeted them, "Welcome Madam and young Miss. ​​

As the welcomed them, Lady Chen exclaimed "Aiyah! how did you find out we were coming to the mall?, I feel like we are being monitored".

Manager Sun walked in front with Lady Chen and Chen Lihua while the security guards followed behind them as they walked inside.

Chen Group has a chain of malls in different cities in Country C, and this mall in city B is the headquarters of the malls under Chen Group. Each mall bears the same name 'Chen's Mall' on the body of the building.

The Chen Group is mainly under the Agriculture and food production sector.

They have many farms and food production factories therefore they produce many food stuffs, drinks(fruit juice and grape wine) and some healthy snacks.

They supply their products to their malls, all cities in Country C and outside the country.

Chen's Mall in City B has a total of 9 floors and an Underground parking lot.

Ground floor for Supermarket/Grocery store.

First floor for Massage parlour.

Second floor for Hair and Nail Salon.

Third floor for Babies and children wears and products.

Fourth floor for Adult clothings.

Fifth floor for Foot wears, bags and sunglasses.

Sixth floor for Makeups, skin care and bath products.

Seventh floor for jewellery and accessories.

Eighth floor for Offices and Lounge.

As they were walking, the workers recognized Lady Chen but didn't recognize Chen Lihua because not everyone knew that Chen Lihua was the young Miss because she is always on a low key.

So they could only greet Lady Chen, "Welcome Madam".

Hearing them, Lady Chen swept her eyes over them.

When Manager Sun heard them, cold sweat popped out from his neck and back, 'what do these people mean by only greeting Madam Chen and leaving the young Miss out?, do they not know that greeting is a sign of acknowledgement?, Are they trying to get me killed?'.

Green veins could not help but show on his Neck. This shows the intensity of his anger.

Hearing the Manager's words, they felt afraid because they just offended the young Miss right in Lady Chen's presence.

And who doesn't know Lady Chen?, She's known as 'Action Lady'. Although she is kind, she hates injustice and always retaliates and besides, they just insulted her daughter.

So they quickly bowed their heads in apology and greeted Chen Lihua, "Welcome Miss Chen".

Chen Lihua just nodded her head in acceptance.

After their apologies and greetings, Lady Chen looked away from them.

Manager Sun smiled lightly and quickly said to Chen Lihua "Young Miss just now, sorry about it", Chen Lihua replied, "It's OK"

Hearing Chen Lihua's reply, he turned to look at Lady Chen "Madam don't be angry, I will teach them well next time".

Lady Chen looked up at him and said one word coldly, "better!" and continued walking forward with Chen Lihua.

When Manager Sun noticed that he was being left behind, he eyed those workers from earlier, making a killing sign to them (he brought one of his hands to his neck and moved it sideways) then, he quickly followed behind them (lady Chen, Chen Lihua and they team of security guards) till he caught up with them.

When they got to the elevator, Lady Chen turned around facing the security guards saying, "You can go back to your post, you don't have to follow us anymore".

With those words the security guards bowed and left.

Seeing that they left, Manager Sun quickly pressed the elevator button and it opened, the they trio entered.

Manager Sun asked, "Madam which floor are you going to? "

"Second floor" Lady Chen replied with those two simple words.

Manager Sun swiftly pressed the number and they traveled from inside the elevator to their destination in absolute silence.

During the short travel, Manager Sun was suffocating to death because of the silence and wished they could arrive very fast.

So, immediately they arrived, he jumped out of the elevator first and waited for Chen Lihua and Lady Chen to come out before walking with them.

When they reached the entrance of the Hair salon, Manager Sun stopped and said to Lady Chen, "Madam, I have sent for someone already to be your guide for today", a bright smile was plastered on his face as he finished off his sentence, "I will wait for the person to arrive before leaving, you can go ahead, I will wait outside".

"Suit yourself" Lady Chen replied and was about entering inside the hair/nail salon when they heard a flustered voice behind, and they all turned around to the direction of the voice.

"Manger Sun am here" the young lady said and having noticed lady Chen and Chen Lihua, she greeted them immediately. "welcome Madam and Miss Chen".

She greeted Chen Lihua not because she knew her already, but because Manager Sun already explained the situation to her through an SMS when he was in the elevator so as not to be a headache unto him like the others.

Lady Chen and Chen Lihua nodded in response.

After the greetings, Manager Sun explained, "This is little Baozhai, she will be assisting you today", then he bowed to Lady Chen and Chen Lihua and said , "Happy shopping" before leaving hurriedly as if fire has been burning him and needed a place to cool off.

Seeing Manager Sun leave in a hurry, the trio had a puzzled expression and wondered what was chasing him.

The trio entered the hair salon and were greeted politely.

Lady Chen said that she wanted her hair washed and wanted a Bob hairstyle because of the length of her hair, While Chen Lihua wanted her hair washed and styled in a French plait/braid.

While lady Chen and Chen Lihua sat on a comfortable Sofa, little Baozhai made arrangements for two experienced workers to wash and style their hair.
