Announcer "What just happened, why did Julian bring down an attack on this Electivire?"

As the scene cleared everybody could see Electivire standing as smoke could be seen coming off his body but they were shocked to see that Electivire was still standing and something was different about him. His body was covered with electricity as it ran wildly on his body.

Julian "Activate Ion Deluge"

Electivire activated Ion Deluge, Ion Deluge could convert any Normal-type move into Electric-type move.

Lorelei suddenly found something fishy but it was too late.

Julian "Electivire use Electro Balls"

Electivire gets a grip with his legs and creates multiple Electro Balls as they start to revolve around him, this move is as same as Gengars Shadow Balls.

Electivire launches them towards Lapras with super speed.

Lorelei "Lapras counter with Ice Shards"

Lapras also sends out Ice Shards but these where larges and faster and more in quantity than her Cloyster's, the Ice Shards collided with those Electro Balls, Ice Shards were sent shattering but they were many in numbers causing the Electro Balls to defuse as well after some time.

Julian "Giga Impact"

Lorelei "Protect"

Electivire tares through the air as his Giga Impact is completely made of high voltage lightning, Electivire rips through the sound barrier and slams onto Lapras. The Protective shield shatters but Lapras is safe but it still gets zapped a little due to water being everywhere, Electivire is pushed back from the backlash, Electivire does a backflip and slides back while maintaining his balance with his hand and knee.

Julian "Bring down Thunder"

The black clouds form and Lightning strikes down towards Lapras.

Lorelei "Hyper Beam"

Lapras uses its full power and aims up and sends out a huge Hyper Beam towards the incoming Lightning, the moves collide and causes a huge explosion in mid-air, the sound of the explosion nearly caused everyone to go deaf, everyone in the stadium covered their ears as they watched these moves clash.

The Lightning then finally tore through the Hyper Beam and struck down on Lapras, Lapras was zapped and got injured, due to the Hyper Beam its power was brought down.

Lapras who was injured slowly started to heal due to its Hydration ability.

Julian 'As I expected Hydration, well its time to end this, I don't want to continue this'

Electivire charged with full speed towards Lapras ripping through the sound barrier.

Lapras suddenly created a huge ball made of powerful electricity, Zap Cannon is one of the strongest Electric-type moves and with Electric Terrain in effect, it was now more powerful.

Electivire crashed into the huge Zap Cannon and BOOM. The Explosion ripped the ground beneath them to shreds, the ice went flying everywhere, the walls around the stadium cracked just from the shock wave, the crowd was safe as they were protected by a layer of forcefield.

The whole battlefield was covered with a cloud of smoke which was clearing slowly when the smoke was cleared everyone saw it, Lapras was down knocked out and Electivire was on one Knee and had a grin on his face.

Referee "Lapras is unable to Battle, Electivire wins. The winner of this battle is Julian"

Announcer "Its over, Julian defeated Lorelei the member of Elite four, indicating he is as strong as them. So his next battle will be against Bruno the fighting type expert of the Elite four until then stay tuned"
