Early morning at Professor Oak's lab Julian wakes up from his bed reenergized, he freshens up and puts on his clothes which he wore when he came into this world as it was kept aside and he wore normal clothes when he lived and worked in the laboratory, but now his days in the laboratory are over because as of today he will start his journey.

After getting ready he went outside his room to see three people chatting with each other around his pokemon, two of them were Professor Oak and his grandson Gary and the other was a lady and Julian knew who she was, she was Professor Oak's granddaughter Daisy Oak, Julian looks at her and is really impressed by her beauty, while Julian looks at her she also looks at Julian making eye contact it goes for some seconds and finally Daisy blushes and looks down well this scene was totally ignored by Professor Oak but Gary noticed something. ​​

Professor Oak "Ah Julian meet my granddaughter Daisy she is also a pokemon groomer and Daisy meet Julian he is the trainer of the pokemon you are holding and also a genius"

Julian "Nice to meet you daisy, I am Julian"

He says and greets her with a handshake

Daisy "Nice to meet you, Julian I see your pokemons are really strong and healthy maybe sometime we can sit have some tea and share information"

As Daisy being mature she didn't make this awkward and greeted him

Julian "Yes it will be a pleasure to spend time with a beautiful lady"

Hearing this Daisy just smiles and keeps silent on the other hand Gary is having a blast in his head thinking about his sister and his idle Julian who he also looks up to like a big brother being together, as for professor Oak he didn't even think anything.

Julian looked at Professor Oak

Julian "Professor Oak, I think I am ready"

Professor Oak "Ah, I knew this day will come eventually, now I have to do all the work alone again"

Julian "If you want I can postpone it to next month"

Professor Oak "No need you have already decided"

Gary who was listening to the conversation was very confused

Gary "big brother Julian are you living?"

Professor Oak "Yes Gary, Julian is going to participate in the indigo league and from today he will start his journey"

Gary "so even big brother Julian will be participating in the league? that's great after I get my first pokemon and start my Journey I will be able to battle big brother Julian"

Professor Oak "But you still have to wait a month to get your first pokemon haha"

Gary "No worries I will battle brother Julian in the league itself"

Even though Gary is still a kid he is a really proud person and boasts about it full of confidence, looking at her brother who is rarely impressed by someone Daisy has grown interested in Julian.

Julian "Ok Gary if we get a chance we will battle in the indigo league but until then you have to become strong with your pokemons by your side"

Hearing Julian Gary just nods his head

Professor Oak "wait here Julian I will get you your trainer ID and some pokeballs"

After some time Professor Oak comes back with an ID card, six pokeballs, and a batch case and gives it to Julian.

Julian is outside the laboratory saying his goodbyes to Professor Oak, Gary, and Daisy

Professor Oak "Julian catch some rare pokemons and send them to me and take care"

Gary "brother Julian wait for me, I will meet you in the indigo league"

Daisy "Take care Julian, hope we get some time to spend in the future"

Julian "Alright everyone I am leaving"

As Julian says his goodbye, turn around and leave, Julian plans to first head to Viridian forest so he can catch some pokemons and train them for there future battle as his first challenge will be Brock gym leader of the Pewter gym.

Its noon and Julian can be seen walking alone on the road to Viridian forest

Julian "System how much time to reach the forest?"

"Host will arrive at the Viridian forest in a day"

'A day huh looks like I have to find a place to camp at night'

After walking for 4 hours Julian finds himself near a river bed so he decides to camp here for today

'This place is great the pokemons can also relax here'

Julian releases his pokemons Bulbasaur and Magikarp outside and Chimchar also joins them, as they play around Julian starts to set up the tent for camping.

After setting up the camp Julian was leisurely sitting next to the river and watching his pokemon play in the water where Bulbasaur will try to drag Chimchar in the water but Chimchar will run away, suddenly hear a number of Spearow cries he looks up to the sky and see a group of Spearow harassing a Pidgey, he doesn't even think for a second.

Julian "Bulbasaur use razor leaf, Chimchar use fire spin"

After hearing his instruction both of them attack by combining their moves as the razor leaves are surrounded by fire spin and hits the group of Spearow, after getting hit the group flys away scared but the Pidgey couldn't hold any longer and started to fall down

Julian "Bulbasaur use vine whip to catch Pidgey and bring him down slowly"

After bringing him down Julian sees that the Pidgey left wing is hurt so he quickly sprays healing spray on the wound and wraps his wing with bandage then he gives some medicine for him to drink and the Pidgey slowly closes its eyes and sleeps.

Looking at the sky Julian sees that sun is about to set soon he gives his pokemon food to eat and send them back to their pokeballs, eats and heads off to sleep as well.
