It was almost 9 o'clock in the evening in Beijing since Paris was 5 hours behind. Song Dei Si was already lying on the bed beside Yan Mor Tee when Ho Min Lin called. She attentively listened to everything that her besfriends said to her.

"I would like to call off from our chastity agreement" Ho Min Lin said from the other line.

Song Dei Si did not answer.

"Song Dei Si, did you hear me?"

"I heard you."

"I'm sorry if I have to break it. I know you've kept your promise and done it with Mor Tee after marriage but I can no longer promise that I can stay as pure and innocent until I walk down the aisle with Ji Nan."

Song Dei Si suddenly felt guilty. If Yan Mor Tee did not marry her, she could have ended up breaking their agreement first because she was more than willing to give it all to Yan Mor Tee even without the marriage certificate first for the sake of having a child.

"Song Dei Si? Still there? Are you mad?"Ho Min Lin asked when she did not hear a reply.

Song Dei Si looked at Yan Mor Tee who was busy reading a management book. She walked out from the bed and went to the bathroom before she replied to Min Lin.

"I'm not mad. At the end of the day, losing your virginity on or before marriage would be on your own judgment. But..."

"But what?"

"Did you ask Ji Nan about the status of your relationship?" She continued.

"I have not. I'm afraid. If he will say we have no string attached." Ho Min Lin answered.

Song Dei Si sighed. She and her bestfriend were on the same dilemna. Eventhough she was already married with Yan Mor Tee until now she wasn't sure if her husband has still feelings for her and like Min Lin she was afraid to ask him.

She and Min Lin hates rejection.

But what shall they do?

They were taking risk.

And their hearts were at stake.

They can win some or lose some.

"I'll just cross the bridge when we get there. Meanwhile, I will just seize every opportunity to be with Tan Ji Nan." Ho Min Lin told her and said goodnight.

Song Dei Si walked out from the bedroom after the call has ended and went back to the bed. Yan Mor Tee was still reading the book.

"Aren't you going to sleep yet?" She asked.

Yan Mor Tee did not reply but asked her a question instead "How's Min Lin?"

"She was hospitalised for two days because she collapsed due to lack of sleep. But she's okay now. Tan Ji Nan nursed her while she was at the hospital."

Yan Mor Tee nodded and returned his attention to the book that he was reading.

"I'm going to sleep now." She said.

"Uhm"

Yan Mor Tee looked at his sleeping wife. Even on her sleep she could not hide that something was bothering her. Her face was slightly frown. Eversince she moved into the Yan Mansion's he often caught her alienating herself. She was always in a deep thoughts that sometimes he wanted to travel into her mind to know what's inside it. He always wanted to ask what's bothering her but it seems like she doesn't want to open up. Earlier, he knew that she was speaking with Min Lin and she went inside the bathroom at the middle of their conversation because she never wanted him to eavesdrop the conversation she has with her bestfriend. What it was that she doesn't want him to hear?

Why there are many secrets?

They are husband and wife now.

They were supposed to be open with one another right?

But Song Dei Si wasn't like that.

She never wanted him to take a piece of herself.

Her thoughts was all hers.
