Yan Mor Tee was already in the office at 7a.m. on Monday. He will pass thru Song Dei Si's desk before he will reach his private office and she was not there yet. Eventhou the employee's official time in is 8a.m. Song Dei Si usually arrives at the office as early as 6:30am to ensure that she's there to prepare his morning coffee. "There could be a traffic jam in her area" he thought and walked inside his private office. Once he settled in, first thing he did was to check on the stock market. Forty minutes has passed and Song Dei Si has not come in yet so he dialed her personal mobile number.

"Hello" he heard Song Dei Si's voice from the other end.

"Where you at?" He said in a worried tone.

"I'm here at the apartment and I just woke up" Song Dei Si said in a sleepy voice.

"What time is it? Are you not reporting to the office today?" His voice suddenly changed from being worried to annoyed.

"Didn't I tell you last Saturday that I will take a vacation leave today and you approved?" She was confused when she heard the annoyance in Yan Mor Tee's voice.

There was a long silence. "Yeah, okay, it just slipped my mind." Yan Mor Tee acknowledged it.

"Is there anything urgent?" Song Dei Si asked.

"None, I just thought something bad happened because you haven't arrived in the office yet. Bye now."

Song Dei Si just finished with her medical appointment and was walking at the hospital alley when she heard someone was calling her. When she turned around, she saw Lee Jin Ho approaching her.

"I wasn't sure if it's really you who just came out from Dr. Ngo's clinic? I was hesitant to call your name but glad I did" he said when he reached her.

"What are you doing here?" she asked Lee Jin Ho.

"Visiting a relative." He answered her, smilingly.

"Dr. Ngo is my auntie. She is the older sister of my mum" he added.

"Oww" she was surprised by this information. "What did you do in her clinic?" he curiously asked.

She smiled but did not answer him. Lee Jin Ho was about to say something again but decided not to say it. "Are you going home now? If you don't have anything to do after this, is it okay if I invite you over lunch? It is a coincidence that our path has crossed here so I'll take advantage of it" Lee Jin Ho asked.

Song Dei Si has felt the excitement on his facial expression but could not help reminding him of his agenda.

"I wouldn't mind but I thought you'll be visiting Dr. Ngo" she said.

"Yeah, I'll go inside her clinic first to say hi and will just come back here after lunch."

"Okay then, I'll just wait for you here at the alley" she said.

Yan Mor Tee was looking at his laptop screen with a bored face. It was just half a day that he did not see Song Dei Si but it felt like he has not seen her for ages. How can he possibly miss someone that much? He sighed as he looked at his laptop clock and it was already 1 p.m. He has not taken his lunch yet. He turned his laptop into hibernate mode and started to leave his private office to go to any restaurant nearby.

He decided to eat at Johnny's Wok. He miss Song Dei Si that much and he thought that by just going to their favorite restaurant and take his lunch there will lessen his longingness for her. He has entered the restaurant and was about to sit into their favorite spot in the restaurant when he saw someone familiar already sitting there. He was stunned to see Song Dei Si having her lunch with someone else. That someone else happened to be his long time love rival.

His heart fumed.
