Yan Mor Tee was gazing intently at the woman across the dining table. They were seated at the right corner of the entrance door of Johnny's Wok- their favorite ramen house located near of their workplace. The woman in front of him seem to be swimming in a deep thoughts. She had barely eaten her favorite stir-fry noodles and it is unusual of her to be this quiet. For 10 years of being his contant dinner date, this woman has never run out of stories to tell so he was pretty sure that something was bothering her.

He pinched her nose and that made Song Dei Si snapped back to reality.

"Hey!" Song Dei Si put a mock on her face as he looked at Yan Mor Tee.

"Earthcalling Song Dei Si. Are you back from Milkyway?" Yan Mor Tee's handsome face grinning at the woman whose eyebows were knitted next to each other.

"A penny for your thought?" He asked and gave her a concerned look.

Song Dei Si gave him a survey look at this time.

When she looked at him that way, he always felt uncomfortable and couldn't help but looked away from her gaze.

"I need your help" she said in a low voice.

He looked back at Song Dei Si's tiny yet beautiful face and asked "What is it?"

"I need to get pregnant soon" she said nervously.

"So how can I be of help?" He asked. Puzzled.

"Be the father of my child."

Upon hearing her answer, he can't help but burst out laughing.

"You're annoying!" Dei Si exclaimed in an angry voice. "Please take my word seriously this time will you?"

He began to stop from laughing and studied her face trying to figure out if he would take her words seriously or not. After a few seconds, he shrugged his shoulder and coldly eyed her. "Please start eating before your noodles gets cold" He looked away and started munching his food.

Dei Si disregarded what he said and repeatedly told him "I'm serious. Just answer me, are you willing?"

Mor Tee slowly put down his chopsticks and answered in a cold voice. "No one on his sane mind who will agree on your childish whim"

"Hear me out first, my reasons before turning me down please?"

Mor Tee felt the crack in Dei Si's voice or he is just imagining it?

"Eat." He said sternly and gave Dei Si a cold look.

Dei Si suddenly taken aback to voice out her reasons as she felt that Mor Tee was really pissed off.

She started eating and oftenly gazed at Mor Tee's blank face while he silently finished his meal.
