As soon as she woke up, Brina asked for him.

Not Harry!!

"I'm coming." Louis answered.

Meanwhile, Harry is now eating tons and tons of vinegar.

How can his sister forget him!!

"Sir, Ma'am wanted to see you all as well." the nurse said.

Louis felt both anxious and happy to see his girlfriend.

He is anxious because of the sudden revelations. He couldn't help but pity her for her unbearable heartache. But, he knows that Brina doesn't like people who pity her.

She lost her mother, father, brother and sister-in-law on the very same day and her dearest nephew is in comatose, fighting with his life. She have lost lot of precious people in her life.

In addition to that, the person who caused this dark mark is none other than her former fiancé whom she loved with all of her heart.

Of course, everyone will pity her for that.

Sighing, Louis opened the door and when he saw Brina sitting on the bed, looking very exhausted and weak.. his heart ached for her.

She's looking too fragile and after seeing the old Brina who was very daring and energetic, his Brina now looked even more weak and delicate.

Meanwhile….

Brina noticed someone standing at the door and she craned her neck, with a little difficulty. Any rough movements, her head starts to hurting.

However, after seeing Louis who is gazing back at her, she froze.

Her hazel eyes locked with his greyish black eyes. Unfathomable and intense emotions scorching up in both of their eyes.

He was thinking about how Brina used to be back then.. just like a queen. But now..

He couldn't help but feel the strong impulse to help her to become the original Brina back.

Meanwhile, Brina's eyes moisted up with tears.

When Brina met with the accident, all of her thoughts were filled about her nephew, Will and her boyfriend Louis.

Their sweet memories, his genuine words and his pure love for her.. Everything just played in front of her eyes.

She wanted to spend more time and if possible, she wanted to spend the rest of her life with him and that strong desire provided her the sudden gush of energy to crawl out of the car. But due to the injury on her head, she fell unconscious.

And, even after falling unconscious, Louis is everywhere in her mind and heart.

She had a terrible dream.

In that dream, Louis was leaving her. He had his back facing her as his figure receded from her sight. And his eyes are full of hatred for her..

Though Brina doesn't remember the exact details, that dream was enough to break her heart. That was very painful for her even though it was just a dream.

However, when Brina played the same scenario imagining it happening in real, she felt her heart shatter into pieces.

She doesn't want him to leave her.

And, she was not even able to imagine her life and if that really happens....

In simple words, she could not see her future without him.

Then she understood how much she loves him from the bottom of her heart. But till now, she was not able to guaze the intensity of her love for him.

Meanwhile…

Noticing the sudden increase in temperature between the couple, the doctors and nurses who were checking her injuries, left the room quickly.

Soon, the room got etched with silence and it was only them, with their eyes locked and immersed in their own thoughts about one another.

Louis involuntary walked to Brina, his eyes never leaving her intoxicating one which are now brimming with tears. When Louis approached her, she extended her hand and gestured him to sit beside her on the bed.

Louis felt his heart melt when he saw her adorable face but his heart started aching when he noticed the tears in her eyes.

It was like a bittersweet moment.

Nodding his head Louis gave her a faint smile and patted her head affectionately. Making sure not to hurt her, he cautiously sat down beside her.

"How are you feeling now, Brina?" he asked caressing her cheeks, but making sure not to touch her bruises.

But what Brina did, stunned him.

Instead of answering his question she right away threw herself on him and buried her face in his chest.

She didn't even think about her injuries nor about the IV drip attached to her hand.

"Brina, careful!!" Louis warned but his arm automatically wrapped around her waist, while his other hand patted her back, comforting her.

Though he loves his Brina who is very adoring and sweet, he couldn't deny that he also loved the powerful and daring Brina from the videos.

In short, he wanted both of the Brina's. He don't even have the slightest regret in loving her. No matter how complex her life is..

"You will not leave me right?" Brina abruptly asked in her meek and shaky voice. That nightmare has really shook her to her core.

However, it taught her a lesson that she shouldn't delay in confessing her loves for him.

In meanwhile, Louis was momentarily shocked when he heard her question.

Why is she acting a little weird after waking up??

Had she dreamt something bad??

People often dream something gloomy after having such a terrible accidents.

"Why would I leave you, you silly girl? I have already promised you with all my heart that I will never leave your side." he said as he gently pecked her forehead.

Brina smiled and snuggled in his embrace more.

"I should be the one to ask you that question, Ms. Girlfriend. I already gave you my assurance by confessing my love to you, it is yo-"Louis is about to joke when he got interjected by her sweet melodious voice.

"I love you, Louis." Brina said all in sudden.

However, Louis didn't expect this sudden confession.

He is totally stunned to his core and his mind went totally blank.

"What.. what did you jus.. just say?" Louis asked, his voice is shaky due to the jubilance and surprise.

Brina smiled, as a tear escaped her eyes.

When she is at the brink of losing her life today, she badly regretted not confessing to Louis. Fortunately, everything went well because of god's grace and she escaped from the grave danger.

So, as soon as she came out of coma, Brina decided to confess.

And, that is the reason she right away asked for Louis but not for her brother and her extended family.

"I said, I love you." Brina said as she chuckled. His shocked voice made her giggle.

He wouldn't have expected that. She loved surprising him.

Brina carefully tilted up her head and looked at him. Her eyes suddenly morphed to serious.

"I want to spend the rest of my life with you, Louis. Will you promise to be sincere and honest with me and love me for the rest of your life just in the way you love me now?" Brina asked as she touched his cheek.

Louis who just recovered from his shock, finally understood what has just happened now.

He couldn't control himself anymore and pressed his lips against her lips and started kissing her passionately.

Brina closed her eyes and started savoring the moment. This kiss was enough for her to throw her insecurities away.

It gave away how much he loves her and how genuine his feelings are. Brina cupped his face and started to reciprocating his kiss.

Louis deepened his kiss even more when he sensed Brina reflecting her feelings through her kiss. His happiness now knew no bounds.

"I will love you forever Brina. And, I had something to tell you as well." he said.
