Seeing his stats increase Night certainly felt satisfied. Regardless of how tired he felt he moved onto the next mob.

Wild Boar

Level 1

Grade: Field

Hp- 200

Skills- Charge: Rushes forward in a straight line dealing 50% of PhyDmg

It was quite surprising to see a graded mob appear like this. Mobs with grades are usually multiple times stronger.

The grades for mobs, bosses are:

-->Mythical Grade

These were the 7 grades of monsters released by KYOJIN, the company which was behind the release of the world's biggest VRMMORPG that is 'Genensis2076', however, there were two more grades that KYOJIN decided not to make public: Divine and Forbidden.

Regardless of whether it was a graded boss or not, Night realized if he took it down he would gain a whole bunch of XP and coins, he didn't bother considering the chance of him getting a drop from the mob.

He took out his bow and very slightly crouched, what made Night different from others is how fast he adapts. Only after killing a single mob, he realized that slightly crouching and shooting makes the arrow travel faster which increases the chance of Armour Break, which deals more damage.

He rapidly plucked at his bow and 3 energy-guided arrows flew right into the Field graded mob.

For some reason seeing that number sent shivers down his spine, shaking the eerie feeling off, he quickly changed to his spear to commence his combo once again.

As he saw the boss run towards him, he poked at the boar, however to his surprise the boar dodged to the side. He soon noticed that the mob could dodge because it never used any skill but simply ran towards him!!

Quickly realizing this he jumped back three steps while changing to his bow and shot at the boar again

The boar now prepared to use its skill and a smile crept up on Night as he reduced the mobs' health to 30 in a few seconds.

The fight went on for another few minutes which was to be expected.

However, what the boar did next didn't cross Night's mind at all, in fact, he fully ruled out this possibility.

The Field-Grade Boar jumped back a few steps and proceeded to turn around and retreat, not wanting to lose his prey, Night chased after it.

He tried sniping it a few times, however, that damned boar was just too quick.

Soon he lost sight of it but he knew he would find it as the boar cornered itself and the only way out was through Night. At least that was what he thought until the boar wasn't to be seen for a long time, Night even tried looking for it but he couldn't find it. Just as he was about to turn around his back foot very lightly stepped into a very weak piece of land causing him to fall backward tumbling down for a good 10 seconds until he finally reached flat land.

Cursing his bad luck again, Night stood up and patted himself while looking around.

His surroundings were covered with Tropical Trees and very thick ones at that, which explains how he did not see the trench-like land. It was rather random considering his current location was just a few minutes away from Aeternum which is anything but a tropical region.

But what caught his eye was the Cave, he then connected the dots and figured the boar was probably inside recovering. First, the tropical trees and then the mysterious cave, it was an anomaly after an anomaly.

Without wasting any more time he entered the cave.

The supercomputer ATHENA which made Genesis2076 possible had come across a possible major issue within the first few hours of launch.

"ATHENA, what was the probability of triggering Nyx's curse?"Kenny asked

"HAHAHA, to think someone would actually trigger an easter egg I implemented, good, good, let us see how this plays out," Kenny said while laughing.

[DUE TO NYX'S CURSE STARTLING DIVINE GRADE NPC'S FOR A FEW SECONDS, DIVINE GRADE NPC 'ROBERT' WHO WAS ON ROUTE TO THE IMPERIAL KINGDOM WAS IMPACTED BY THE CURSE WHICH THREW HIM OFF COURSE AND CAUSING HIM TO LOSE HIS STAFF WHICH RESULTED IN THE FORMATION OF THE CAVE OF CADUCEUS]

"Night again? well, this much was to be expected, however, the reason the curse even affected the NPC was due to Night's luck. Hah, the Cave of Caduceus is a cave that changes according to the player, so it wouldn't be impossible for him to clear it" Kenny said as he leaned back and looked at the large screen which showed a young man tumbling down and falling in front of a cave.
