He looked ready to shove it up Kwon Hyuk Soo’s ass .

An anxious Kwon Hyuk Soo quickly shouted .

“Hold on! Put that down!”

Ju-Heon’s eyes flashed as if the war was starting right then . But Kwon Hyuk Soo seemed to have a lot he wanted to say .

“I told you to listen carefully without being shocked! Even if it was extremely shocking, you can’t react like that!”

Ju-Heon threw Gungnir without any hesitation .

Gungnir flew toward Kwon Hyuk Soo . It looked more excited than ever before .

Kwon Hyuk Soo started freaking out . Gungnir’s tip was pointing at a dangerous location .

Kwon Hyuk Soo quickly shouted .

Kwon Hyuk Soo despaired while looking at Ju-Heon’s wicked smile . He would probably get ripped off more than benefit from this!

Ju-Heon nonchalantly called Gungnir back . Kwon Hyuk Soo, who had almost died, started to speak again .

“My goodness, I didn’t know you would hate it that much!”

“I’m just telling you to cut the crap . I can still clearly remember my father’s face . ”

Kwon Hyuk Soo peeked at Ju-Heon and slyly smiled .

“Then what about a hidden son……”

Ju-Heon became interested after hearing that .

This skyscraper of a building had a large artifact shopping center, an Experience Hall, an Exhibition Hall, and other similar areas on the lower floors while the offices were on the higher floors .

Someone who stole everyone’s attention appeared in the lobby .

People dropped their jaws as Ju-Heon nonchalantly walked through the lobby .

He had a physique that looked great in a suit and had his hair slicked back in a style that wouldn’t work for most people . He looked so cool that even men would say he was cool .

Anybody who recognized him were screeching with joy .

As for Ju-Heon’s sister Joy who was coming back from lunch…she spurted out her coffee .

It was quite shocking to see him like this since he usually just walked around in a sweatsuit .

Joy’s reaction didn’t matter as Ju-Heon was gathering a crowd as if he was the Pied Piper .

Edward’s gaze moved toward the item Ju-Heon was holding . Ju-Heon put his hand on Edward’s shoulder as if they were extremely close with each other .

“What’s wrong, old man? I heard that you left for a good job recently . Why don’t you give me a reference too?”

“Aww come on Director Seo… I mean, Director-nim . What do you mean leaving for a new job? Where else would I go but he……”

They heard a gunshot inside the meeting room . The employees gasped .

“What the hell was that?!”

They heard another gunshot .

Edward turned pale as a bullet brushed past his ear .

“Old man, your head is next . ”

Edward instantly lowered his tail .

“I’m sorry sir! I’m sorry that I couldn’t tell you in advance! But I only recently joined the Round Table! It hasn’t even been a week!”

The employees who were eavesdropping started to talk .

“Hold on . The Round Table? Isn’t that Pandora’s Executive Board?”

“That is our company and our Director-nim’s enemies, so why would the CEO-nim join them?”

Edward urgently explained himself .

“Wait, Director-nim . Don’t get the wrong idea! You need to go into the enemy’s lair to understand them . So……!”

“What? You didn’t go to get artifacts since I wouldn’t give you a Heirloom? Isn’t that totally an act of betrayal?”

Edward started coughing after hearing Ju-Heon’s implied meaning .

He wasn’t actually trying to keep it a secret from Ju-Heon or to betray him .

He was planning on giving it to Ju-Heon from the beginning .

He was just planning on getting it first to sell it to Ju-Heon for a good price or to make a deal!

He thought that it would be enough for Ju-Heon to give him a Heirloom .

“I barely got into the Round Table’s meeting!”

Ju-Heon just scoffed .

“Well, whatever . I looked into it and you didn’t embezzle any funds from the company . It also doesn’t look like you sold any of our information . But I’m surprised you got in . It’s not a place where just anybody can get into . ”

Edward’s eyes flashed as if he had found his opening .

“Then should I tell you how I got into it? But it won’t be for free…as for the payment…”

Ju-Heon sneered at him .

“Get lost . It’s all thanks to the evil god artifact . ”

“!”

“The evil god artifact that used to be on my sister is on you now . You just used it . ”

“W, what the hell?! You knew about it…”

“That’s why I didn’t give you a Heirloom . You seemed to be fine using the substitute Heirloom . ”

“What…?! Wait, that was the reason?!”

“Well, what you have isn’t that good for an old man like you so feel free to let me know whenever you want to get rid of it . It’s going to cost you though . ”

Edward seemed to be feeling truly wronged .

Oh well, none of that mattered right now .

He could get some information about the Knights of the Round Table that he didn’t have much information about .

The Era of Artifacts . They were the dark forces that allowed the monopolizers to run wild spreading tomb syndrome to people and making them die .

Those bastards were the reason numerous people died by artifacts and his team had been murdered by them as well .

Basically, they were the final group of enemies Ju-Heon had to take care of . There was no way he would let them be .

“I heard that those bastards have the Majesty’s Throne . What do you know about it?”

Edward coughed again .

Ju-Heon became interested after hearing that . He didn’t trust everything that Kwon Hyuk Soo had told him, but this was what that bastard had said .

‘The Knights of the Round Table found the Majesty’s descendants and used them before killing them . They did all of that to use the throne . ’

But apparently the Majesty’s descendants they had tracked down using DNA could not handle the Majesty’s Throne .

‘But you might be able to control it . Whether in the past or now, hyung-nim and the others are probably scared about that . ’

Edward sighed and continued to speak .

“But it would be difficult for me or you to swipe that out of there . ”

“Why?”

“The knight guarding that thing is the final boss . His name is John Harper . That bastard uses a Christian artifact…”

Ju-Heon’s eyes opened wide . He then started to laugh out loud .

Maybe that was to be expected .

Why?

‘What the hell? Kwon Hyuk Soo, you despicable old man . Was my subordinate he was talking about being a part of the Knights of the Round Table that guy?’

That was the case . John Harper was one of Ju-Heon’s former team members .

But he was someone who should have already been dead .
