Chapter 318: Slaying All Deities, a Clean Sweep
Chapter 318: Slaying All Deities, a Clean Sweep
“That’s so cool!”
“Nice job!”
“Five years! It’s been five years. I have never been so excited as I am now.”
“They deserve it. These godd*mn gods were throwing their weight around when they first got here. They’ve never treated us, humans with any humanity. Now let them see how powerful humans are.”
“From today onward, I am Ling Jiu’s hardcore fan. Slandering him is equivalent to slandering me. I will make that person see reason.”
“I am proud of this battle. The days when the gods rampage through the world will be gone forever. We humans will once again control our own destiny.”
“There you go! Keep it up and kill all Kryptonians.”
Countless bullet titles flew across the screen as people expressed their joy.
People were discussing in forums and Tieba with excitement.
Earthlings had been suppressed for too long.
Since the birth of the deities five years ago, and they ruled the earth with an iron fist, billions of humans on the earth have found themselves in dire straits.
Since then, humans had become slaves of the deities.
People were so happy now because the darkness had gone, and the sun was shining again.
But not all humans were happy, some desperate and terrified.
These people were those who defected to the deities earlier.
The Rothschild family, the Brontë family in Europe, the Flanagan family in America, and many ecclesiastics had voluntarily defected to the deities and served as slaves.
However, they were not the only ones. Many wealthy business people, aristocratic families, and consortia that had defected to the deities were on pins and needles right now.
The deities were over. What would await them since they had betrayed Earth and defected to the deities?

It went without saying that the government, the people, Ling Jiu, and everyone would not let them get away with it.
“Now, it’s your turn.” Ling Jiu flew over the pantheon and landed on the roof, overlooking the gods standing on the square. “What should I do with all of you?”
The gods looked at each other, bowing their heads without saying a word.
“Kill them all!”
A reporter suddenly roared, and his action instantly stirred up the other reporters, who raised their fists in the air in an uproar.
“Kill these scoundrels!”
“Kill them and drive them out of Earth!”
“These scoundrels have ruined our lives!”
Looking at the ecstatic reporters, billions of netizens gave their thumbs-up. “Good job! It’s a pity that I’m not at the scene.”
Ling Jiu beckoned, and all the reporters calmed down. He then looked at the horrified and desperate gods. “Have you heard that?”
Those gods remained silent.
“Since everyone wants all of you dead, you will all die.”
While speaking, he performed a Void Devouring, swallowing all the gods on the square into the Floating Island.
He did not kill these people instantly but planned to hand them over to Leoux, who would turn them into living puppets and tree planters for him.
After he did this, he turned to face the cameras.
“Earth is our home. No one may violate it. Both the gods and the Kryptonians, who dare to invade Earth, will be killed without mercy!”
Billions of netizens watching the live stream broke out in a loud cheer
The Kryptonians had also heard what Ling Jiu said. General Zod and Kal’s faces changed. There was anger in their eyes as they prepared to bring their men to attack the pantheon.

“Who does he think he is? If he thinks he is above super-clustered beings and dreams of killing us. He is sorely mistaken!”

General Zod forced his fist on the conference table, completely smashing it. “Follow me to Mount Olympus and kill this disgusting aborigine!”
“Aye, General!”
Dozens of Kryptonians rose into the sky as soon as General Zod’s voice trailed off. They all faded into streams of light as they flew toward the pantheon.
Ling Jiu got a warning from Leoux as soon as those Kryptonians set off. “The Kryptonians are flying towards us, Ling Jiu.”
“How many of them?” Ling Jiu’s heart missed a beat.
“Sixty-six,” Leoux said. “They are all super-clustered beings. Your appearance makes them feel threatened. They plan to kill you in the bud before you have fully grown up.”
“Kill me? Heck!” Ling Jiu sneered. “Let them come. The Saiyan Golden Ape avatar needs to expand the Inner World, and I need gardeners to plant trees. They come at the right time. I just need to capture them and turn them into gardeners.”
Leoux nodded in agreement.
“Leoux, I need to wipe out all the gods and Kryptonians in a clean sweep. Make sure no one gets away,” Ling Jiu said.
“You got it.” Leoux broke into a smile of confidence. “Now the entire Earth is under my surveillance. Besides, I have sealed off the earth. Anyone may get in but not out. So whether the gods or the Kryptonians will be here to stay. No one escapes.”
“I know I can trust you.”
“Ling Jiu!”
“Ling Jiu!”
Just then, voices came as dozens of streams of light came from the distance. They were none other than Emperor Might, Vulcan, Bai Ya, and others.
“You’ve all come!” Ling Jiu greeted them with a smile.
“D*mn, you’re quick! Come on, man! How could you kill all the gods without waiting for us?” Vulcan jokingly gave Ling Jiu a punch in the chest.
Others had a similar expression, too. They all had prepared for a big fight when they set off from Chang’an Base City together this morning.
They did not expect that Ling Jiu would beat them to the punch, having everything under control. They wished they were here early.
“Wipe them out in one clean sweep? No!” Ling Jiu shook his head. “According to the intel I obtained, only one-tenth of the gods are taking part in the meeting this time. With the exception of the Greek deities, other gods from other pantheons have remained in their lairs. For example, there are dozens of Norse gods still in Asgard, and dozens of Egyptian deities are in Egyptian. Not forgetting the Persian, Mayan, Japanese, and other deities. Many of them are still alive. All of you can have them.”
Everyone’s eyes lit up when they heard what Ling Jiu said. There were over a thousand gods, but only the major gods had come to the meeting while the others had stayed behind.
Those gods were also the targets to be destroyed.
“You have killed the kings of the gods. Leave these little guys to them. Don’t you think of taking them all to yourself?”
“Absolutely. They are ours. Don’t you ever think of taking them all for yourself again.”
Everyone could not sit still. After saying hello to Ling Jiu, they left at once.
