Chapter 227: 227
Chapter 227: Humanity’s Top Echelon, Another 9527
It was impossible for a Xenomorph to have Arcana!
But the one before them had Arcana, and there was only one reason. It was an Arcanist Xenomorph born from infesting an Arcanist!
Infesting an Arcanist!
Ling Jiu instantly thought of the 39 cadets who had not yet return.
“In other words, the host of this Xenomorph is probably one of the 39 cadets.” Ling Jiu murmured. “I wonder which sorry lot that was.”
KRAK!!
Just as Ling Jiu was thinking, the battle raged on.
The lightning on the Xenomorph’s body flashed as it constantly unleashed lightning bolts at the armored alien.
The lightning bolt’s spell was fast, but the armored alien moved like a phantom, easily avoiding all of the attacks before finally appearing in front of the Xenomorph.
It then blasted out a punch.
BAAAMMM!!
The sharp fist broke through the lightning barrier and slammed on the Xenomorph’s body as a massive gaping hole was blasted out of its chest.
Green blood spurted out, but the armored alien seemed to have expected it as its figure appeared behind the Xenomorph in a flash as it lashed out another punch.
BAAAMMM!!
The Xenomorph was sent flying.
WOOSHH!!
The armored alien reappeared before the Xenomorph again, as another punch shot out.
Battle?
No, this was not a battle, this was a one-sided beatdown.
“That alien is a stellar lifeform, and that monster is at least a Class 9.”
The black operative shook his head. “The two sides are not on the same level at all.”
“That’s right, that alien is indeed a stellar lifeform.” Another operative nodded slightly.
“Any random alien is a stellar lifeform…”
The camp commandant’s face was grim. “Are all of the dozen of aliens that appeared earlier stellar lifeforms? If that is the case…”
“All of them are stellar lifeforms!”
Ling Jiu shuddered as his eyes widened in shock. A stellar lifeform was not terrifying, but if all of the aliens were stellar lifeform…
That would be absolutely terrifying!
KRAK!!
In the end, the alien smashed the Xenomorph’s head apart, and completely ended the one-sided battle.
The alien walked towards the Xenomorph and took off its helmet, revealing a head covered with scales, looking like a lizard’s head.
Then, it broke one of the Xenomorph’s fingers and carved a symbol on its head using the acidic blood to declare its victory.
After doing that, it put on its helmet again and looked at Ling Jiu and the others as it walked over step by step.
“It’s coming!”
Ling Jiu was shocked as the muscles all over his body stiffened instantly as the camp commandant and the other two operatives looked at it with vigilance.
The armored alien soon arrived before the four, its indifferent eyes casting a cold gaze at them. As if looking at prey, it launched an aggressive attack.
WOOSHH!!
Its body flickered and suddenly appeared in front of the camp commandant, raising its fist for a punch.
“Hmph!”
The camp commandant snorted, as a terrifying repulsion force blasted out from her hand, and with a loud bang, the armored alien was sent flying.
It then crashed into a thick tree, smashing it apart before stopping.

“Amazing!”
Ling Jiu was a little shocked. “The camp commandant also has Gravity Arcana? And actually blasted a stellar lifeform away. She is much stronger than mine!”
“ROAR!!!”
The armored alien kipped up and let out a roar towards the sky as it rushed over again with big strides.
Its speed was extremely fast as it ripped through the air, making a piercing sound similar to the whistle of a train.
In an instant, the armored alien’s speed had absolutely broken through the sound barrier.
But sadly…
How fast it charged it was how fast it was sent recoiling. With a wave of her hand, the camp commandant sent the armored alien flying, and this time, it crashed into even more trees.
“RWWRAARRR!”
Being beaten back twice in a row irritated the armored alien as it drew a whip made out of countless small blades from its body and lashed it at the camp commandant.
“Why the trouble?”
She shook her head a little and appeared behind the alien like a ghost, and with a karate chop, knocked the alien out.
“Insolent fool.”
The black operative said disdainfully. “If the camp commandant hadn’t been wary of the alien spacecraft above, it would have died many times over long ago.”
Another operative nodded. “That’s the trouble with this place, we know that these guys are the enemy, but we cannot just kill them like that.”
“The camp commandant is really powerful, beating up the alien so one-sidedly.”
Ling Jiu shook his head in admiration, and his eyes was filled with awe. He knew that the camp commandant was strong, but he never expected her to be THIS strong.
A stellar lifeforms getting beaten up by her just like that. How strong is she?
Although he was shocked, Ling Jiu did not idle and instantly checked the armored alien’s Arcana information:
Name: Unknown
Species: Ayang-Braend Tribe
Arcana: Super Physique (Awakened, Plunderable), Invisibility (Awakened, Plunderable)
“That’s it?”
Ling Jiu was disappointed. He thought that the powerful alien must have powerful Arcanas, but he did not expect this outcome.
“It seems like aliens are not necessarily overpowered.” Ling Jiu shook his head.
“Let’s keep it under observation first,” the camp commandant ordered.
“Before we make sure what exactly they are, and what their intentions are, we cannot kill it.”
“Yes, ma’am!”
The two operatives responded.
The camp commandant nodded and then looked at Ling Jiu. “Ling Jiu, now that this involves the battle of an even higher level. This is not something you can poke your nose in, go back!”
“Yes, ma’am!”
Ling Jiu smiled bitterly, and just as he was about to enter the wormhole and return to Earth, someone suddenly walked out of the wormhole, it was Emperor Might.
Following Emperor Might, more than a dozen people walked out. Their eyes were sharp as they exuded a deep abyssal aura, exerting great pressure upon Ling Jiu. It was not difficult to guess that they were all stellar lifeforms.
“Have all the big shots on Earth been mobilized?”
Ling Jiu looked at these people one by one. This was the first time he had seen the top echelons of humanity, and sadly, he did not know any of them.

“Chairman, you’re here.”
The commandant and the others hurriedly bowed and greeted him.
“Uhm.”
Emperor Might nodded slightly. As his indifferent eyes fell upon the alien spaceship for the first time, a strange look flashed past his eyes.
“Is this the alien spacecraft?”
The others also looked at the flying saucer in the sky.
“Xiao Luo, how long has this spacecraft appeared?”
A brawny bald man with red eyebrows asked with a deep voice.
The camp commandant quickly replied. “Also, dozens of aliens flew out of it, and this is one of them.”
The camp commandant pointed to the armored alien she had knocked out earlier.
“This one?”
The eyes of the red-browed bald man and the others instantly fell upon the armored alien.
“Have you read its memories yet?”
The man asked again.
The camp commandant shook her head. “No. None of us here have Mind-reading Arcana.”
“Little Zhao!”
The red-browed turned around and looked at a skinny old man behind him.
“Yes, chairman.”
The skinny old man called Xiao Zhao responded and then walked to the armored alien as he placed his frail hands on the alien’s head to read its memory.
However, not long after, the skinny old man suddenly shuddered as he spat out a mouthful of blood and staggered back.
“Ol’ Zhao, what’s wrong?”
“Ol’ Zhao…”
Everyone was shocked and immediately surrounded him.
“I…I’m fine!”
The skinny old man waved his hand, his face a little pale. “There is some kind of interference device in its brain, I’m not able to read its memory!”
“How could this be?”
“Old Zhao is the most powerful mind-reading Arcanist on Earth, and he cannot read this guy’s memory?”
“What should we do now?”
Everyone looked at each other.
“Let me try again!”
The skinny old man tried again, and the result was exactly the same. The group was suddenly stumped as they looked at the red-browed baldy and Emperor Might.
“Things have gotten a little tricky.”
The red-browed baldy looked at Emperor Might and said. “Brother Might, what should we do now?”
“This alien’s strength is average.”
Emperor Might looked at the armored alien and said lightly. “But all of us understand that to measure the strength a race is not just by looking at individual strength, but more importantly, their technological level. So we need to figure out the level of their civilization.”
Everyone nodded, the strength of the armored alien may be average, and all of them could simply just beat one up easily.
But did that mean the aliens were weak?
Absolutely not!
The people on Earth 30 years ago were even weaker, without a single powerhouse, yet they still possessed destructive weapons like nuclear bombs.
So, in addition to individual strength, they also needed to take into account the level of science and technology and the level of its civilization.
No one what civilization level this alien had already reached.
No one knew whether this alien spaceship carried any powerful weapon.
So, before they figured all these things out, no one dared to act rashly, much less kill willy-nilly.
With a wave of his hand, Emperor Might took out a black orb, and upon seeing this black orb, a look of envy appeared in the eyes of the red-browed baldy and the others.
And when Ling Jiu saw the black orb, he was slightly taken aback. “That material…”
At this moment, the black orb transformed and became a little black person. That form… it was exactly the same as 9527.
Ling Jiu was shocked.
“Looking for me?”
The little black person yawned, looking rather sleepy.
“1269, I have something to ask of you.”
Emperor Might said lightly. “See the alien spaceship overhead? I want to know the level of its civilization.”
“Hmmm?”
The little black person known as 1269 looked to the sky. “Heh, there’s another extraterrestrial visiting Earth again? What ill fate. But this is also normal, as time passed, more and more aliens will show up.”
Emperor Might said. “1269, you have a way to check the civilization level of this alien, right?”
“I can detect, sure.”
The little black person said. “But you also know that my main body had been destroyed, with only my core left. Also, I lack the necessary tools, so I cannot detect it if it’s too far.”
“Then have a look at this instead.”
With a grab of the void, he pulled the armored alien knocked out by the camp commandant over.
“Oh? You have a prisoner here?”
The little black person licked its lips, and jumped onto the armored alien to probe it, and obtained a result after a while.
“In terms of the manufacturing level of the armor this guy is wearing, the technological level is at most the level of a galactic civilization, about two levels higher than you Earthlings.”
“A Galactic Civilization?”
Emperor Might frowned slightly.
The little black person said faintly. “The civilizations in the universe can be divided into primitive civilization, elementary civilization, stellar civilization, galactic civilization, and other higher-forms of civilization. Earth now is an elementary civilization, while the other party is a galactic civilization.”
“Two full levels higher than Earth! That is to say, this foe has the Elemental Mortification weapons that can destroy Earth in a single strike.
As soon as the words came out, everyone present was silent in an instant.
A single strike.
To destroy Earth!
Elemental Mortification Weapons!
How the hell were we supposed to fight it?
“That’s right.”
The little black person softly said, “So don’t see it as a mere alien spaceship. Destroying all of you is a simple matter for it.”
“Do you have a way to stop it?” Emperor Might said.
“That’s very simple.”
The little black person gently said. “I’m an intelligent life, and as long as I can enter that alien spacecraft, I can easily seize control of it.”
“By then, no matter how powerful the weapons it has in its arsenal… will all be useless.”
As soon as it said that, everyone’s eyes lit up, but the next sentence sent everyone back into silence.
“However, it is after all a spacecraft created by a galactic civilization, and it will be difficult for me to get inside it.”
Everyone looked at each other.
Yeah!
The alien spaceship was a hulking piece of metal, how do they even get in?
If they cannot get it, how do they seize control of the spacecraft?
“I think… I have a way.”
At this moment, a weak voice sounded.
