The two were so excited once they had recognized the white rocks as energy crystals . But before they could take those energy crystals, a Centipede Dragon came .
It turned out that this nest belonged to the Centipede Dragon .
A battle inevitably broke out . When the fight was in full swing, the noise had attracted the other arcanists, who came and also saw the energy crystals .
So the battle had turned into a gang fight .

Ling Jiu and Shi Gang quickly looked and saw those airships had stopped in the air while a fierce gang fight had broken out on the ground .
Hundreds of arcanists were bombarding the Centipede Dragon indiscriminately . Flames, water dragons, earth and rocks, lightning, sonic waves, magnetic cannons, bullets, artillery shells and all sorts of attacks rained down on the Centipede Dragon .
The amazing thing was that those attacks were nothing more than tickling to the Centipede Dragon . They could not cause any substantial harm to it at all— not even a scratch .
“The defense of this Centipede Dragon is terrifying!” Dylon shook his head and sighed . “It is even stronger than many Class-Eight Direbeasts . We alone would probably never kill it . ”
“We would have beaten it to its death if not for this reason . ” Shi Gang looked at Ling Jiu . “Are you sure you can subdue it?”
“There are many ways to skin a cat . ” Ling Jiu let out a confident smile .
“I knew you could!” Shi Gang was extremely delighted .
Meanwhile, the Centipede Dragon did not even look at those hundreds of arcanist . What it was helpless against was Francis, who clung to its head like a chewing gum .
Francis could not kill the Centipede Dragon with his sword, but he still caused great pain and annoyance to it .
The Centipede Dragon suddenly raised and slammed its head into a nearby giant tree .

“I don’t know . ”
Francis sighed . The Centipede Dragon had swallowed dozens of energy crystals, which were worth hundreds of thousands of contribution points .
He did not want to give up just like that, but he could do nothing right now .
“There is nothing we can do!”
“We are no match for this beast!”
“Even Francis can’t kill it . What should we do? Give up?”
“Francis is the number one arcanist of our Vulcan training camp . Who are we when even he can’t defeat the Centipede Dragon?”
