But as a businessman, you lack a lot of things that would help you manage the company. You have no opinions and just do everything that I told you to do. What would happen after my death?"

The old man stood and turned his back on his son as he walked towards his bed. "The company had been stagnant for more than ten years now. I believe this is the best time that we switched leadership and open our eyes to a newer perspective."
