'Tap... Tap...'
The sound of someone walking.
Jay's ears were twitching due to the sound. It kept on echoing in this mind.
He was lying unconscious when suddenly someone lift him and started to carry him.
AFTER 40 MINUTES...
Jay started to regaining his consciousness. He slowly opened his eyes.
"Uhh..."
He opened his eyes and noticed an unfamiliar ceiling.
"Huh...? Where am I?"
He suddenly pulled himself from the sleeping posture and sat himself upright.
He quickly turned his gazes and noticed that he was in some room which was completely unknown to him.
"What just happened...? The last thing that I remember is that I was engulfed by the tornado..."
Suddenly a woman entered the room where Jay was resting.
She stared at him and suddenly shouted.
"Anduxnesu juorss kilabsi!!!"
"Huh? What is she saying?", Jay thought.
He could see that she was panicked but couldn't understand what she said. The language was different.
"Is she not from around here?" is what he thought.
"Anduxnesu juorss kilabsi!!!"
She kept on shouting and then immediately many people with black skin wearing a feathery hood ran in.
They all stood and stared at Jay as if he was some monster.

"What did I do? Why are they staring at me like this?", he mumbled.
"Kora Ajis Lava Tan."
One of the person who had a well built body suddenly came forward and said something to Jay.
Jay thought that this person might have been the leader or king of this group. They all seemed like some tribal people so it would be common for them to have a king among them.
"Uhh... I'm sorry I'm unable to understand you..."
Jay said while smiling at them in order to prove himself harmless.
Then the tribe people stared at each other and laughed. Then they came and lifted Jay and started tossing him up.
"Huh...? Wait what are you doing!!?"
Although he has no idea what they were upto, he somehow knew that they understood him. He thought this could be a chance to become their friends but he had no idea about their language.
The the girl from earlier who has initially shouted after seeing Jay regain consciousness suddenly shouted again, "Akerusu Sira Don tang dekuan!"
As soon as the other tribesmen heard this, they stopped tossing Jay and slowly laid him down.
Jay was suddenly shocked. He wasn't able to understand her intentions.
Then the girl started marching slowly towards Jay.
Jay was on his guard all this time as he wasn't aware of the surrounding.
The girl came closer to Jay and suddenly patted him at his shoulders.
"Eh? What?"
He wasn't sure what she exactly wanted.
Then she suddenly said, "Crea Kura Don Dura."
Suddenly Jay's pupils enlarged.
Among the sentence that she said the only thing he recognised and understood was the word 'Kura'.
Of course he remembered since that was the Pharoh's name after all at least that's what it was mentioned in the mission.

He wanted to know more. He wanted to find out what she wanted to tell him. Who were there people and what was their relationship with Kura the Pharoh.
He wanted to know many things but there was a huge barrier that was preventing him from knowing about these things and that was language.
"Uhhhh!!! I wish I could learn their language!!!"
He was so eager to find out about everything and it might have been that Lady Luck heard this and bestowed him immense luck since the moment he asked for the wish, he hears a system notification.
'Ding Dong'

Jay was overjoyed after seeing the mission.

Tainted Reflections (A Litrpg Portal Apocalypse)
Thirty-five years ago, the world ended. A small subsection of humanity was sent to a brand new world with a game-like system that 'ensured' our survival, and the rest simply disappeared. I fought my way to the upper echelon of levels, made and lost friends over the years, and it finally felt like humanity had carved itself a small foothold in this Godforsaken place. Until one final person died. Until the system reset, and took everything I'd worked so damn hard for with it. I found myself staring at a face I barely recognized as my own, and the Earth began to end once again. Updates every day Monday thru Friday.
8 127Outlook: The Stars (Consciousness Unbound Book 1)
The year is 2152. Rune Yahui is a nineteen-year-old failure, not having gained entrance to college or the military, with no significant prospects in life. Even worse, Rune is the poorest of the poor, hailing from the mega-slums of New Southern Chicago, the lowest pit of America. In a desperate last-ditch attempt to gain a future more lustrous than toiling the rest of his days away in abhorrent conditions in one of the near sweat-shop level factories that dot the megapolis, Rune signs up for the Virtual Citizen program, a program to cull the excessive world population by transferring just their brains into a video game. In a stroke of rare luck, Rune is admitted into the program and happily submits himself to the surgery and digitization process. Unfortunately for him, he wakes up several hundred years later than he expected... or does he? **Author's Note** This isn't a type of story typical to RRL. You may have noticed LitRPG in the tags, but it's a relatively minor element in the story until later. You may also notice Slice of Life is in the tags. This story is going to be slow and there won't be any power tripping until way later if at all. The focus will be on character development. That doesn't mean I won't still have action/excitement, however. I encourage you to give the story a try. Maybe it will be your thing, maybe it won't. Thanks for even taking the time to read this, and if you do give my fiction a try, I hope you enjoy it. If you don't, well, I hope you find something that you do enjoy. Happy reading!
8 245Supreme Formation Immortal Sovereign
Falling under the Heavenly Tribulation, Ascending Celestial Oalur Kang finds that he's back in the past. Watch him pursue the Heavenly Path of Formations and rise to the peak of the Immortal Path! . . . . . . . . . Hello, this is F-Rank! This is my take on writing cultivation stories. Though I'm sure nobody cares, the intent behind this story was focused on creating a more or less logical cultivation system. I read several stories where the mc transmigrated to a cultivation world (not calling names to avoid unnecessary angst) and was able to completely break the cultivation system and the logic of the world because they had the power of science on their side and were able to think more logically than everybody else. Despite the fact that some characters in those stories were older than the scientific method of thinking and even the human civilization as we know it and the whole society was older than our human race. So I decided to write a story where things about cultivation make sense (as far as a magical world full of super magical people can make sense), so here we are. I don't know if I will be able to fulfil this purpose but I hope that the story will end up enjoyable. Can also be considered a prequel for my other story "Wasn’t my new life in a magical world supposed to be easy?" but has very little overlapping content and can be read as a stand alone story. Also available on Scribble Hub.
8 88A Life to Save - Protection Detail Series Book #2
The path of discovery leads to a journey of choices, or so her father used to say, but nothing about her current journey would have described anything her father or mother would have experienced. Experiencing new abilities was unexpected, but when they threatened the lives of those she loved could she learn to use them for good or become the enemy to the only people she knew as family.

8 66Souls
To be summoned to another world of swords and magic is the dream of anyone who wants more from life. With the chance of becoming a master of the sword, to grow more powerful than anyone could ever imagine. All this could be Leon one day. If he was the Hero. Instead, he along with his entire school was summoned into this world to fight the demon race whose king was recently died for unknown reasons, all to protect the people who Leon could really not care if they die. He mainly just wants to use magic and fly. But why has the Demon King died? How were these people able to summon people from across dimensions? And how could such a plain-looking boy like Leon ever hope to survive in a world where everyone, including the demons, don't really like him. They don't hate him, but they would rather not have anything to do with him. Disclaimer: My grammar is crap, and you have the right to tell me just how much I suck at writing. Also if your feeling like this series is very much like Arifureta, then I'm sorry. Because the beginning of this story will sound very much like that series.
