"Sigh, for now, let's go home...."
After saying this Jay started to climb down the stairs since he was standing on top of a 50 storey building.
Soon he walked out of the building and was standing near the main road.
"Do I need to find another Taxi now?"
His expressions were clearly telling that he had enough. He didn't want to go in any taxi for now or at least till the near future.
"Never mind, let's just walk home, it's 6 Km ahead only.", was what Jay thought as he scratched his head.
He could easily cover that distance thanks to him Leveling up, but that would attract attention and what he wanted was to have a low profile.
Hence, he just walked towards his home.
45 MINUTES PASSED...
*yawns*
Jay was tired. He was sitting on a bench in a park.
"I have worked too much for now, let's just rest for 10 minutes or so and then I'll resume walking."
He was breathing heavily. Then he remembered that the system had said to give the rewards once he was out of the Portal so he shouted in his mind, "System."
The screen appeared again which was now quite familiar and normal to Jay. He was not surprised by it anymore.
"Hmm, show missions.", he mumbled.

He thought for some time and then suddenly found a glimpse of a way to increase his stats.
"Can I use Merit Points to increase the stats? I mean there might be no other use for Merit Points if I'm not wrong."
He was thinking the relation between Stat points and Merit Points. Since he had 0 stat points, all he could do is rely on Merit Points.
"Okay, let's do this. Convert all the Merit Points to Stat Points!"
As soon as he said this, a sudden notice appeared.

"I asked whether you were a pervy person." The girl repeats her self.
"No!!! I'm not! Who told you that I am a perv?"
"Mama always tells that creepy people are pervs."
*slurp slurp* she said this as she licked her lolipop.
"Never mind, no use of arguing with this kid." Is what Jay thought.
"I'm going, bye kid. And yes I'm not a perv."
The girl waved the hand as she said, "Bye pervy Brother."
"I SAID I'M NOT A PERV!!!"
