"What is this God Damn noise!!? Be quiet! STOP!"
And as soon as he told 'STOP' the System stopped ringing and the warning disappeared.
"What was that sound? It was as if my head would split apart!!"
He looked at the clock that was hanging on the wall.
"What? It's 4:43 PM!?"
He was very smart and his memory was like that of a photographic memory. He tried to recall as the time when he slept.
"Hasn't I slept at 8:19 PM?"
He started to wonder as to how could this had happened. He wanted to confirm if it was morning and 4:43 AM instead of PM, but the bright sunlight from the outside made me realise that it was indeed 4:43 PM!
"Did the clock travel in reverse or have I gone insane?"
He scratched his head and then again started to think. He was confused and started to doubt the clock. Then he doubted himself but still couldn't figure it out.
"Oh damn, leave it! Lemme just sleep."
Then he lowered his head and was about to sleep when again the warning notification popped out!

"Aaahhhhh!!! The fu*k! Not again! My head will split apart!!! STOP!"
And yet again as soon as he said 'STOP' the warning notice disappeared.
"Phew, now good. But what the heck was that?"
He finally thought that he had got some silence when suddenly a nurse entered the ward. It was the same nurse who had previously shouted at Jay for screaming.

"Don't you understand? You aren't the only patient here! Shut your mouth and sleep!" (Nurse)
And then she continued to give a small lecture. Jay could do nothing other than just listen and wait until the nurse left.
It was as if a small rabbit was in front of a great dragon or even fiercer!
After a long 15 minutes the nurse ended her lecture and left. These 15 minutes seemed like 15 decades to Jay.
"Haa... finally she left! Now I can relax."
But for some reason he felt unrest. It was as if his body didn't want him to fall asleep again or as if his sixth sense was warning him. But he thought these feelings are just because he was tired. So he tried to neglect them. Then slowly he was about to lower his head when he heard the TV that was from the next room.
"The Nurse was complaining me for being loud but can't she stop them?"
But he was able to hear the news.
NEWS- yesterday on 24th of April, Hunter Mark Tine was estimated to be S-Rank hunter and today is his debut and...
"Mark Tine? 24th April... yesterday... wait what!!? Yesterday was 24th of April?"

We all want to believe we are heroes of our own story - unless we want to be the villain, of course. At the end of everything, the Final Reaper decided he hadn’t been a hero. Driven by a desire to right the wrongs he was subjected to, he killed everyone who wronged him or his people - which turned out to be everyone that wasn’t killed by someone else first. He'd won - but it was a hollow victory. Eventually, Order’s Voice found a way out. If the only existing being would agree to give up most of his power, the Voice could reset the multiverse to an earlier time with a few minor changes. Of course, the Voice couldn't ask it that way. It could only ask if the Final Reaper was willing to start over from when Earth was first brought into Order. It was an easy decision, and yet it wasn’t. Was he willing to go through eons of pain again to not be alone? Yes. In a heartbeat. Not that his heart beat anymore. Now it would. Perhaps he could even be a hero, this time. When he landed in his old body - more or less - on Earth, the Final Reaper once again became Thomas. He was both and neither. He needed a new name for a new life. Serenity. ------------------------------------------ While this is technically a System Apocalypse story, it's a System Apocalypse that is designed to have a large percentage of the population survive and prosper. There are a lot of problems that come with the appearance of the Voice, and it's entirely possible to lose. Earth has some special opportunities, but also special challenges. The first time around, Earth won the first round and lost the second. Serenity has ten years from when the Voice arrives to prevent that from happening. It will be a group effort; Serenity can't win alone - which is difficult for someone who's been alone for as long as he has. Of course, that's only his second priority. ------------------------------------------- Updates Daily A note on the nonhuman lead tag: He isn't human, and hasn't been human for a very, very long time (or maybe not long at all, depending on how you count it). He still thinks of himself as human, either way.
