Dragon Prince Yuan Chapter 1413

A mysterious nightmarish voice sounded from some unknown location.
Rumble!
An aura that terrified numerous Law Domain experts erupted from palace master Sheng Yuan’s kneeling figure, rapidly climbing at an alarming speed.
Snow-white long hair frantically grew, covering the surface of the blood sea as it was gradually dyed a jarring scarlet.
What made everyone’s expression change the most, however, was seeing the seal on the Saint lotus bud rapidly crack and disintegrate.
In the end, the Saint lotus bud slowly rose from the blood sea and hovered above Sheng Yuan’s head.
Mysterious qi endlessly flowed from the top of Sheng Yuan’s head and poured into the Saint lotus bud.
As the mysterious qi gushed in, something that deeply terrified sect master Qing Yang and the others happened; the Saint lotus bud slowly began to blossom.
Once it fully blossomed, it would become a complete Saint lotus!
In other words, Sheng Yuan would finally break free of his restraints and advance from a half-Saint to a true Saint expert!
Although there was seemingly only a small difference between them, in terms of power, the two were akin to heaven and earth. Even someone as strong as Zhou Yuan had said that he could only face Sheng Yuan if he had yet to become a true Saint expert. From this, one could see how vast the gap was between a half-Saint and a true Saint expert.
The countless life forms in Cangxuan Heaven were suddenly struck by a feeling of unease. Many might be unfamiliar to the Saint stage because it was too distant to them, but it did not stop the fear that subconsciously gushed out from deep within their souls.
Their survival instinct was screaming at them.
Even normal individuals had such reactions, let alone the Cangxuan alliance experts, whose faces had turned deathly pale. If not for the slight hope they still had in their alliance leader Zhou Yuan, the Cangxuan alliance army would have already fallen apart.

The might of a Saint could shake the very world itself.
As Chi Jing sensed the growing unease in the Cangxuan alliance army, she could not help but say, “Zhou Yuan, we must stop him from ascending to the Saint stage!”
Sect master Qing Yang and the others also looked over with deeply worried eyes.
Zhou Yuan stared at the slowly blossoming Saint lotus bud above Sheng Yuan and shook his head. “We can’t, his Saint entry ritual has already begun. He sacrificed all the Sacred Palace experts and received a strand of mysterious qi from the Sacred God to help him achieve a breakthrough. Let alone me, even a Saint expert would not be able to stop Sheng Yuan at this juncture.”
The group could not help but begin to despair at these words.
Palace master Sheng Yuan had already been an incomparably problematic enemy before, and it had taken Zhou Yuan nearly every trick he had to seal Sheng Yuan’s Saint lotus bud. If Sheng Yuan advanced to the Saint stage, even Zhou Yuan would not be his match.
When that happened, what hope would Cangxuan Heaven have?
“Looks like you are still very rational.” Sheng Yuan raised his head and chuckled indifferently at Zhou Yuan.
“However, everything you try will be useless. Once I advance to the Saint stage, I won’t stop at just you, Zhou Yuan, I will personally erase everything you’re familiar with.” His seemingly nonchalant words were brimming with torrential killing intent.
“There is nothing any of you can do now but sit there and wait for the end. Hehe, are you guys finally experiencing the meaning of despair?”
Countless Cangxuan alliance experts were enraged, but their anger appeared exceptionally useless at this juncture.
They could see the Saint lotus above Sheng Yuan’s head slowly blooming as his presence grew increasingly terrifying.
However, there was no hint of anger on Zhou Yuan’s face. Only the iciness in his eyes intensified as he indifferently said, “No one can say what will happen until the end, even you.”

Sheng Yuan seemed to look over with interest. “Could you still have a trick up your sleeve?”
Instead of answering, Zhou Yuan asked, “Where have you hidden the Saint Stamp fragments?”
Sheng Yuan playfully said, “Take a guess.”
Zhou Yuan smiled and said, “I did not sense any fragments on you while we were fighting, nor did I discover anything using the Saint Runes. It seems that you’ve hidden them well.
“I believe they should be at the bottom of the Sacred Blood Reservoir?” Zhou Yuan pointed towards the violently churning blood sea.
Sheng Yuan’s expression paused for an instant.
“As the carrier of the four Saint Runes, I have a unique connection to the Cangxuan Saint Stamp fragments. Besides this strange blood sea of yours, what else can completely block this connection?” Zhou Yuan chuckled.
Sheng Yuan snorted and said, “You’re smart. The Saint Stamp fragments collected by the Sacred Palace have indeed been kept at the bottom of the blood sea. Moreover, I can also tell you that it was through these fragments that I was able to create an altar for the Sacred God.
“Oh? Could you be planning on taking back these Saint Stamp fragments and recreate the complete Cangxuan Saint Stamp to match me when I ascend to the Saint stage?” Sheng Yuan instantly deduced Zhou Yuan’s goal.
Zhou Yuan did not deny it, grinning instead as he replied, “That is indeed my plan.”
Amused, Sheng Yuan also smiled and said, “Then let’s see if you have the courage to enter the blood sea and snatch back those fragments.”
The Sacred Blood Reservoir had already grown exceptionally terrifying by this time. If Zhou Yuan stepped in, it would be near impossible to escape no matter how many tricks he had. Hence, Sheng Yuan eagerly looked forward to Zhou Yuan desperately charging into the blood sea and plunging straight to his death.
A strange smile appeared on Zhou Yuan’s face. “Well, I don’t need to retrieve them personally.”
Sheng Yuan’s eyes narrowed as he sneered, “Still trying to act all mysterious?”
Zhou Yuan slowly said, “Sheng Yuan, you’re not the only one with a backup plan…”
His hands abruptly formed a seal.
Omm!
When the seal was formed, rays of light suddenly blossomed from the depths of the blood sea.
These changes slightly startled Sheng Yuan and he quickly looked over, finding several jade tiles in the blood sea. They were the ones responsible for the light.
“When did these jade tiles enter the blood sea?” Alarm blared within Sheng Yuan as he immediately sent out a thought. The blood sea surged, crushing the jade tiles.
However, when the tiles were grinded to dust, the light did not fade but instead intensified.
A mysterious fragment could be seen at the center of each ray of light.
The fragment was not unfamiliar to Sheng Yuan. It was a Cangxuan Saint Stamp fragment!
A Saint Stamp fragment had been concealed in each jade tile!
However, Sheng Yuan was even more confused, because Zhou Yuan had voluntarily sent all of the Cangxuan alliance’s Saint Stamp fragments into the Sacred Blood Reservoir?!
Was this giving up?!
At this moment, Sheng Yuan even began to suspect if Zhou Yuan was a fanatical believer of the Sacred God like himself.
Regardless, Sheng Yuan could not help but laugh heartily. “Zhou Yuan, I’ve been unable to collect all these fragments even after so many years and now you’ve voluntarily given them all to me?!”
Zhou Yuan also chuckled, his smile unreadable.
With a flick of his finger, the Saint Stamp fragments that had slipped into the blood sea began shooting downwards, heading straight for the other Saint Stamp fragments that had been trapped at the bottom of the sea.
“Yes...I’m giving them all to you, so you’d better properly receive them!”

Delve
Summary – Level 1: Delve is an isekai litrpg that follows an average guy who just happened to wake up in a forest one day. He wasn’t summoned to defeat the demon lord or to save the world or anything like that, at least as far as he can tell. The only creature there to greet him was a regular old squirrel. Soon enough, he meets other people, only to discover that he can’t speak the language, and that not everybody immediately trusts random pajama-wearing strangers they met in the middle of the wilderness. Things generally go downhill from there, at least until the blue boxes start appearing. Delve is a story about finding your way in a new, strange, and dangerous world. It’s about avoiding death, figuring out what the heck is going on, and trying to make some friends along the way. It’s not about getting home, so much as finding a new one. Did I mention that there will be math? Summary – Level 2: Okay, but what are you in for, really? Well, this story is supposed to be realistic, or at least, as realistic as a fantasy litrpg can be. The main character doesn’t instantly become an all-powerful god and murder-hobo his way across the universe. Delve is, at its heart, a progression fantasy, but that progression is meant to feel earned. The numbers in this story actually mean something. Everything is calculated, and if you find a rounding error, I expect you to tell me about it. That said, if math isn’t your cup of tea, there is plenty more that the story has to offer. Characters are meant to feel real, and progression isn’t only about personal power; it’s also about allies, connections, and above all, knowledge. Figuring out how the system works is a significant theme. ... What, you want more details? Okay, fine, but this is going to get a bit spoiler-y. Are you sure? Yes! Really sure? I mean, this summary is practically half as long as the first chap– Now! Okay, okay! The main character becomes a magic user, but he takes a route that is not very popular in adventurer culture, namely that of a support. There is a full magic system with various spells, skills, and abilities, but our MC decides that aura magic is the way to go, and that the only stat worth investing in is mana regeneration. Most people at the Adventurer’s Guild think that this makes him a bit of a dumbass, but he’s playing the long game. We’ll see how that works out for him, won’t we? Because of his build, the MC levels up fast, at least compared to normal people. There are no cheats, though, and he is limited in other ways. There are some clear and pretty obvious downsides to his build. That’s what makes it fun, no? Morals? Our MC has them. Again, we’ll see how that works out for him. Realism, remember? Would you be okay with killing someone and looting their body? I sure hope not. POV? The focus is on the main character, but there will be occasional varying perspectives from people around him, or involved in the events related to the main plot. It isn’t going to jump all over the place. Tech is standard medieval stasis. No smartphones, but the MC does have a technical background. Computers and their programming might be involved. There might even be a bit of uplifting down the road, who knows? Anyway, it isn’t the focus. He isn’t going to invent the gun in chapter 1 and change the face of warfare. Romance is not a major focus. Friendships are more the name of the game, though there will be some characters in romantic relationships. There is exploration, though not as much of the geographical nature as you might expect. It is more about exploration of the system and the culture. The pace is slow and detailed, sometimes verging on slice-of-life. The action is meant to be realistic and grounded in the numbers, and it is intended to have meaning beyond simply punching things until they stop moving. The general tone of the story is grey, and some parts can get quite dark. People die. Sometimes, people with names, but not anywhere near GoT level. There is plenty of light, too, though, to balance the darkness. The world is dangerous, but overcoming that danger is why we’re all here, isn’t it? Anyway, if you’ve made it this far through the summary, you clearly like words. I hope you enjoy the story! Cover by Miha Brumec Summary Updated: 2020-06-14
