Dragon Prince Yuan Chapter 1056

"Hey, how did Zhou Yuan break out of the Universe Prison?!"
On the Great Five Alliance’s side, Hong Jiuyuan and the other Law Domain experts couldn’t stop their expressions from changing when they saw Zhou Yuan suddenly appear, and horror filled their eyes.
They naturally were aware of the Universe Prison’s presence and knew that supreme sovereign Wan Zu had acted. But before they could celebrate, they saw Zhou Yuan land in the Tianyuan Region’s base camp unobstructed.
Zhou Yuan has escaped from the Universe Prison!
But how is that possible?!
Even supreme sovereign Wan Zu had failed to capture Zhou Yuan! How could a Heavenly Sun expert’s strength be so abnormal?!
Mountain lord Gui Yuan knitted his brows, pondered for a moment and said, “That can't be Zhou Yuan's power. Even the Genesis Qi across the world has become more turbulent. Maybe…another supreme sovereign interfered.”
The others went silent. Supreme sovereign Wan Zu had already broken the rules a little by taking action himself. Therefore, it wasn’t impossible for other supreme sovereigns to interfere if they couldn’t stand watching.
“That kid has such good luck!" Hong Jiuyuan sighed. Zhou Yuan was indeed incredibly lucky to have escaped unscathed under a supreme sovereign.
The other Law Domain experts nodded in agreement.
Meanwhile, Zhou Yuan landed in the Tianyuan Region’s base camp amidst deafening cheers and blazing gazes. The treatment he received was almost a world of difference compared to that of the previous battle.
Chi Jing, Mu Ni and the other Law Domain experts darted over to greet Zhou Yuan. Their expressions were a little puzzled because they were similarly surprised by Zhou Yuan’s ability to break out of the Universe Prison.
“What happened?” Chi Jing asked.
Zhou Yuan nodded. “Supreme sovereign Wu Shen helped me out.”

Chi Jing nodded, biting her lips. Only a supreme sovereign could have saved Zhou Yuan from the Universe Prison.
Mu Ni reached out to hold Zhou Yuan's broken ten fingers. Genesis Qi filled with life force rushed forth from her hand, and Zhou Yuan’s broken flesh rapidly squirmed. His fingers were completely restored in just a few breaths.
“It’s been difficult on you, child.” Mu Ni sighed
Even Law Domain experts would fear a supreme sovereign’s attack. It was hard to imagine how afraid Zhou Yuan felt before. Fortunately, he was tough and tenacious. If it were someone else, that person would have suffered psychological injuries even if saved, and it could even affect their cultivation in the future.
Zhou Yuan smiled. “It's my honor to be able to force a supreme sovereign to take action against me, a little Heavenly Sun expert.”
Despite the difficulties, he enjoyed the hardship and even found joy. After all, it was rare to receive such treatment in Hunyuan Heaven.
Sect master Xuan Kun swept a glance over Zhou Yuan. Even though he had disliked Zhou Yuan in the past, he had to compliment him. “Boy, you have the greatest courage I have ever seen. No wonder our supreme sovereign favors you.”
Patriarch Bian Chang also said firmly, “If he is given enough time, our Tianyuan Region will no doubt gain another Law Domain expert.”
This was the highest praise. After all, Law Domain experts were the strongest existences in the world, second only to the supreme sovereigns, and they could become awe-inspiring authorities.
Zhou Yuan smiled without revealing what was on his mind. He wouldn’t be satisfied with just reaching the Law Domain stage because, whether it was returning to Cangxuan Heaven to get revenge or to get back at supreme sovereign Wan Zu for this day, he couldn’t achieve either with just Law Domain stage strength.

It was just that he couldn’t tell sect master Xuan Kun and the others what was on his mind; otherwise, they would spit out the word lunatic. They had never heard of a Heavenly Sun expert arrogant enough to hold a grudge against a supreme sovereign.
Zhou Yuan handed the crystal ball still dripping with blood to Chi Jing and said with a smile, "Fortunately, I protected it.”
Chi Jing earnestly received the crystal ball and wiped off the blood. She looked visibly relieved. After all, the crystal ball concerned the Tianyuan Region’s survival, so she had to take the matter seriously.
“We have one win and one loss in the twin tower battle. One of the mystical creatures has fallen into the enemy’s hands.”
Chi Jing looked at Zhou Yuan with an indescribably pleased expression. "Speaking of this, junior brother, you retrieved two of the three mystical creatures.”
Zhou Yuan was indeed the one who had protected the Heavenly Fire Tree King and the mystical creature in Wind Rain Lake. If it weren’t for him, the enemies might have already gotten their hands on all three mystical creatures and easily destroyed the Tianyuan Utopia.
But Zhou Yuan had no intention of taking the credit for himself. Instead, his face scrunched up in worry, and he whispered, “Now that the opponent has one of the mystical creatures in their hands, supreme sovereign Wan Zu most likely won’t leave the matter at that.”
The atmosphere turned heavy again.
Supreme sovereign Wan Zu was a mountain-like existence that pressured Chi Jing and the others again and again to the point that they couldn’t even breathe.
“What do we do next?” Zhou Yuan asked.
Chi Jing took a deep breath and said, "The other party's intentions are obvious. They want to destroy the Tianyuan Utopia. Our Tianyuan Region will draw up a full defense strategy, and we five will return to the Tianyuan Utopia to guard it at all times. We will also bring the two mystical creatures back to prevent issues from arising.
“By borrowing the power of Saint treasures, the Tianyuan Utopia will become more secure. Although you have disrupted their plans, I have a hunch that supreme sovereign Wan Zu won’t give up. Therefore, his next attack will no doubt be more vicious and deadly. Also,” she bit her lip and said with icy eyes, “he won’t wait long before he launches another attack."
The several Law Domain experts all wore serious expressions. Wan Zu almost destroyed us with his scheme this time, so how fierce would his next offensive be?
It was indeed difficult to rest when a supreme sovereign was watching them.
Zhou Yuan sighed inwardly because he could feel the powerlessness in Chi Jing’s and the others’ hearts. Without a supreme sovereign in the Tianyuan Region, they had no choice but to remain passive in response to Wan Zu’s plot.
In the distance, the Great Five Alliance army had already begun to retreat, but Zhou Yuan could feel the ruminative gazes from the opponents' Law Domain experts as they left.
Zhou Yuan was silent for a good while, and then he shifted his gaze to the Tianyuan Region experts celebrating. They might not know that this narrow victory wasn’t the end of the war but a victory that had further infuriated supreme sovereign Wan Zu.
The Tianyuan Region might suffer an even more violent storm in the future.
Even Zhou Yuan didn't know whether the Tianyuan Region could survive the next onslaught.

It will be slightly different from the story of Genshin Impact due to them updating the game so often and adding/changing stuff. Currently, it's patch 1.5 and I have been playing the game ever since it came out. So I am closely following the story, but... It won't be following the same story at all times. But I will do my best to try and follow the original as closely as possible with my abilities. It will reach number one on genshin fanfics. I guarantee it.
