Glossary, at popular request. I am bad at these, so I apologize in advance. These are minor plot points one may have forgotten with time. (Also, I changed the order of chapters. I thought last chapter would be a proper end to the volume, but I was wrong. Please read 225 and consider that the end to the volume.)

Soul Magic is something discovered by Maximus Draken, who left Legacies scattered throughout the world. Doevm has found one of these that allows him to manipulate people with his voice. Frey seems to have an immunity, a result of his inheritance, the hero's power, which allows him to eat souls.

Doevm currently has a book on soulmagic from the Legacy he found at the den of ghouls at the front lines.

Kilot: dwarven blacksmith who made Doevm's and Frey's gear.

Frey has a Bloodwood spear that absorbs blood to repair itself.

Thomas has a spear with a lesser version of the rose venom at the tip. The venom paralyses the opponent, but is non-lethal.

Hector is a figure that seems to be from another world. He found soulmagic in the Legacy in the swamp that allows him to turn people into creatures. When this happens, the necklace of a crystal-like material breaks around the victim's neck. It also appears that resistance members can do this independently of his will.

The Resistance is armed with guns

Ploly is a relatively useless material with no apparent use.

When a Legacy is found, the world is temporarily covered in a barrier that not even the gods nor light can get through.

Whenever Doevm uses soulmagic to break the gods' connection with someone, he appears in their mind and breaks an orb.

Doevm has a dagger that gets hot.

Kilot forged Doevm's skull masks, the properties of which make him physically bigger, protects him from getting identified by magical means, and makes two flamed eyes in front of the metallic eye sockets.

Frey has only recently learned how to read.

Rena is Doevm's mom and Jameson, the captain of the Virility guards, is his father.

Thomas's mom's name is Emma, a commoner.

Eugene is a glasses-wearing youth armed with a bow that follows Jackal after Jackal's group rescued him from his old life.

Dag is from an assassin family that "Has had a dagger in his hands since birth". Cuts himself.

Molly is a princess that wields a hammer. Typical annoying tsundere, so far.

Jackal Von Trike wields a great sword, can set himself on fire by the liquid he produces under the influence of his blue life essence. He seems to have an ability to make himself stronger (shown in Jackal vs Daniel part 2), but it was never explicitly stated what that ability was.

Lord Brandon Von Trike is Jackal's father and also is one of three generals

General Marble's distant ancestor stole a book from Doevm's burning library with the help of the goddess.

General Alexander Finlish is the greatest knight in the kingdom. He also has golden life essence and trained Jameson.

Arthur faced off against the demon army 100 years ago in Draken Capital as a 15 year old, but not against the full force of the army.

Doevm learned the basics of hand-to-hand combat from Arthur, but could not advance because he did not have life essence, nor could he unlock it.

Frey was the temporary squad leader of the Virility guards for a couple of months while Wade recovered after the Lava Boar incident.

The earthquake signaling that the hero had become of age happened at the same time Doevm became of age.

The hero was last known to be in Vilbar.

The War Monks know that there is a traitor somewhere in the Acrin kingdom (where our story currently is), a prophecy told to them by the goddess.

The God of Evil has said that he wants to harness the power of soul magic instead of immediately destroying it like the goddess wants to do.

Oliver is a former War Monk apprentice of Ashtehar, who was taken into the knights' academy as a healer.

The stages of life essence are: Green, Red, Blue, Copper, Silver, Gold

While not said, but I had planned to say in the future, the hues of blue life essence are in the order, Cyan, Turquoise, Sky, Azure, Teal, Sapphire, Midnight (You don't have to memorize this if you don't want to). The darker the hue, the stronger.

There are a lot of missing people in the Capital, evidenced when Doevm walked into the underground and the only jobs were finding those people.
