《Warrior’s Promise》Warrior's Promise

After Su Mo was able to control the rules of time within the Third Divine Hall, he suddenly had a eureka moment. It was as if he was able to turn back time and he returned to outside the palace.
"This is incredible!"
Su Mo stood in front of the Third Divine Hall. He was focused and his eyes sparkled.
That was two hours ago, before he had entered the Third Divine Hall.
Su Mo was excited. If he chose to proceed and visit the last few palaces, would he be able to return to several decades ago? Or even returned to a hundred years ago? Or even a thousand years ago?
If he was able to return to his past, he would be able to rewrite history, including changing both Qian Xunyue's and Qingxuan's destiny.
A few moments later, Su Mo took a few deep breaths and he entered again into the Third Divine Hall.
Due to that fact that he had mastered the manipulation of the rules of time within the Third Divine Hall, he was able to see clearing within the hall.
It was heavily crowded in the Third Divine Hall. Obviously it would be challenging to be able to control the rules of time within such a vast hall.
Su Mo did not stay long in the hall. He continued to reach the Fourth Divine Hall.
The ability to manage the rules of time within the Fourth Divine Hall proved to be increasingly arduous.
It took Su Mo more than ten hours before he could manage to take control of the rules of time within the Fourth Divine Hall.
In the Fourth Divine Hall, acceleration of time was applied within the rules of time. Time acceleration rate exceeded sixty times.
Similarly Su Mo pressed on to the Fifth Divine Hall and the Sixth Divine Hall.
As he progressed, the ability for him to take control of the rules of time became more challenging. At the Fifth Divine Hall, it took Su Mo fifteen hours to gain control. At the Sixth Divine Hall it took almost twenty hours to achieve control.
Time became slower within the Fifth Divine Hall. Time went back to the past within the Sixth Divine Hall.
Once he had taken control of the Sixth Divine Hall's rules of time, Su Mo found himself to be outside of the Spatiotemporal City, waiting to gain access into the Time Gate.
"It's close to the fifth day!"
Watching the sky above, both the Time and Space Gates opened simultaneously. Everyone entered in an orderly fashion. Su Mo was muttering to himself.
This scene was exactly like it had been five days ago. Every shadow, every detail. All were exact replicas.

Su Mo was anxious, if this continued, he would be thrown back to the past.
When that happened, could he return to the time when he was in the Firmament World?
However, there would be intricate consequences. If this would be the case, everyone would be able to turn back time. What chaos would that have brought?
Su Mo was unable to make sense of what was happening. He prodded on and entered another Time Gate.
Once he had entered the Time Gate, he saw that nothing had changed. Su Mo went directly to the Sixth Divine Hall and stopped at the entrance of the Seventh Divine Hall.
Many people gathered at the entrance. More than a hundred folks were in the crowd.
Chu Yan, Qin'er and Luo Yu were amongst them.
"Ya, it's been only five days and you are able to arrive at the Seventh Divine Hall!"
The petite lady Qin'er was shocked to see Su Mo. She thought that it was an incredible feat.
Both Chu Yan and Luo Yu were equally amazed. Su Mo, with his lowly Rank Three in Empty God Realm, was able to arrive at the same destination as them?
Of course, there was no correlation between being able to arrive at the same place and the level of cultivation of skills. However, it had a lot to do with mind power control.
There was a direct correlation between cultivation and mind power.
"What did you say? It's only been five days?"
Su Mo was terribly surprised. He took big strides over to Qin'er and he asked again, "Young Lady, did you say that five days has passed?"
Su Mo was puzzled. From the time he had entered the Spatiotemporal City till the moment, it had only been five days.
However, earlier when he had returned five days ago and making the re-entering, it was only a matter of seconds.
"Of course it's been five days. Are you confused?" Qin'er broke into a laugh. He eyes were wide open and full of surprise.
The trio were of Deity's cultivation and all of them were talented. They could arrive at the Seventh Divine Hall only at that moment. It was a wonder that the young man was not far away from them.
When Su Mo heard that, he was also confused. Could he have been muddle-headed?
"So you want to enter the Seventh Divine Hall?" Luo Yu looked at Su Mo and took measure of him. She asked plainly.
"Yes!" Su Mo nodded.
"Let me remind you. After nine days when the Time Gate opens again, if you are not out by then, you shall perish in here." Luo Yu cautioned.

"Thank you for your reminder. I will be out." Su Mo nodded in appreciation.
"If you enter the Seventh Divine Hall, you will be doomed!" Chu Yan looked at Su Mo and spoke forlornly.
"What do you mean?" Su Mo asked.
"In the Seventh Divine Hall, the rules of time are even more mysterious. Once you are unable to control the remaining four days, you will be forever trapped within the Seventh Divine Hall. Even if you have longevity, you will breathe your last breath in it," Chu Yan sneered.
He did not think highly of Su Mo and he did not have faith that Su Moi was able to control the rules of time within the Seventh Divine Hall.
After all, there were only four days left. Even the trio did not have full confidence.
"Thank you for the information!" Su Mo nodded. He would venture into the Seventh Divine Hall despite the risks.
Because the extrapolation of the previous rules of time would indicate it within the Seventh Divine Hall, time would accelerate.
There were four days before the exit day. He needed to be able to practise and develop his skills within the Seventh Divine Hall.
However it seemed, time was indeed running out. It looked as if he would be unable to make it to the other remaining palaces. He had to stop at the Seventh Divine Hall.
"Qin'er, Luo Yu, let's go in!"
Chu Yan ignored Su Mo and hastened the two ladies. They made their way to the Seventh Divine Hall.
"Duan Jingtian, you be careful!" Qin'er winked at Su Mo. With a smile, she entered the Seventh Divine Hall.
Su Mo took a deep breath. He did not hesitate. He walked into the Seventh Divine Hall.
The same scenes replayed before his eyes. Su Mo sat cross-legged and he was making sense of the rules of time in silence.
Within the Seventh Divine Hall, the rules were uniquely mysterious and more difficult to make sense of.
However, Su Mo's mind power and ability to make sense of things was superior than his contemporaries'.
Within a mere two days he was able to master control of the rules of time within the Seventh Divine Hall.
He took in everything he saw within the palace. Almost a thousand folks were sitting cross-legged within the palace.
Amongst them, some of them had already mastered the rules of time of the Seventh Divine Hall, some of them were in the process of seeking.
However, for those who had gained control of the rules, they had decided to stay put. Because the time flow in the palace was sufficiently swift, it was conducive for them to practise and develop their skills.
Su Mo took a look around and he saw the trio inside the palace.
However, he could sense that the trio were still in the midst of mastering control.
Su Mo did a quick test. The rules of time allowed time flow to accelerate at six hundred times.
At such a rate, it would be slightly over two days before the time of exit.
In such a case, he could master his skills within three years.
Su Mo did not delay any moment, he commenced his practice.
He would make an attempt to visit the rest of the remaining halls. However, that would have to wait till another time.
However, he had heard that the rules changed at every opening. That would add obstacles to his feat.
Su Mo focused and delved into intense practice. He intended to break through Rank Fourth of the Empty God Realm.
Despite that, he was weary and had exhausted his resources, once he had a breakthrough in Rank Fourth of Empty God Realm, he would not need any more resources.
In actual fact, he had already attained Rank Four Empty God Realm previously. However, he was left with successful mastery of the Great Rotating Sacred Sword Primordial Spirit and Elixir Amalgamation. He had to master the remaining Unbeatable Power Primordial Spirit, Ancient Dream Primordial Spirit and Devouring Primordial Spirit.
As he began his journey from the Great Gulf City to this place, he had not neglected his practice. That would men that to attain his aim to Rank Four Empty God Realm, he would not need more time.
Time passed quickly. Months after months passed. After four months, Su Mo had successfully attained Rank Four of the Empty God Realm.
Everything went on smoothly. His four main Natal Primordial Spirits and the Elixir were perfectly amalgamated.
From now on, he had the superior prowess of the four main Natal Primordial Spirits. His might and power would increase tremendously.
Once he had attended the intended breakthrough, Su Mo was left speechless because he had reached exhaustion.
He had no more resources to continue his practice and development.
Within the Time Holy Hall, there were some resources, however they were not in abundance.
At this moment, the attainment ultimacy was insignificant to him.
The Devouring Ultimacy was of a low rank and it would not add much to his prowess.
As to the other ultimacies, for instance the Immortal Ultimacy, Space Ultimacy, he was only a beginner in these. He was still a long way from mastering them.
