In the palace.
As Su Mo and Si Kongyan sat opposite each other, he told Si Kongyan about his condition.
"Su Mo, how could you not tell us about such a serious matter!" After Si Kongyan heard what Su Mo had said, he looked grave.
"With your help, I will be able to get rid of the Celestial Spiritual Seal sooner!" Su Mo said with a sigh.
"No problem. I will do my best to help you!" Si Kongyan nodded.
"Great!" Su Mo nodded. He then stood up and informed the servants outside the palace not to allow anyone, including Li Feng, Long Teng and the rest, to disturb him. Having done so, he shut the gate.
Su Mo and Si Kongyan then went into the secret chamber.
Buzz! Buzz! Buzz!
Su Mo sat cross-legged in the secret chamber, with light shimmering above his head as the three Primordial Spirits had risen.
"Si Kongyan, use your flames to burn my Primordial Spirits. Do not use too much power as I need to sense the changes!" Su Mo said with a grave look.
"Alright!" Si Kongyan nodded. He then stretched out his hand, and a fiery flame swirled out.
The flame was powerful. If not for the protection array in the secret chamber, the entire palace would have been burnt to ashes.
The flame turned into three Red Fire Snakes and they engulfed Su Mo's three Primordial Spirits.
Suddenly, Su Mo tensed up as he felt the terrifying power of the heat.
However, as his Primordial Spirits were Chaotic Primordial Spirits, they were powerful and not easily hurt.
"Increase the power of the flame!" Su Mo said.
When Si Kongyan heard it, he increased the power of the flame immediately.
"More!" Su Mo said.
Si Kongyan further increased his power.
"More!" Su Mo shouted, looking determined.
"Su Mo, will there be any danger?" Si Kongyan did not do so and he asked Su Mo with a grave look.
Although Su Mo was powerful, the Primordial Spirits were without the support of the physical body. They could be hurt and even be destroyed.
"Do what I say!" Su Mo said loudly, without changing his expression. He had been sensing the changes in the Primordial Spirits.
Although Si Kongyan's Flame Based Force was powerful, Su Mo's Primordial Spirits were still able to bear it. Moreover, Si Kongyan's Flame Based Force was still not at its peak.
"Alright!" Si Kongyan increased the power of the flame. The three Fire Snakes became sturdier and their color started to turn purple.
"Su Mo, I will gradually increase the power of the flame. Let me know when it is enough!" Si Kongyan said.
"Alright!" Su Mo nodded.
Si Kongyan then continued to increase the power of the flame. The color of the Fire Snakes turned darker and they became purple in color.

The power of the flame kept rising.
"Stop!"
Suddenly, Su Mo shouted and told Si Kongyan to stop. The power of the flame was strong enough to do the job.
If Si Kongyan had increased the power further, it would have harmed Su Mo's Primordial Spirits.
That was the reason Su Mo had asked Si Kongyan for help. He was Su Mo's most trusted person.
If it had been somebody else who was up to no good, Su Mo would have been killed by him.
Si Kongyan immediately stopped and maintained the power of the flame.
Su Mo looked emotionless. Sweat broke out on his forehead, and he shut his eyes.
On the one hand, he had to control the Primordial Spirits to prevent them from getting hurt by the flame. On the other hand, he had to carefully sense the Celestial Spiritual Seal in his Spiritual Soul.
That was a crucial and dangerous moment. Su Mo had to protect the Primordial Spirits and his Spiritual Soul while letting the Flame Based Force burn the Celestial Spiritual Seal.
The Fire Snakes engulfed the three Primordial Spirits as the Great Rotating Sacred Primordial Spirit, the Ancient Dream Primordial Spirit, and the Devouring Primordial Spirit turned into fiery flames.
"It is indeed effective!"
After some time, a light flashed across Su Mo's heart. The Celestial Spiritual Seal started to be eradicated by the flames.
However, the process was extremely slow. Su Mo had no idea how long it would take for the Celestial Spiritual Seal to be completely eradicated.
However, as long as the method was effective, Su Mo was willing to spend time to work on it no matter how long it would take.
Time seemed to come to a standstill, and the flames continued to burn.
Time passed quickly. Si Kongyan continued to replenish the Flame Based Force every time the Force had been exhausted and started the cycle again.
In the twinkle of an eye, four months passed.
Su Mo had adjusted himself to the flames, and his Primordial Spirits became more resistant.
At that moment, the Celestial Spiritual Seal had been eliminated by half.
"Si Kongyan, increase the power of the flame!" Su Mo said.
"Alright!" Immediately, Si Kongyan increased the power of the flame.
The efficacy of the increased power would hasten the eliminating process of the Celestial Spiritual Seal.
For the past few months, Su Mo had been focused and he did not slack for even a second.
That applied to Si Kongyan as well. He had used much of his strength to maintain the power of the flame.
Fortunately, he had rich Dark Force and five types of Fire Based Fighting Souls to help him endure for 10 days before he had to replenish his Dark Force again.
Time passed quickly, and half a year had gone by.

The Celestial Spiritual Seal had almost been eliminated, leaving only a small part behind.
Almost there! Almost there!
Su Mo muttered in his heart. He was excited. He would not be bound once the Celestial Spiritual Seal had been removed.
Given his strength, he had the confidence to break through the Space Boundary and enter Deity Plane.
Only those martial artists whose strength was twice that of the ordinary Holy Sages' could break through the Space Boundary and enter Deity Plane.
However, the Space Boundary was abstruse. One could not break through from within the Deity Plane.
That was the reason no deity had broken through the Space Boundary and come down to the Lower Plane.
It might be so to give the martial artists from the Lower Plane an opportunity to enter Deity Plane.
Time continued to slip away as the Celestial Spiritual Seal went through the elimination process.
Finally, after seven months, the Celestial Spiritual Seal in the three Primordial Spirits had been totally burnt and it disappeared.
Hoof!
Su Mo opened his eyes and looked excited. He was elated and lighthearted.
"Si Kongyan, you may stop now. It is gone!" Su Mo said with a smile.
Whoosh!
When Si Kongyan heard what Su Mo had said, he withdrew his Flame Based Force. His chest heaved as he had exhausted much energy.
"Su Mo, should you reward me with a Fighting Soul for my hard work?" Si Kongyan said and gave a cheeky smile.
When Su Mo heard it, he shook his head and said, "Si Kongyan, if I help you to merge another Fighting Soul, you will never be able to advance to Rank 3 Empty God Realm!"
"How can that be?" Si Kongyan asked in disbelief.
"If you have too many Fighting Souls, it will be difficult for you to condense the Primordial Spirits. Five Fighting Souls are already way too many for you!" Su Mo told him. Since Si Kongyan had five Fighting Souls, he might not even advance to Rank 3 Empty God Realm in 20 years.
"Ah! What bad luck!" Si Kongyan was depressed as he wanted to have a few more types of Fighting Souls.
"Work hard on your cultivation and don't look for the easy way out!" Su Mo waved his hand and sent him off after a while.
After Si Kongyan had left, Su Mo checked on the three Primordial Spirits. When he found that they were fine, he left the cultivation room.
After he came out of seclusion, he gathered Long Teng, Jiang Fengran, Emperor Shi, and the rest and told them what had happened to him.
He then bid them farewell and left the Fifth Mountain.
He had to make a trip back to the Infinite Region. After he came back from Infinite Region, he would try to break the Space Boundary and enter Deity Plane.
He had to do so within a short time as it would not do him any good if he delayed it further. Di Yihun would come down to the Lower Plane at any time.
Su Mo flew in the sky at a great speed and he was like lightning.
Soon, he flew away from the Fifth Mountain and reached the entrance to the universe.
The entrance was the same exit he'd used when he first came.
In a flash, Su Mo went into the entrance.
When he was inside, he came to the same thick water-screen he'd seen when he first came.
When Su Mo entered the water-screen, he felt an excruciating pain in his body as the water-screen was filled with destructive force.
It's so powerful! Su Mo was taken aback, and he activated his Chaotic Energy immediately to protect his body.
The power of the water-screen was several times more powerful than when it had been when he first came to God's Path.
The power gets stronger along with the power of the martial artist! Su Mo realized that there was a mysterious array in the water-screen that could detect the power of the martial artist. It would emit different levels of power based on the strength of the martial artist.
No wonder not many people have returned to the universe from God's Path. It is not that easy to get back.
The water-screen was massive. Su Mo moved on quickly with the protection from the Chaotic Energy and the Sword Formation. Together with his strong physique, they provided him with a strong defense.
Although the power of the water-screen was mighty, it would not cause him much harm within a short period of time.
It was still easier for him compared to when he had first come to God's Path.
What Su Mo was unaware of was that although the power of the water-screen changed according to the strength of the martial artist, it had currently reached the optimum and there was no way to further increase its power.
If it were not so, he would not have such an easy time!
That was due to the fact that Su Mo's strength was too mighty that it had surpassed the realm of the universe and God's Path.
Soon, Su Mo was out of the water-screen. Although he had used much energy, it was nothing to him.
He then continued with his journey. More than a month later, he flew out of the passageway that linked the universe and God's Path together.

Too bad life rarely goes as expected. --- Please Note: This is forum quest/RPG I run in the same city/setting as my other stories Hacking Reality and Get Ink'd, meaning that while a majority of the plot is made up by me, the major choices as well as what each chapter is about are usually made by the actual readers in forum votes. Additionally, given how this is essentially a story version of a Tabletop game there is also a background RPG system that while the characters aren't necessarily aware of, the readers can see these stats to know how each chosen 'Action' effects their character's development.
