《Warrior’s Promise》Warrior's Promise

Su Mo activated his thoughts and the majestic Chaotic Energy overflowed from the Sage Pill. The energy spread over his elixir field and his physical body.
The Big Trend was in fact the Chaotic Trend, it was arranged with ease.
Within a few moments, the Big Trend was settled.
If Su Mo's physical body was absent, it could be clearly seen that the Chaotic Energy was an unusual logo.
However, despite the successful formation of the logo, there was something amiss. The Big Trend was unable to be formed because it had yet to connect to the physical body.
To be able to successfully master the Immortal Chaotic Body, he would require pure Chaotic Energy and powerful cultivation and physique.
Immediately, Su Mo used his extreme strength to control the mysterious logo, in order to allow his body, skeleton, meridian and Spiritual Soul to amalgamate with the Big Trend.
This step was rather difficult. Even Su Mo faced big obstacles during the process.
However, perhaps it was due to Su Mo's attainment in the Empty God Realm, but his Qi and blood, Sacred Elixir, Spiritual Soul became a trinity entity. This was the breakthrough for the impediment.
His body, Spiritual Soul, Sacred Elixir and the essence in the logo began to connect and the gradual process of assimilation commenced.
As time passed by, the mastery of the Immortal Chaotic Body slowly began to develop.
And Su Mo was observing the external world intently.
The duels of the outside world became fiery once more.
Supreme saints such as Xing Yuanhao and Ming Yu were called for duels. Each of them seemed to be more formidable than the other.
Almost an hour had passed. Finally it was Li Qianjue's turn to go up the platform. He was numbered one hundred and fifty-ninth.
Due to the inability to challenge Su Mo, Li Qianjue picked an ordinary saint from the Humans to fight, he won with his first blow.
After a few moments, Su Mo opened his eyes while he was in the jade bangle.
Because it would soon be his turn. He was number one hundred and sixty-eight.
After more than an hour of practice, even though he was far away from mastering the Chaotic Body, there were still some achievements.
In this one hour, his body, Sacred Elixir, Spiritual Soul had already connected with the logo.
With more time he would have mastered the Chaotic territory.
However, because he had already attained the Empty God Realm, the process of assimilation of the trinity entity comprising of the Sacred Elixir, body and body, and the logo was made simpler. Definitely there was one more step to assimilate the skeleton.

Perhaps this step was tougher, and that was why Su Mo had put it as the final process.
Swoosh!
Su Mo activated his mind power, he left the jade bangle space and returned to the external world.
"Su Mo, you are the next!" Long Teng said hurriedly as he saw Su Mo. He knew the number that Su Mo had taken.
"Yes!" Su Mo nodded and immediately he took back the jade bangle.
At that moment, the ones standing on the platform were a genius from the Undying Tribe and another genius from the Ghost Tribe.
The folks from the Ghost Tribe had a lot of Yin Qi. Such Yin Qi was filled with dense and deadly aura. It was significantly different from the Yin Qi from the Sun Moon Tribe.
The duo were comparable in terms of their prowess and hence they had a close fight. However in the end the winner was from the Undying Tribe, who won because they had an indestructible physical body.
"The Immortal Chaotic Body and the Undying Body from the Undying Tribe are different means achieving the same goal!" Su Mo was thinking to himself after he had seen the match.
However, the Immortal Chaotic Body was not a mere Undying Body.
Swoosh!
After the contestants from the Undying Tribe and the Ghost Tribe left the platform, Su Mo lifted himself onto the platform.
Everyone was solemn when they saw Su Mo on the platform. After all they could not underestimate Su Mo's prowess.
"Su Mo, do you dare to fight with me?"
Li Qianjue asked hastily. Up till this moment, no one had dared to fight him. Therefore, he hoped that Su Mo would have the initiative to fight him.
"You? Stay in the queue to wait for your turn!"
Su Mo replied with a gentle smile. He turned instantly to look at Wu Zuo and he ordered: "Wu Zuo, let's have a duel!"
His order was cold and overbearing. It resounded in all directions.
Su Mo was in no hurry to fight Li Qianjue. He wanted to start his fight with Wu Zuo as up until this moment Wu Zuo had yet to accept anyone's invite to a duel.
He recalled the last incident at the First Mountain when Wu Zuo had joined forces with the Sky Tyrant Tribe to kill him.
The day for his revenge had arrived.
When Wu Zuo heard Su Mo's invitation, he felt Su Mo's vengeful gaze on him. He pulled down his face.
Honestly, he had no faith in beating Su Mo.

"Wu Zuo, do you have any confidence?"
"Don't force yourself. If you can't fight, you may withdraw!"
"Su Mo wants to kill you!"
Besides Wu Zuo there stood three masters from the Sorcerer Tribe. The trio were sending secret messages to Wu Zuo.
They had every intention to kill Su Mo. However, the times had changed and the tides had turned. Today's Su Mo was simply too formidable.
The chief of the Sorcerer Tribe was especially troubled. This elderly senior had a head of grey hair and his face was scrawny and narrow. He was none other than Wu Dian.
Wu Dian would not wish any mishap to befall upon Wu Zuo. His Sorcerer Tribe on God's Path was ranked in the second tier as he was the only master who had attained Rank 4 Empty God Realm.
Wu Zuo would be the successor of the Sorcerer Tribe. When Wu Zuo attained Rank 4 Empty God Realm, that would strengthen the Sorcerer Tribe.
Upon hearing the elder's advice, Wu Zuo, without hesitation, weighed the pros and cons of this situation.
Everyone watched Wu Zuo. They could tell that Wu Zuo lacked the courage to accept Su Mo's challenge.
"Wu Zuo, the previous time at the First Mountain, weren't you full of conceit to kill me?"
Su Mo saw through Wu Zuo's fear and sneered: "Is that what you are made of? I've openly invited you to fight me. Have you lost your courage to go up the platform?"
"You…!" Wu Zuo was furious upon hearing the sarcasm in Su Mo's mocking of him.
However, he was wise enough to know that Su Mo was trying to bait him into fighting him. He would not be tricked.
"Su Mo, you are atrocious!"
Wu Zuo shouted angrily and turned to look at Wu Dian. With that he flew up the platform.
Wu Dian nodded as he had understood Wu Zuo's intention. Wu Zuo had indicated that Wu Dian would hold the fort while he was at the duel.
Wu Zuo was enraged but fortunately he had not lost his reasoning ability.
In other words, if Wu Zuo was defeated, Wu Dian would need to render assistance to prevent Su Mo from killing Wu Zuo.
Wu Dian did not halt Wu Zuo. Despite Wu Zuo's inferior fighting ability, he was sure that Wu Zuo could preserve his life.
Even if Wu Zuo was unable to protect himself from Su Mo, Wu Dian would be able to intervene. Therefore, he needed to get ready. If Wu Zuo had won, there would be less of a worry. If Wu Zuo had lost, he would render assistance.
Swoosh!
Wu Zuo's shadow descended steadily on the platform.
Upon seeing this, Su Mo flashed an extremely cold smile. He was glad that Wu Zuo had gone up the platform.
The two men locked their gazes while they were on the platform. Both revealed their hatred for each other and their intention to kill each other.
The duo did not report their numbers because everyone knew them.
"Su Mo, your doomsday is approaching!" Wu Zuo's fury and hatred flashed in his eyes. He took out his saber and pointed it at Su Mo.
Wu Zuo was no dimwit. Once he stepped on the challenge platform, he immediately suppressed his fears and turned his focus onto the imminent fight.
"Previously you were unable to kill me despite joining forces with others. Now you have no chance!" Su Mo chuckled and flashed the Purple Virtual Sword in his hand. The cold and glittering Chaotic Energy was rolling in the sword.
The murderous intentions of the pair filled the air.
Many folks were shocked by Su Mo's hunger for killing. He had earlier killed Leng Xie from the Sun Moon Tribe. Now he had wanted to kill Wu Zuo.
However, everyone knew why Su Mo had wished for Wu Zuo to be dead.
It appeared that between the two, one of them would be dead. However, the devils of the Dragon and Sorcerer Tribes could have interfered to stop the duel.
"I wish to see what you are made of!"
Li Qianjue stared at Su Mo on the platform. He held a wry smile on his face.
Wu Zuo's prowess was not weak. Perhaps he could find out Su Mo's true capability.
Tuo Si, dressed in a black robe, kept a low profile. He was watching Su Mo.
He knew that Wu Zuo would surely perish. Previously he had had a brief encounter with Su Mo, so he doubted Wu Zuo could keep himself unscathed from Su Mo.
Tu Ying, mingled amongst folks from the Star Tribe. He was watching this scene with no expression on his face.
A tinge of doubt flashed in his eyes. He had hope that Su Mo could hold up his prowess, otherwise his plan would be thwarted.

[Archive] Legend of the Nameless Hero
A WhiteSamurai original Web Novel There are always the mysterious tales of heroes, those who fight against the Demons, who fight for justice and those who head mighty quests against tyranny. Heroes that are born to destiny, Heroes that are forged through tragedy, and Heroes that are brought to the world in times of great peril and strife. Not all true Heroes are wanted or beloved, but all life understands, that throughout all time and space, for those who truly stand as Heroes, they never need to be called one. The sands of time are the only true judge for those who journey upon the true path, the only one they will ever need. This is the tale, no, the Legend, the Legend of the one who throughout all time, would forever be, the First Hero. This is Their story, a story of true hardship, of a sorrow greater than any other that would stand as a symbol of inspiration no matter the test of time. A tale of darkness, a true curse, an impending evil hidden beyond the horizons that threatened the very future of existence. This is the tale, of one of the few great figures, who, in the face of true evil, continued to stand. . . . _______________________________________________________________ :Disclaimer: _______________________________________________________________ . . . All Chapters are subject to sudden revision, scrapping, or complete removal from the canonical storyline. The author of "Legend of the Nameless Hero" uses RoyalRoad as a method of experimentation with genre's and writing styles for Fantasy-style works for the sake of eventual publication. The end result isn't to release perfect chapters on RoyalRoadl, but eventually develop the story as intended using the best material to produce the highest quality work. The best mentality when reading works from WhiteSamurai is to see it as the ability to read and review pre-release transcripts or "Rough Copies" before publication. Viewer discretion and maturity are both requested and required. . . . _______________________________________________________________ :About: _______________________________________________________________ . . . This story follows direct character point of views along with an intentional third person narrative to explain to the readers what the characters won't. (I don't use my characters to go give extensive explanations for every last thing like EVERYTHING DOES) This tale shall encompass the life of the Hero from the moment she is summoned into the Kingdom of Kremor, to the Legendary Final Clash. This isn't your run of the mill hack and slash raise an army and conquer, I don't follow that bandwagon. Real life holds politics, intrigue, economics, structure, populations, civil opinions, history, psychology, heart, suffering, wonder, advancement, curiosity, ambition, and so many more things that would lead to me hitting some character limit. I refuse to take the same route that others use by simply ignoring these factors, my worlds, my stories, are as real as they get. There's no plot armor here, if someone screws up, they've screwed up and there's no magical sword in a well for them. I write in 'Seasons' not 'Books' as many often do, these are generally, not always, hundreds of chapters long, though as I have yet to finish a season, the average length is in the air. I go by an ideal of what I call 'Universal Lore' which includes the policy that things that exist within the story don't follow the rule where the Protagonist needs to be there so that it will happen. There will be some things that will happen, and the hero, and sometimes the reader, won't know happened until they enter a place, or news gets to them. A person needs to be in the right place at the right time, I hate plot holes and meta characters above all else... For my works, comments are practically demanded as reactions, thoughts, and various viewpoints are like sweet fuel to my writing spirit. Reviews are highly accepted and appreciated, BUT ONLY IF THEY ARE EDUCATED AND THOROUGHLY EXPLAINED. Those that throw down a low rating ARE HIGHLY REQUESTED to extensively detail and explain their viewpoints on the work. They should also be willing to come back to the work at a later date if messaged by the Author, Me, due to issues they mentioned being taken care of. I'm never against scrapping a chapter or rewriting several paragraphs if there are character or story discrepancies. I want the highest quality work possible, and every comment, every review, are tools for me to use to further that goal. . . . Enjoy the work. ~White Status: (Ongoing)
