Chapter 2074: Dark Shadow Tribe’s Preparations

In a secret stone room in a corner of the Dark Shadow Tribe, three people sat around a stone table.

These three were Tribe Leader An Shang, Elder An Yuan and the top talent of the Dark Shadow Tribe, An Jian,.

“This Su Mo actually dares to be so outrageous!” After Elder An Yuan heard An Jian’s words, his face filled with complete shock.

An Jian had informed them that Su Mo asked them to attack the Sky Tyrant Tribe.

It was madness, complete madness!

Su Mo’s mission for An Jian was asking the Dark Shadow Tribe to commit suicide.

An Shang’s face darkened and he frowned as he looked at An Jian, “Does Su Mo have any plans or arrangements if he asked us to attack the Sky Tyrant Tribe?”

He was rather calm as he didn’t want the tribe to fall into Su Mo’s scheme.

“Mm!”

An Jian nodded his head and said, “According to the news that Su Mo sent, the Sky Tyrant Tribe wants to destroy Shang Qing Palace and hence, he wants to ask us to take the chance to sneak an attack on Sky Tyrant Tribe!”

“What else?” An Shang asked.

“Once we rob everything from the Sky Tyrant Tribe, taking away their valuables and treasures, we will head towards Infinite Region!” An Jian replied in a serious manner.

“That is impossible!”

An Shang immediately declined as he shook his head. “If Su Mo wants us to attack the Sky Tyrant Tribe, we will definitely die once we heed his orders. Despite how big the universe is, we will not escape the Sky Tyrant Tribe’s wrath!”

“But…!” An Jian felt hesitant,

“But what?” Elder An Yuan asked.

“Su Mo promised that if we complete this mission, he will give us Fighting Souls!” An Juan said.

“What?” An Shang and An Yuan’s hearts immediately jumped as their eyes shone brilliantly.

“Give us Fighting Souls?”

The two’s hearts started to pump in excitement. They knew that An Jian had received Fighting Souls from Su Mo to become a Quintuplet Fighting Soul godly talent.

With five Fighting Souls, An Jian’s cultivation rank surged and in just a few months, he would become an Empty God.

An Jian was strong and the moment he broke through to the Empty God Realm, he would be as strong as a regular Rank 2 Empty God.

“How many Fighting Souls?” An Yuan’s bright eyes stared at An Jian in anticipation.

“Every Empty God who participates in the mission will be given two strong Fighting Souls!” An Jian said. This was the promise Su Mo had made

Upon hearing An Jian’s words, An Shang and An Yuan’s eyes widened in surprise.

If they received two more Fighting Souls, their talents and combat strength would increase tremendously.

The two of them had been stuck at the Rank 1 and 2 Empty God Realm for over a thousand years.

Without the opportunity of their lifetime, the possibility of them breaking through their cultivation ranks would be very low.

However, with two more Fighting Souls, both of them would definitely be able to break through the walls of their cultivation ranks to reach a higher cultivation rank.

“Tribe Leader, what do you think?” Elder An Yuan turned towards An Shang and asked in a low voice.

An Shang was silent and his eyes seemed to turn dark. He was roped in by An Jian’s words.

If he could gain two more Fighting Souls, he would not only be able to become a Rank 3 Empty God, he might be able to pursue his dream to become a god.

However, as the Tribe Leader of Dark Shadow Tribe, the matter was important and he could not place the entire tribe in danger because of his own greed.

An Jian silently observed An Shang. He had to wait for the Tribe Leader to agree to him and could not act by himself.

Granted, he could not merge any more Fighting Souls for himself. He could only merge more once he broke through to the Empty God Realm.

“Do you think that we can escape the killing intent of the Sky Tyrant Tribe if we do this?”

A long while later, An Shang asked in a deep voice. His mind spun in dilemma.

There was a high risk involved if they did what Su Mo asked of them. One wrong move and the entire Dark Shadow Tribe would perish forever in the universe.

However, if they didn’t do so, they could not guarantee that Su Mo would not harm An Jian.

“I believe it would be hard!” Elder An Yuan frowned. Although he really wanted to obtain more Fighting Souls, he wouldn’t act blindly.

“That might not be so!” An Jian shook his head.

“Why?” An Shang and An Yuan stared intently at An Jian.

“The Sky Tyrant Tribe is involved in a big battle with Shang Qing Palace. By that point, the Dark Region will be engulfed in chaos and Sky Tyrant Tribe might not invest too many resources in chasing us!” An Jian replied.

The two older men nodded their heads at An Jian’s explanation. It made sense but it was only a guess.

“Furthermore, I am sure that I will become an Empty God within two years!” An Jian added.

“Really?” An Shang and An Yuan’s eyes brightened.

If An Jian could break through to become an Empty God, it would be a great thing for the tribe.

“Mm!” An Jian nodded his head firmly.

“Tribe Leader, let’s do it!” An Yuan stared at An Shang with a fully determined expression.

If An Jian could break through to become an Empty God, the Dark Shadow Tribe’s strength would increase wildly. As long as Li Zun himself did not attack them, it would be hard for the Sky Tyrant Tribe to seek their revenge.

Furthermore, they would escape to Infinite Region and Li Zun probably wouldn’t head to Infinite Region personally for them.

An Shang was silent but he pondered carefully about the dangers.

Yet, he could not resist the temptation of having additional Fighting Souls.

A long while later, he nodded his head slowly.

Upon seeing that the Tribe Leader had agreed to the mission, An Jian and An Yuan sighed a deep breath.

“Tribe Leader, what arrangements should we make?” An Jian asked.

“An Jian, you are responsible for spying on the Sky Tyrant Tribe. An Yuan, you are in charge of gathering the tribe members. Try to get as many tribe members to come back as quickly as possible!”

An Shang’s eyes narrowed as a flash of light crossed them and he said in a deep voice, “Once the Sky Tyrant Tribe’s experts leave, they may set up a grand array around the tribe. As such, I will head over first to sneak into the Sky Tyrant Tribe!”

An Jian and An Yuan both nodded their heads.

Li Zun wasn’t in the tribe and with An Shang’s strength, no one would be able to discover him once he infiltrated the tribe by turning invisible.

Ambushes and sneak attacks were the greatest ability of the Dark Shadow Tribe.

“Yes!”

An Jian and An Yuan agreed to their assignments, their eyes shining with brilliance.

Their blood was boiling at the thought of the great act they were going to commit.

As long as they robbed the Sky Tyrant Tribe, they would have numerous resources and the Dark Shadow Tribe’s strength would surge.

They could gather all the tribe members in a spatial device so that they would be able to escape to Infinite Region easily.

“Both of you go ahead. Once the experts of Sky Tyrant Tribe leave, we will take action and take down Sky Tyrant Tribe!” An Shang had summoned his fighting intent. A proud and glorious expression crossed his old, wrinkled face.

With that, the three took their leave and made their preparations.
