Chapter 2063: I May Consider Saving You

Ming Han was shocked to see that Li Hong had returned. He quickly turned around and tried to escape.

However, it was too late for him to run away.

“Die!”

Li Hong shouted and struck.

Boom!

He threw out a punch and the fist ray was powerful like a cannonball, and it hit straight at Ming Han.

The mighty power caused the area to swirl up like a tsunami and it shook the starry sky.

The fist ray was before Ming Han in an instant, and it smashed the sky along the way.

“Oh no!”

Ming Han was shocked. He could not duck away from the powerful blow and he could only do his best to defend himself against it.

In the twinkle of an eye, cold air raged around Ming Han and layers of ice appeared speedily around him.

Ming Han was covered with ice like a towering Ice Mountain and it formed a strong defense to protect him.

In the next instant, the fist ray blasted on the Ice Mountain.

Boom!

There was an explosion and the entire area quaked.

The fist ray burst and turned into shockwaves, swirling all over the area. The Ice Mountain was unable to fend against Li Hong’s fist ray and it collapsed. It turned into broken pieces of ice and shot out to all corners.

Ah!

Ming Han screamed. His body was thrown away, and blood spurted from his mouth.

Ming Han could not even take one blow from Li Hong and he was seriously injured.

“Die!”

Xi Yuan was quick to grab hold of the opportunity. In a flash, he dashed toward Ming Han.

He brandished the saber in his hand and the dazzling saber radiance shot up to the sky. Within a short while, he had thrown out 33 blows.

The sharp saber radiance was fatal and it was like a windstorm. It filled the sky and moved toward Ming Han to attack him.

“Crap!”

Ming Han shouted angrily. Blood flowed out from his mouth as he was injured. He had thought that he would be able to kill Xi Yuan but things had turned against him.

Ming Han felt endangered by Xi Yuan’s powerful attack. However, there was no way for him to escape.

Crack! Crack! Crack!

At the critical moment, Ming Han could only do his best to defend against the attack. The Dark Force in his body surged crazily and cold air raged around the starry sky.

He had activated both his Fighting Soul and his Blood Force.

The cold air sealed up the starry sky as it raged around. Ming Han’s body was once again covered by thick layers of ice.

Boom! Boom! Boom!

The blasting continued and it shook the starry sky. The strong Saber Qi Windstorm slashed the layers of ice, causing the ice to break.

The ice cracked as the Saber Qi slashed it continuously. The force swirled around, and pieces of ice flew about in the sky. The scene was disastrous.

Ming Han kept retreating due to the attacks and, in the twinkle of an eye, he had moved a fair distance back.

After a short while, the Saber Qi disappeared and the ice that had sealed the starry sky collapsed.

The layers of ice around Ming Han dispersed and he was in a sorry state. Although he was still alive, he was bleeding profusely. Blood kept flowing out of his mouth, making him look bloody.

“What have I gotten myself into!?” Ming Han looked pale and frightened. He did not try to escape as Xi Yuan and Li Hong had cornered him. One of them was standing in front of him and the other was standing behind him.

“Ming Han, why do you want to kill Xi Yuan?” Li Hong asked. He looked at Ming Han and did not deal with him immediately.

Li Hong wanted to know the reason. Although Shang Qing Palace and Sky Tyrant Clan had conflicts frequently, those were over trivial matters. They were not serious to the extent of killing each other.

Ming Han was out to kill Xi Yuan this day and Li Hong had to find out the cause of it.

“Ming Han, there is no escape for you now. Tell us the truth!” Xi Yuan sneered.

When Ming Han heard what the two of them had said, he was silent. His expression kept changing and he was thinking of a way to escape.

Far away.

Qu Ya, Luo Rong, and Jian Zhong had turned ghastly pale.

Ming Han has been defeated!

Their powerful Senior Brother Ming Han could not even take one blow from Li Hong.

They are done for!

They have failed!

They have not only failed to accomplish the mission but they have put themselves in hot water.

The three of them were frightened and they wanted to run away. However, they dared not do so.

If they left Ming Han in the lurch, they might be killed when they returned to Shang Qing Palace.

Even if they did not return to Shang Qing Palace, Shang Qing Palace would pursue them to kill them.

Fortunately, they were far away. Li Hong and Xi Yuan might not know that they were Ming Han’s accomplices.

“Ming Han, I will count to three. If you don’t tell us the reason by then, I will kill you!”

Li Hong said as he stepped out and looked down at Ming Han. He glanced at Qu Ya, Su Mo, and the other two who were standing far away and then ignored them.

Li Hong did not recognize Su Mo as Su Mo had used the Illusory Technique to change his looks and aura.

“I…!”

Ming Han’s expression kept changing. He wanted to stay alive. His task was to kill Xi Yuan but even if he had told Li Hong the reason, he would still have been killed by him.

“Brother Li Hong, let’s not waste your time on him. Just kill him!” Xi Yuan said. He wanted to kill Ming Han quickly since Ming Han wanted to kill him.

“Alright!”

Li Hong nodded. Light circled around his fists and he got ready to strike.

Ming Han turned pale when he saw it and he was afraid. Was he about to be killed?

He was not resigned to the outcome. He had not been listed on the King Sage Board and he had not become an Empty God. He did not want to die before fulfilling his wishes.

Ming Han gritted his teeth and looked determined. He had to find a way to escape.

He triggered his thought and he was prepared to use his trump card. Even if he had to give up his cultivation level and strength, he had to escape in order to stay alive.

Qu Ya, Luo Rong, and Jian Zhong looked pale. Ming Han seemed to be in bad shape.

Just as Li Hong was about to strike and Ming Han was ready to escape, there was a sudden change of events.

“Ming Han, if you apologize to me, I will consider saving you!”

A voice suddenly resounded in the starry sky.

When all of them heard that statement, they were stunned.

Li Hong, Ming Han, Xi Yuan, Qu Ya, and the rest were puzzled.

They then looked out and fixed their gazes on Su Mo who was sitting cross-legged with his eyes shut.

Li Hong and Xi Yuan did not know Su Mo and they started to squint their eyes to size him up.

Li Hong and Xi Yuan had seen Su Mo and the rest earlier but they had ignored them as they had low cultivation levels.

Ming Han, Qu Ya, and the other two were dumbstruck and they simply stared at Su Mo.

“Senior Brother Shangguan…!”

“Senior Brother Shangguan, did you make that statement?”

“This…!”

Qu Ya and the other two widened their eyes in amazement. They were standing beside Su Mo and they could not believe that he had made that statement.
