Chapter 2054: Ming Han

In the afternoon, ear-piercing sounds arose as more than a dozen Elites were seen flying down from the top of the mountain.

There were men and women among the dozens of Elites and they were all of Martial Sage Realm Cultivation, their auras bubbling.

The powerful pressure was like a mountain and immediately made the noisy Square quiet in an instant.

Dozens of Elites landed at the edge of the Square instantly.

They were led by a slightly fat Elder who surveyed the Square. The Elder slightly nodded and smiled, “Not bad, four Martial Sages and over 400 Martial Honoured Realm warriors!”

The Elder was evidently satisfied. Recruiting high-level elites was naturally better than recruiting low-level ones.

Of course, loyalty had to be considered separately.

“Ming Han, you are in charge of the four Martial Sages!” the Elder told a young Martial Sage beside him.

This young Martial Sage was clad in a purple robe, his figure like a pine tree. He was handsome. However, he looked extremely indifferent and he carried a look of arrogance in his gaze.

Ming Han nodded as his cold gaze looked at Su Mo and the other three Martial Sages. He said in a clear voice, “Four of you, follow me!”

After speaking, Ming Han rose to the sky and flew towards a mountain peak not far away.

When Su Mo saw this, he followed suit and so did the other three Martial Sages.

One of the three Martial Sages was a middle-aged man. His face was thin and he was extremely skinny. The other two were a man and a woman.

The man’s skin tone was as white as snow as he wore a white robe. He seemed slightly refined, like a poet.

The lady looked like she was about 27 or 28 years old. She was rather good-looking and attractive. Her demon-like figure was extremely bewitching.

The three Martial Sages, other than the middle-aged man who was of Beginner Stages of Martial Sage Realm, the other two were of Intermediate Martial Sage Realm.

Su Mo and the three Martial Sages followed Ming Han and flew to another mountain peak. They landed on top of a quiet, small Square.

“The four of you would like to join my Shang Qing Palace?”

Ming Han turned around to the four people as he had his hands behind his back and he surveyed them with his cold gaze.

“Yes!”

Su Mo and the three other people said in unison. Of course they had come in person to join Shang Qing Palace.

“Shang Qing Palace demonic Genius Ming Han, I have been looking forward to meeting you for a long time!

“I have heard about you for a time. Now that I have met you today, you are indeed extraordinary!

“Never would I have thought that we would have such good luck as to have an Elite like you testing us!”

The three Martial Sages all called out, full of smiles as their faces shone, wanting to butter up Ming Han.

Ming Han was the first demonic genius in Shang Qing Palace. He was a King Sage elite. Although he was not in the first few on the King Sage Board, his power was almost the same of those Elites on the King Sage Board.

“You all know me?” Ming Han’s lips curled into a smile when he heard this, slightly tilting his head as the sense of superiority in his heart started to become more intense.

“Ha ha, everyone in Tai Qing Galaxy knows you!” the skinny, middle-aged man laughed, slightly sucking up to him.

“What about you?” Ming Han looked at Su Mo as if he were a high-up emperor looking down on everyone and said coldly.

“I have long heard about you!” Su Mo nodded yet on the inside he was speechless. One look and he knew that this fellow was extremely vain.

Su Mo thought about it carefully. It seemed that there was no such name on the King Sage Board of Dark Region.

This person was of King Sage Cultivation yet was not on the King Sage Board. There were only two reasons for this.

One was that he could not get on the board.

The second was that he did not qualify.

Su Mo was sure that it was not the second explanation. With this person’s vanity, if he had enough power, it would be impossible for him not to make it onto the board.

Then it had to have been the first reason. This person simply did not have the power to get on the King Sage Board.

“Then what are we tested on?” asked the refined man in the white robe.

The four of them nodded to themselves when they heard this. This theory was indeed true. With their cultivation, there was simply no need to test for their strength.

Su Mo also nodded to himself. This Shang Qing Palace was way stricter than Wind-thunder Sect. He was not even tested on how loyal he was when he had joined Wind-thunder Sect.

“Now, you should first report to me about your identities. We will verify them in the future!” Ming Han said.

“I am Jian Zhong. I was once a member of the Empty Sword Sect of Yuan Sheng Star. However, it has been destroyed!” the skinny, middle-aged man said.

“I am Luo Rong, of the Zi Cheng Star Luo Family. I have never joined any Sect!” the refined young man said.

“I am Qu Ya, from the adjacent Tai Hua Galaxy. I have always been alone, as the name suggests!” the enchanting lady said.

“I am Shangguan Hao, from the Infinite Region!” Su Mo said in a deep voice. As his voice fell, the gaze of the other could not help but fall on him.

“You are from the Infinite Region?” Ming Han frowned. Even someone from the Infinite Region had come to join his Shang Qing Palace?

“Yes, I have been chased by the Sorcerer Tribe of the Infinite Region. Out of desperation, I have run to the Dark Region!” Su Mo nodded. Of course, he was uttering nonsense.

Anyway, Infinite Region was far from Dark Region. Even if someone were to investigate this, the time taken to investigate, going there and coming back, would be sufficient for him to achieve his goal.

Ming Han nodded. Regardless of their identities, the Sect would assign people to investigate their backgrounds.

Even if Su Mo said he was from Infinite Region, it would be hard to escape the investigation.
