Chapter 2044: Taken In
An Jian fell silent after hearing Su Mo’s words.
Although he had a bottom line, bottom lines could be crossed.
Against the temptation of a Sextuplet Fighting Soul and a multiple Blood Force, he wanted to reject Su Mo’s proposal, but his heart could not do so.
This was a Sextuplet Fighting Soul and multiple Blood Force!
As long as he could obtain that, he would still become a top talent in the universe even if he slacked off with cultivation.
However, An Jian did not rush to answer Su Mo. Besides, allowing the Dark Shadow Tribe to become the slave of Su Mo was also a huge cost.
While An Jian wanted the Fighting Soul and multiple Blood Force, he did not want to exchange the destiny of the Dark Shadow Tribe for them.
“If you give me another two Fighting Souls and multiple Blood Forces, I can serve you. However, only I will be your servant, I will not drag the tribe into this!” An Jian said in a low voice.
His intentions were clear. He would serve Su Mo and be his servant but the Dark Shadow Tribe would not be pulled into this.
“Okay!” Su Mo did not hesitate to agree. An Jian was the top talent in the Dark Shadow Tribe whose strength was close to an Empty God’s. In the future, he would control the Dark Shadow Tribe!”
As long as An Jian was Su Mo’s servant, that would be sufficient.
“I have another request!” An Jian continued.
“Tell me!”
“Even if I serve you, I will not become your slave. I will definitely not do anything immoral!” An Jian said. He was reluctant to serve Su Mo, however, he could only sacrifice himself for the future of the Dark Shadow Tribe.
“Hehe! Relax. I will not let you do anything immoral!” Su Mo smiled.
“Alright, then please begin!” An Jian uttered in a low voice.

Without hesitation, Su Mo began the merging of the fifth Fighting Soul. However, since he had to control An Jian, the merging this time was slightly different.
Su Mo left a seal on the fifth Fighting Soul as he merged it. With this seal, he could control An Jian’s Fighting Soul.
In the future, he could cause the seal to explode, thus destroying An Jian’s Fighting and Spiritual Soul with a mental thought.
An Jian also felt the change. However, since he had agreed to serve Su Mo, he did not object to it.
The merging of the fifth Fighting Soul required two days and two nights.
“An Jian, the merging to the sixth Fighting Soul might be very challenging and I do not dare to confirm if it will be a success. As such, you need to persevere through it!” Su Mo told An Jian.
He was not lying to An Jian. The merging to the fifth Fighting Soul was already difficult. The merging of the sixth would definitely be extra hard.
Si Kongyan and the others were only Quadruplet Fighting Souls so far and they didn’t have a fifth Fighting Soul.
An Jian on the other hand had a much higher cultivation rank than the rest, but the merging of the sixth Fighting Soul would be difficult.
Granted, Su Mo would try as much as he could. If it wasn’t possible, he would give up on the merging instantly.
“No problem!” An Jian’s voice filled with determination. He had realized as well that the merging process had become harder and harder with each additional Fighting Soul.
This was the result of his Spiritual Soul not being strong enough.
With that, Su Mo began merging the sixth Fighting Soul for An Jian. As expected, it was very hard.
After four days of merging, the sixth Fighting Soul still had not been merged and by then, An Jian’s Spiritual Soul was shaking continuously, evidently reaching the brink of being destroyed.

Finally, Su Mo stopped merging.
“An Jian, the sixth Fighting Soul can not be merged. I have tried my best. If I continue, your Spiritual Soul will perish!” Su Mo sighed.
“Will I have the chance in the future?” An Jian asked in disappointment. He knew that the sixth Fighting Soul could not be merged.
“Of course. As long as you are willing, The sixth, seventh, and even more Fighting Souls can be merged for you!”
Su Mo continued, “Next, I will give you the Blood Force that I promised.”
With that, Su Mo took off ten percent of his own Blood Force and gave it to An Jian.
The Devouring Fighting Soul was the only medium that could refine the Blood Force for others to use.
With just ten percent of Su Mo’s Blood Force, it was already a huge benefit for An Jian.
A few moments later, the refining was done and Su Mo guided An Jian’s Spiritual Soul back into his mind while the Devouring Fighting Soul returned to his.
“One type of Blood Force?” An Jian stared at Su Mo and frowned as he asked. Su Mo had promised he would give him multiple Blood Force but it seemed there was only one.
“This is a new Blood Force formed by multiple Blood Force. You can try it out!” Su Mo smiled. At that point, he relaxed the hand around An Jian that had bound An Jian to where he was.
“Alright!”
An Jian closed his eyes and felt the Blood Force. He could clearly feel that the Blood Force that Su Mo had given him was automatically merging with his body.
This process wasn’t fast and around half an hour later, the Blood Force had merged completely with his physical body.
With that, An Jian slightly activated the Blood Force and his body instantly flashed with a light radiance.
Shoosh!
An Jian opened his eyes widely and a brilliant flash passing through his joyful eyes.
Strong!
He felt a strong power in him.
The Blood Force had not only increased his cultivation rank combat strength, it had also increased his physical body strength, defensive strength, etc.
This was an all-round strengthening for him. Although the increase in each aspect wasn’t drastic, an overall increase made him much stronger.
“It is extraordinary indeed!” An Jian exclaimed in glee. There was a large amount of Blood Force listed on the Archean Special Bodies Constitution Board. However most Blood Forces were targeted to one aspect of strengthening.
For instance, some Blood Forces would increase the strength of Dark Force while others would strengthen a physical body or defense. Some other Blood Forces would increase talents but they were all mono-targeted.
Yet, the Blood Force that Su Mo had given him was an all-rounded Blood Force that raised many of his characteristics.
Whew!
An Jian took in a deep sigh as he stared at Su Mo with a complicated look in his eyes.
Previously, he had feared Su Mo’s strength.
When he was captured, he had been terrified of Su Mo.
But now, his fear towards Su Mo was replaced with admiration.
What a frightening man!
That was An Jian’s thought. In his opinion, Su Mo was deep and mysterious and he didn’t obey the laws of the martial world.
“An Jian, your combat strength should be much stronger now. This is my compensation to you!”
Su Mo stared seriously at An Jian as he continued, “Now, I will give you the first mission!”
“Please tell me!” An Jian nodded his head. Since he now served Su Mo, he couldn’t argue with Su Mo.
“The first mission is to use the power of the Dark Shadow Tribe to find out Gongcheng Taihao’s location!” Su Mo ordered.
