Chapter 1967: Two Blows Are Enough To Defeat You
“Two blows are enough to defeat you!”
Su Mo took a deep breath. He decided not to increase the power of his attacks gradually but he wanted to defeat Di Sen in two blows.
He did not want to waste too much time as they were near Levitation God Sect. If the Empty Gods from Levitation God Sect found out that he was trying to rob the disciples, it would get him into hot water.
“Presumptuous!” Di Sen sneered when he saw that Su Mo was bragging about his ability.
Earlier on, Su Mo had mentioned that he would defeat him in three blows but he had then mentioned that he could end the fight in two blows. Su Mo was conceited.
“If you are unable to fend off this blow, you will either be killed or injured. I hope that you are prepared for it!” Su Mo said and once again, lifted up the purplish-gold sword in his hand.
“Go ahead!” Di Sen replied. The aura in his body surged, and the spear radiance circled around the green spear. He was ready for the blow.
Although Di Sen was confident in himself, he did not take Su Mo lightly. From the look of it, Su Mo seemed to possess a powerful trump card.
Di Sen could not be careless and cause his own downfall.
“Be ready to take my blow. It is powerful!”
Su Mo shouted and gave his all. The chaotic Sword Qi in his body surged crazily. The Blood Force seethed and the power of his Fighting Souls shot up to the sky.
Su Mo had sacrificed around 1,000 Fighting Souls and the mighty Fighting Souls started to roar in the vast sword radiance.
“Slash!”
Su Mo slashed down hard with the Winged Insect Sword and vast chaotic Sword Qi cut the starry sky apart, moving toward Di Sen.
How can this be! Di Sen, who was full of confidence, widened his eyes and gasped when he saw the blow that Su Mo had thrown out.

The blow was extremely powerful and it was beyond what he had expected.
Di Sen sensed danger coming toward him and he felt a chill going up to his spine.
The Sword Qi was quick. In the twinkle of an eye, it was already before Di Sen and he was unable to duck away in time.
“I am immortal!”
Di Sen shouted and moved back quickly. At the same time, he put on a strong defense.
He brandished the spear in his hand and filled the area with several Spear Shadows.
At the same time, green light dazzled from the Immortal Sacred Wood that was hanging behind him, and the Everlasting Splendor rained down on Di Sen’s body.
In the next instant!
Boom!
There was an explosion when the chaotic Sword Qi hit the Spear Shadow. The shockwaves exploded and the Spear Shadow started to collapse.
However, the Everlasting Splendor seemed to have the ability to reconstruct. Very quickly, the Spear Shadow started to get together and patch up.
The speed was amazing. It was as though the Spear Shadow was indestructible.
Although the Spear Shadow could be restored, the power of the chaotic Sword Qi was greater than it. The chaotic Sword Qi’s attack was quicker than the Spear Shadow’s speed of recovery.
In the twinkle of an eye, the chaotic Sword Qi destroyed the Spear Shadow and tore it into pieces. The Sword Qi broke through the Body Protection Dark Force and hit Di Sen’s body.
“What?” Di Sen was shocked. The chaotic Sword Qi almost caused the blood in his body to freeze.
Di Sen had no time to think. He quickly withdrew his spear and used it to protect his body.
Boom!
When the chaotic Sword Qi hit the spear, the entire starry sky shook. The Chaotic Dark Force exploded and covered Di Sen.
Swoosh!
Di Sen was thrown back a far distance, leaving traces of blood along the way before he managed to come to a halt.
When Su Mo lifted up his head, he saw that Di Sen was in a sorry state.

His clothes were gone and his body was covered with blood. He looked as though he had just walked out from a pool of blood and the sight was horrifying.
This is impossible! Di Sen stared at Su Mo in amazement from afar. He had lost. He had been badly defeated by a Beginning Realm Martial Sage.
His physical body was nearly destroyed by the earlier blow.
Fortunately, his Immortal Ultimacy and the Everlasting Splendor from the Immortal Sacred Wood were powerful. With the protection from the Immortal Force, his body was then able to come to no harm.
However, he was seriously injured. He not only suffered external injuries but his internal organs had been smashed.
He could not believe that Su Mo’s combat strength was so powerful. He possessed the type of combat strength owned by martial artists who had been ranked in the top 80 on the King Sage Board.
Although Di Sen was used to seeing gifted genius, he still found it hard to believe that Su Mo was only a Beginning Realm Martial Sage!
The King Sage Board had been around since the Primordial Age. So far, there had never been a Beginning Realm Martial Sage listed on the King Sage Board. Su Mo would definitely break the record if he went to King Sage Hall.
Tap! Tap! Tap!
Su Mo walked in the sky toward Di Sen. His speed seemed slow but in actual fact, he was moving quickly.
“You have lost. Are you going to honor your word?”Su Mo asked coldly. If Di Sen were to take back his words, Su Mo would have no qualms about killing him.
When Di Sen heard what Su Mo had said, the expression on his face changed and shortly, he let out a sigh.
He was not a sore loser. After all, it was only a cultivation skill.
The Dark Force in his body shook and dispersed the bloodstains. White light then flashed on his body and he was covered by a new robe.
“This is my cultivation skill. It is the Upper Sage Class Wood Property Cultivation Skill, the Immortal Primordial Skill!” Di Sen turned over his palm and a Jade Slip appeared. He then threw it to Su Mo.
When Su Mo caught hold of the Jade Slip, he immediately checked on it. It was indeed the Upper Sage Class Wood Property Cultivation Skill. It was more mysterious and powerful than the Middle Sage Class Wood Based Cultivation Skill that he had cultivated.
He would have to check it later to see if there was any problem with the cultivation skill.
He was careful as he was afraid that Di Sen might tamper with the cultivation skill.
“Release the rest of them!” Su Mo did not do a thorough check and he simply looked at Di Sen.
When Di Sen heard what Su Mo had said, he nodded. He triggered his thought and Gao Haoran and the rest of the disciples started to appear beside him.
“Su Mo, since you have been defeated by Senior Brother Di Sen, apologize to us!”
When the disciples appeared, a youth in a golden robe shouted when he saw Su Mo.
He believed that Su Mo would lose to Di Sen as it was impossible for him to defeat Di Sen.
However, Su Mo ignored the youth and he simply looked at Di Sen.
“Eh?”
The youth raised his brows as he realized that something was amiss.
He quickly turned his head to look at the rest of the disciples and saw that they were looking at Di Sen. All of them looked shocked.
He then turned to look at Di Sen as well and he was dumbstruck.
Di Sen looked pale and gloomy. The aura in his body was weak and it was apparent that he had been seriously injured.
“This… how can this be?” The youth was astonished. He finally realized that it was Di Sen who had been defeated, not Su Mo!

The veil is already weakining as more magic and horrors seep through the gap. How would the world deal with the sudden increase in the limited resource of magic? With the times changing, barren lands become trade hubs and the power shifts. The system holding it all together, is in a fragile balance, would a single death break the balance and cause the most devastating war the people have experienced. The direction of the story : The story will not contain any main protagonist, rather multiple protagonists and antagonists with the protagonists having bad some character traits and the antagonists some good ones. I plan to make a story of flawed humans, so if you are looking for OP MCs you would not enjoy it. But I still hope you give it a try. This is my first time writing and I am doing it to get better, so any suggestion or criticism is welcome. I am a university student, so do not expect a robust upload schedule, I'll try to put out 2 chapters a week, but there might be some delays. I apologize for it in advance. P.s. English is not my native language, so there might be some errors, though I tried to mitigate them as much as possible.
