Chapter 1838: Long Teng’s strength

The Five Claw Golden Dragon was a few hundred meters long as it body glittered with dazzling golden light. Its scales were golden, its dragon whiskers were golden, its claws were golden in addition to the golden horns it had. No one could help being mesmerized by it.

Every part of Long Teng shone with bright golden light, blinding those that stared directly at him. It was as though there was a mysterious ancient force and energy that rolled out of his body.

Leng Xie retreated backward unstoppably as he was thrown back by the rush of shock. The bright red sash of the red robe he wore was torn apart into pieces of shredded clothing as his body fell limply in exhaustion.

Yin Shen’s face also fell as he knew inwardly that Leng Xie would definitely die.

Leng Xie pointed a finger into the air as fast as lightning for a mass of Yin Energy to flow through his finger and transform into a ten thousand foot long spear.

This spear stretched out of Leng Xie’s hand and appeared as hard as steel, as though it was rooted to his finger. Great auras surged around it and it was evidently stronger than the Sun Moon Holy Palm that he had used before.

Boom!

A deafening explosion sounded as the longspear’s spear-tip struck the dragon claw. Like a collision between 2 stars, the empty space jerked violently.

In the next moment, a shocking scene appeared.

Bam! Bam! Bam!

Explosions sounded unstoppably as the 10,000 foot long Dark River Spear broke apart into pieces continuously.

With nature-defying energy, the massive dragon claw destroyed the long spear layer by layer.

“What?” Leng Xie’s eyes bulged out in surprise as his heart jumped in shock. His attack was the strongest attack of the Sun Moon Tribe forbidden arts but it was still no match for Long Teng.

At that point, Leng Xie knew that he was definitely going to lose. It was practically impossible for him to dodge the dragon claw.

He could only retrieve his Fighting Soul as quickly as he could before the dragon claw grabbed his body strongly.

Yet, before he could finish his words, the dragon claw around him squeezed together tightly and pressed on his body.

The sounds of bones cracking sounded out like a crack of thunder.

Even Long Shen and Long Ao were utterly surprised. Long Teng was usually calm and it seemed like a whole new person had taken over him when he battled against Leng Xie.

A cold voice echoed through the sky as Yin Shen stood up in a flash with a face as black as water.

However, before Yin Shen acted, the vice-like grip that Long Teng had around Leng Xie loosened.

Bright light flashed through the air as the massive Five Claw Golden Dragon transformed back into Long Teng’s human figure.

“I am sorry that I acted roughly!” Long Teng gripped Leng Xie’s hand, wearing an apologetic expression. He had not killed the latter.

Although he could have easily killed Leng Xie, he definitely could not at the scene he was in now or the consequences would be drastic.

Most importantly, Su Mo had not indicated to him to kill Leng Xie.

“You…. Urgh!” Leng Xie’s heart boiled with rage, but the moment he opened his mouth to speak, a stream of blood spurted out of it.

Without another word, he retrieved an elixir and gulped it down in a flash as he began to heal himself.

Silence wiped the scene. It wasn’t out of anyone’s expectations that Leng Xie would lose. However, wasn’t it too cruel of Long Teng to have crushed him?

Nonetheless, Leng Xie had voluntarily challenged Long Teng. Who could he blame?

Everyone nodded their heads silently. The Five Claw Golden Dragon was indeed an unrivalled existence with its cultivation rank being higher than his opponent’s.

Su Mo sat down quietly as a malicious grin curled up his lips. Leng Xie was too arrogant, this could be considered a lesson for him.
