Chapter 1834: Is He Worthy Of The Position?

“From today onwards, Leng Xie will become the Sun Moon Tribe’s Young Clan Leader who will inherit the tribe leader position in the future. He will lead the Sun Moon Tribe and control the Mingxu Galaxy!”

Elder Yin Kun’s voice was loud and clear as it rang through the nine heavens. The announcement swept through all corners of the Sky Mountain and covered the entire Sun Moon Star.

At that point, everyone heard his words and numerous people wore faces of content.

The leader of Mingxu Galaxy was established that day.

A stream of voices rose through the sky as everyone cupped their fists towards Leng Xie on the grounds and all 4 corners around it.

Aside from the various spectators of the ceremony, every Sun Moon Tribe member besides Yin Shen and Grand Elder Jin Yang bowed towards Leng Xie regardless of whether their cultivation ranks were higher than his or not.

No matter whether they were loyal to him or not, they had to listen to Leng Xie’s orders in the future.

Su Mo also bowed towards Leng Xie. Every Sun Moon Tribe member bowed to Leng Xie and if he didn’t follow the crowd, he would become a criminal.

“His status is so high!” Su Mo exclaimed in shock. He had not expected that the Young Clan Leader would be so respected throughout the universe.

Furthermore, and most importantly, Leng Xie’s cultivation rank had reached the initial stage of the Rank 9 Martial Honorable Realm.

This speed of cultivation was incredibly fast. However, if it weren’t for the curse in him, he would have reached the Rank 8 Martial Honorable Realm as well, catching up to Leng Xie’s speed.

Leng Xie erupted into a hearty roar of laughter as he stood in the middle of the stage wearing the long red robe.

At that point, he felt like the king of the world, like no one could match up to his power. His heart filled with joy and pride as though he could squash the world at the bottom of his feet.

As he swiveled his eyes around to look at the numerous Sun Moon Tribe members who bowed towards him, his eyes filled with pride as he saw the arrogant Su Mo and the revered elders of the tribe submitting to him.

“At ease, everyone!”

Leng Xie waved his long robe aside as he announced. His voice rang with power and the authority worthy of a Young Clan Leader.

He was filled with an immense sense of pride and prestige.

“Thank you, Young Clan Leader!” The crowd saluted as their voices rang through the sky.

At that point, Tribe Leader Yin Shen of the Sun Moon Tribe stood up and cupped his fists as he looked towards the crowd, “Thank you once again everyone for coming here. The crowning ceremony is officially over.”

“Congratulations, Yin Shen. Congratulations, Sun Moon Tribe!”

“Congrats!”

Many Empty Gods of the various superpowers stood up and congratulated Yin Shen. Choosing the heir to the Tribe Leader position was a joyous thing for the Sun Moon Tribe and Yin Shen.

“Yin Shen, I heard that Leng Xie has been beaten by someone below his cultivation rank before. Is he worthy of being the Young Clan Leader?”

Right at that point, an elder who had a head full of white hair suddenly asked as he stood up.

The moment the elder’s words fell, silence engulfed the scene. The smile on Leng Xie’s face was instantly wiped off.

Many people of the various superpowers stared at Yin Shen curiously. Although they appeared harmonious on the surface, they were still opponents of each other.

If they could shame the Sun Moon Tribe here, it was a good thing.

“Old Dao, my disciple will prove to everyone whether or not he is qualified!” Yin Shen smiled courteously as he replied.

He knew that although the guests from various galaxies could not meddle with the heir he chose, they could put the heir and the Sun Moon Tribe to shame.

While there was no official fight meet after the crowning ceremony, every large-scale event in the universe would have a short exchange between geniuses at the end.

“Since that is the case, Yin Shen, please arrange for a place to spar! Let us see the strength of the younger generation!” Another Empty God uttered.

“I have made the necessary preparations!”

Yin Shen nodded his head as he waved his sleeve. Suddenly, numerous white light pillars illuminated the sky from all corners of the ground.

There were 10 pillars in total that surrounded the ground in a circle.

Buzz buzz~~

The rays of light from the light pillars morphed together to create a large array that covered everyone in it.

“It is a teleporter!”

Su Mo’s eyes narrowed. He realized that the air outside the array had shifted out of harmony from the air inside as everyone within the array was transported away from the ground.

None of the experts of the various superpowers were surprised. A spar definitely couldn’t be conducted on the grounds.

A few moments later, the teleportation stopped and the array slowly dissipated into the air as the crowd found themselves on a flat plain.

This plain was bare and vast, filled with a mysterious, clean aura.

Everyone stood where they originally were, and even the stage in the middle of the ground had been teleported with them.

As they shifted their eyes around, they saw a lonely White Jade Mountain on the barren plain.

This Mountain was about 1,000 feet tall and it appeared to be made entirely out of jade stones. Bright light glowed from it as though it was a shining sword that pierced the earth below.

At the bottom of this White Jade Mountain was a 10 foot tall door.

“Everyone, this is a secluded world of the Sun Moon Tribe. The White Jade Mountain in front of us right now is the White Jade Pagoda of the tribe. It has a large space inside it that is suitable for sparring!”

Yin Shen gazed at the White Jade Mountain in front of him as he introduced, “this pagoda can stand the strength of a King Sage and everything that happens inside will be projected on the walls of the pagoda!”

“That’s it, it is an ideal location for a sparring!”

“Yin Shen prepared well!”

Numerous Empty Gods nodded their heads in satisfaction. The fighting between Martial Sages would be destructive and it was best for the sparring to be conducted in the pagoda.

“A secluded world?” Su Mo instantly frowned as his heart fell.

He had thought that the sparring would be conducted in the starry sky and had not imagined that it would be conducted in a secluded world.

If he completed the mission, would Senior Bai help him?

Senior Bai didn’t seem to have spectated the crowning ceremony at the grounds, he should still be in Sky Moon Mountain.

However, now that they had entered a secluded world, would Senior Bai be able to enter it?

Su Mo stared at Saint Elder Zhen Xian with a worried look, only for the elder to gaze back at him with a reassuring nod.

This made Su Mo feel at ease. He could not comprehend the abilities of an Empty God. Senior Bai was superior and Su Mo didn’t think that anything could stop him.

“Alright, anyone who wants to be taught a lesson by the Sun Moon Tribe, please enter the pagoda!”

Yin Shen announced in a loud voice before he sat down on one of the stands.

With a long face, Leng Xie flew towards the northern stands and sat down beside Yin Shen.

At this point, he felt as disgusted as if he had eaten a fly accidentally.

He was not afraid of the sparring here, but if he was pointed out by others to have lost against someone lower than his rank, it would be a huge slap in the face.

His cold pair of eyes glanced at Su Mo and killing intent surged from his heart. If he didn’t get rid of Su Mo, the harm to his reputation would be too immense.
