Chapter 1726: Cold-blooded

The Grand Priest waved his hand and the Honorable Soul Banner turned into two, and two multiplied to four, and then to eight. In an instant, it turned into several hundred Honorable Soul Banners.

There was only one actual Honorable Soul Banner among the hundreds of Honorable Soul Banners while the rest were simply illusions.

The Grand Priest triggered his thought and green flames spurted out from the Honorable Soul Banner.

There seemed to be no heat in the green flames, yet it was able to burn everything up.

The vast green flames surged toward the array and they formed a huge Green Fireball. It covered the entire star in it and started to refine it.

The grand array, formed by the hundreds of Honorable Soul Banner, was amazing. As the fire continued to burn, the array continued to shrink and became smaller.

When the Honorable Soul Banners became one, that would be the time that the star had been refined into nothingness.

The top powers were shocked when they saw the grand array. The Grand Priest meant what he said and he truly wanted to refine the star.

One of the top powers immediately sent message to his team when he remembered that a few of them were still in the star.

When his team received the message, all of them quickly flew up from the star and dared not stay on.

Fortunately, the middle-aged man from the Sorcerer Tribe had informed the Grand Priest about it and thus he had left a hole in the array to allow them to escape.

The top powers widened their eyes to look at the scene as the star got refined. That was the most astonishing scene that they had seen in their entire life.

The Nine Skies Hurricane had been burnt by the Green Flames and it utterly disappeared.

The Green Flames gushed down toward the star and started the cruel act of refining it.

“What is happening?”

“What is that?”

“Crap! Who has done that?”

“Someone is refining the star!”

“Help!”

Strange Green Flames covered the firmament and they expanded toward the star quickly. Many people started to scream, curse and cry out.

There were at least 30 billion creatures in the star and about 10 billion were from the human race.

All the people were furious when they realized that someone wanted to refine the star. It was crazy and cruel.

Many martial artists threw out blows to attack the Green Flames in the sky and they tried hard to stop the flames from coming down.

However, no one managed to stop the Flames from attacking the star. There were no Martial Sage Realm masters in that star and the most powerful martial artist was only at the Peak of Rank 9 Martial Honored Realm. They did not have the ability to stop the Green Flames from coming down.

As many martial artists tried hard to attack the Green Flames, instead of stopping the Flames, more tongues of fire flew down and burnt many people to death.

Very quickly, the Green Flames came near to the surface of the earth. Several mountains turned into ashes and the ancient, towering trees disappeared into thin air.

“Quick, get underground!”

“We are done for! Who could be so ruthless!?”

“That is the Sorcerer Tribe’s Ghostly Fire. They are the ones who have done it!”

Screams continued to break out and there was chaos in the small star as the martial artists got panicky.

Shouts, screams, and wailing sounds shook the heavens and the earth.

As the Green Flames surged toward the star, those with some abilities started to go underground.

However, those ordinary people without Martial Souls and low-rank demonic beasts without any spiritual intelligence did not have the ability to do so.

Many creatures turned into ashes as the flames came down on them and their souls were burnt up.

The city turned into ashes and the lake evaporated in an instant. Many mountains disappeared as well.

Su Mo was baffled. However, given his current situation, he could not care less. He had to escape quickly.

In a flash, Su Mo continued his journey underground. After a while, he discovered a large number of people in the underground as well.

His perception spread out and he could vividly see several martial artists moving in front of him. They were scrambling in his direction.

He was not far from the surface of the earth but the people had come down from above the ground. They were moving contrary to his actions.

“What is happening?” Su Mo was totally perturbed. He was unable to perceive what was going on outside and he was baffled by the actions of the people.

Su Mo continued to move. After a while, his spiritual senses finally reached the surface of the earth.

He was utterly stunned to see the Green Flames covering the area. They exuded a frightening aura.

The flames burnt everything up and they continued to gush down from the sky and burn the ground.

“What has happened?” Su Mo was shocked and he stood dumbfounded on the spot. He sensed that once a person touched the Green Flames, he would definitely be killed. The Green Flames were horrifying.

“The men from the Sorcerer Tribe are so cruel!”

“Why did they refine the star?”

“They are too much. What should we do?”

“We are done for. The star will be refined in no time and there is no way for us to escape!”

Su Mo heard the angry voices coming from those martial artists who had gone underground. As they were not far from Su Mo, he was able to hear them.
