Wu Fengtian’s face darkened in his room as his eyes filled with shock.

Through his mental senses, he felt that the evil souls had disappeared once they had entered the pagoda. Yet, they had suddenly lost their connection with him.

These evil souls existed in the Honorable Soul Banner and through it, Wu Fengtian could control all the evil souls within it.

However, he could not sense the existence of the evil souls once they entered the pagoda. This caused Wu Fengtian’s face to darken.

“Could there be some mysterious array in the pagoda that could eliminate a large number of evil souls?” Wu Fengtian wondered as his brows furrowed together.

Aside from that, Wu Fengtian could not think of anything else that could cause the large mass of his evil souls to perish.

“I refuse to believe that my few 10,000 evil souls cannot deal with you.”

Wu Fengtian scoffed lightly. With another mental thought, the numerous evil souls in the Honorable Soul Banner gathered together.

Thereafter, the massive beast’s body started to shiver violently before it crumbled apart into the innumerable evil souls that formed it.

Weird, ear-piercing sounds emerged from the evil souls, hinting at the fear in them.

Like the rush of a river, the numerous evil souls flew helplessly towards Su Mo from the suction force of the devouring power.

This devouring power was the nemesis of the evil soul and against it, they stood like helpless ants. Their bodies shivered uncontrollably and there was no way for them to resist the devouring power.

In the span of 2 breaths, the 10,000 evil souls were sucked clean by the Devouring Fighting Soul.

Instantly, silence engulfed the Honorable Soul Banner. The world was empty and, aside from Su Mo and the Seven-colored Glazed Pagoda, there was nothing else in it.

Wu Fengtian jumped up in shock as his heart filled with disbelief. He had toiled so hard for a few dozen years to amass the ten thousand evil souls. Yet, they were all sucked into Su Mo’s Fighting Soul?

What enraged him even further was that the evil souls were his hidden card. He had only gathered so many souls after so much trouble from many parties.

Yet, in the blink of an eye, they had been suddenly destroyed.

“Thinking of escaping?” Wu Fengtian’s eyes immediately narrowed. He knew that Su Mo must be wanting to break out of the space of the Honorable Soul Banner.

Without hesitation, he gave a mental thought and desperately tried to stabilize the space inside the Honorable Soul Banner. However, the evil souls were connected to the Honorable Soul Banner. Without the evil souls, the strength of the Honorable Soul Banner was greatly diminished.

Inside the Honorable Soul Banner, Su Mo did not enter the Seven-colored Glazed Pagoda and instead, he controlled it to break through the array of the Honorable Soul Banner.

Bright light shot out of the entire pagoda, mesmerizing all eyes and destroying the empty, pitch-black world.

The empty space shook heavily and crumbled apart in all directions.

Su Mo’s body flew together with the pagoda as he tried to break through the crumbling space.

The large pagoda was like an electric drill that drilled through the space of the Honorable Soul Banner, creating an exit path for Su Mo.

Space continued to tumble apart as Su Mo tore through it. In the span of a breath, the walls of the space were totally broken apart by him.

Su Mo put away the Seven-colored Glazed Pagoda and appeared in the real world.

As he lifted his head to look in front of him, he saw Wu Fengtian standing about 50 feet away from him.

Their gazes met, like sharp needles poking through the air. Invisible fireworks sparked in the air.

“You are good!” Wu Fengtian’s face turned into his normal stoic mode as he coldly uttered. However, the killing intent in his heart was surging towards the sky.

He had originally thought that Su Mo would be a struggling fish on his chopping board once he was sucked into the Honorable Soul Banner. Yet, not only had Su Mo devoured all his evil souls, Su Mo had even managed to escape.

Su Mo remained silent as his brows furrowed together. He had used his mental thought to scan through the place and he had discovered his location.

He was in a cultivation room in a city of the Sorcerer Tribe. There were many people in the city, and a large majority were Sorcerer Tribe members.

His heart sunk to the bottom of the ocean. He had really returned to the Sorcerer Tribe. It was too hard for him to escape.

“Su Mo, this is Cloud Sorcerer City. Do you really think you can escape?” Wu Fengtian wore a smirk across his face.

He was not worried about Su Mo escaping. This was Cloud Sorcerer City where numerous experts of the Sorcerer Tribe lived. The likelihood of Su Mo escaping was virtually zero.
