Chapter 1643: Return to Red Dragon Camp

Su Mo remained for another day at Firmament Palace before he bade farewells to everyone and left the Firmament Palace with Qing Ya.

However, he was not on the same route with Qing Ya, as he had to return to Shenwu Academy while Qing Ya had to go back to the Triple Deities Sect.

Not long later, Su Mo arrived back at the academy.

Unlike previously, Su Mo was no longer a disciple of the academy and hence he did not enter the academy.

In the time that he left, the news of how he was expelled of the academy had spread.

This was an order personally given by the Estate Master that no one could go against.

The entire academy was in an uproar after the news spread. It was the most suitable punishment for Su Mo now that he had killed Taishi Jue.

Su Mo sat down calmly in front of the academy gates as he waited for Gu Tianyi. Someone had notified the Holy Son of Su Mo’s arrival.

Before long, Gu Tianyi arrived in a long robe.

“Su Mo, let’s go to Red Millet Star!” Gu Tianyi smiled as he stood beside Su Mo.

“Mm!” Su Mo nodded his head in agreement. Red Millet Star was where the Imperial Ancestor Court Faction was.

Without further delay, the two headed directly for Red Millet Star.

2 days later, they arrived at their destination.

On a busy route on the Royal City of the Imperial Ancestor Court Faction, the two walked side by side as they talked.

“Su Mo, with your current strength, you will definitely be able to take a post in the Imperial Court with my recommendation!” Gu Tianyi smiled.

“It is alright, the Red Dragon Camp is good. I will just remain there!” Su Mo shook his head.

He did not want to be engaged in Gu Tianyi’s conflict in the Imperial Court, that was a hole for him that was all harms, with no benefit.

“Alright then, since you want to remain at Red Dragon Camp, I will not force you!” Gu Tian Yi saw that Su Mo was determined to stay at Red Dragon Camp and hence he shook his head and did not force the decision onto Su Mo.

Not long later, Gu Tianyi brought Su Mo to the doors of the Red Dragon Camp.

The Red Dragon Camp had not changed from the past. The Red walls of the camp and the hundred feet long dragon statues stood at the gates of the camp, displaying its dominance and power.

“Su Mo, I will not follow you in!” Gu Tianyi said.

“Mm!” Su Mo nodded.

After a few more exchanges of sentences, Gu Tianyi left and returned to the Imperial Court.

Su Mo smoothly entered the Red Dragon Camp. After all, he was a member there and the Eight Prince Gu Tianyi had personally ushered him over. Hence, no one dared to stop Su Mo.

In the time that he wasn’t around, his avatar had been in charge of the place.

The avatar was a dark-skinned young man and he was also a disciple of the Taishi Family branch of the Shenwu Academy. He had attended an auction with You Tianhan and they were both killed by Su Mo there.

Since the young man’s cultivation rank was suitable, Su Mo had used him for an avatar.

Previously, this avatar was only a Rank 8 Martial Emperor. By now, the avatar was a Rank 1 Martial Honorable. This avatar did not have high talents and the only reason he had managed to advance to the Rank 1 Martial Honorable Realm so quickly was because he had cultivated the Heaven Combining Ghost Skill.

As an Upper Sage Class Cultivation Skill, the Heaven Combining Ghost Skill was strong but mysterious. Su Mo had cultivated it to the first level using the avatar Wu Chen and his strength had sharply increased.

Very quickly, Su Mo arrived at the Stone Palace of the 29th squad and, as he walked into the palace, his avatar waited for him.

“From now on, you are called Su Yi. Go back first!” Su Mo arrived in front of the avatar and lightly called.

Since Su Mo was back, the avatar had no more reason to remain there and he would return to Firmament Palace! He would protect Firmament Palace for his entire life.

Both Su Mo’s avatars were helping Firmament Palace. You Tianhan was out gathering resources at an incredible rate.

“Mm!” The avatar nodded his head and turned around to leave immediately.

A few moments later, Su Mo sat down in the stone palace. The interior of the palace was small and its designs were simple. However, it had everything that was needed; a hall and a cultivation room were among other things in the palace.

As he sat on a chair in the palace, Su Mo relaxed.

Recently, situation after situation had piled on him and he hadn’t had the time to take a breather at all.

He should be able to rest for a while at Imperial Ancestor Court!

The only thing that worried him was the Sorcerer Tribe. When would they come to kill him?

Yet, Su Mo had already discussed this matter with Gu Tianyi on their way over to the Imperial Ancestor Court.

Gu Tianyi wasn’t going to sit and do nothing. He would arrange for men to carefully check the identities off everyone who entered Red Millet Star.

Su Mo wondered how high the possibility was for the Sorcerer Tribe to send Martial Sages to kill him.

Once the Sorcerer Tribe sent a group of Martial Sages over, the chances of him escaping would be very low.

However, Su Mo didn’t think that the Sorcerer Tribe would send a Martial Sage for him.

Firstly, a Martial Sage was considered a top ranked expert in any superpower. The Sorcerer Tribe wouldn’t send a Martial Sage for a mere Rank 3 Martial Honorable like him, right?

The only reason why he had met Grand Priest Wu Lun previously was because of the True Sage Realm Trial Test. It was convenient for the Grand Priest to take action then.
