Chapter 1617: Information

Myriad World Mountain was the same as it was before. The huge mountain peaks were star-studded and floated in the pitch-black Empty Space.

Numerous unknown flowers and plants were all over the mountain. Building after building was located in the mountains, but they were not popular among the people.

Su Mo’s body flashed and he landed on the ground, falling steadily on the square below the mountainside.

In the square, the golden statue that was a hundred feet tall stood upright, tall and magnificent.

Su Mo bowed to the statue of the Realm Master and then left the Square. He walked towards a hall not far away.

The Hall was unpretentious and two huge words, “Merit Hall”, was on top of the hall door. It could be that the words had eroded over the years and as such the writing was slightly blurred.

Su Mo walked straight into the hall. The hall was spacious and empty. There was only an old, broken stone platform which a middle-aged man sat cross-legged behind.

This person was very strong and was wearing a coarse shirt, showing his chest. Black stubble was like a steel needle on his tanned face.

Seeing this person’s appearance, Su Mo instantly thought of a butcher in the past.

If this person were to hold a knife, he would be the spitting image of a butcher!

At that moment, the man’s eyes were shut tight and there was no aura around him. It was as if he was solidified.

“Senior!” Su Mo came to the front of the stone platform and bowed to the man. Although he could not tell what Cultivation level he was of, he did not dare to give him the cold shoulder.

Upon hearing Su Mo, the man slowly opened his eyes, his gaze was penetrating beyond description.

“Handing over your mission?” the man said coldly, his voice thick and dull.

“Yes!” So Mu immediately nodded.

“What is your name?” the man asked quietly.

“Su Mo!” Su Mo replied.

The man nodded. Immediately after, he took out a piece of green Jade Slip and looked down to inspect it.

After a while, he put it away and looked at Su Mo. “Hand over the Ancient Demon’s Heart!” he said.

Su Mo nodded and a Storage Ring instantly appeared in his palm as he handed it to the middle-aged man.

He had long taken the Ancient Demon’s Heart out of the Bangle Space and placed it in the biggest Storage Ring.

The middle-aged man took the Storage Ring and carefully looked at it. He nodded slightly and said, “It is indeed the Ancient Demon’s Heart. Congratulations on completing your first mission. You get a score of ten points for this mission. If you accumulate a score of a hundred points, you can become an Official Disciple.”

“Thank you senior!” Hearing this, Su Mo cupped his fists to the man. He was currently only of a Famous Disciple status, however, he did not really care whether he was a Famous Disciple or an Official Disciple.

“Hey~~ you do not have to call me senior. I am Tu Fu, you can call me Brother!” the middle-aged man waved his hand and said in a low muffled voice.

Hearing this, Su Mo was stumped. He was really a butcher! His name fit his appearance.

“Brother Tu Fu!” Su Mo nodded. There was no doubt about this. In Myriad World Mountain, regardless of one’s age or cultivation level, everyone was brothers.

“Yes, go to the Grace Hall to redeem your reward for the mission!” the middle-aged man said with a wave of his hands.

Su Mo cupped his fists once again and turned to leave Merit Hall.

Tu Fu closed his eyes once again and continued to meditate. Standing guard for Merit Hall was also his current mission.

After Su Mo left Merit Hall, he used his spiritual senses to scan his surroundings and obtained the coordinates of Grace Hall.

“You have completed the mission. According to the difficulty level of the mission, I will now give you a corresponding reward!” said the Puppetman.

“OK!” Su Mo nodded, he was looking forward to it.

“The rewards of the mission are split into five kinds – treasured weapons, Martial Skills, Sky Treasures, Rare Heaven and Earth Treasures and Information. You can choose any one of the five!” the Puppetman said.

Su Mo was surprised to hear this. The reward was actually not fixed but could be chosen by one. This was a better arrangement.

Su Mo’s heart could not help but sink. He did not lack treasured weapons, especially after obtaining the Seven-Colored Glazed Pagoda.

Nor did he lack Martial Skills. Grand Chaos Five Elements Skill that merged five kinds of Middle Honorable Cultivation Skill was currently sufficient for his use.

“My Myriad World Mountain holds countless secrets in the universe. Even if you request information that I do not know, as long as you mention it, I will be able to find it out for you in ten days!” the Puppetman said confidently.

“Oh!” Hearing this, Su Mo’s eyes flashed and his heart instantly skipped a beat.
