Chapter 1546: He Is So Silly!

Bi Qinghan looked at Su Mo in amazement from the foot of the mountain.

He could vividly see vast Ghost Qi surging toward Su Mo, entering his body.

“What is happening?” Bi Qinghan looked baffled. Is Su Mo sucking in the Ghost Qi? Moreover, he is doing it so vigorously!

Bi Qinghan was taken aback by Su Mo’s action and he did not know what was happening!

“Why is he taking such a long time!”

After a while, Bi Qinghan turned his head to look at his surroundings. He had waited for Li Hentian for about 10 minutes and he had not yet arrived.

He started to get anxious. If Su Mo came down from the mountain, Bi Qinghan did not have the confidence to stop him from leaving.

At that instant, far away in the sky, there were air-rending sounds and more than 20 people flew at a great speed toward the mountain.

Bi Qinghan turned his head around and broke into a smile. That group of people were the disciples from Empty Sky Sect and the one in front of them was none other than Li Hentian!

Swoosh! Swoosh! Swoosh!

After a short while, Li Hentian led the disciples from Empty Sky Sect toward Bi Qinghan and landed beside him.

“Brother Li, Su Mo is over there!” Bi Qinghan immediately said and pointed to Su Mo, who was on the mountain peak.

When Li Hentian heard what Bi Qinghan had said, he glanced at Su Mo, who was sucking in the Ghost Qi on the mountain peak, and smiled.

“Qinghan, thank you for your help!” Li Hentian said with a smile.

“Hohoho! This is nothing. Let’s think of a way to deal with Su Mo!” Bi Qinghan said with a smile.

“All right!” Li Hentian nodded. He sized the mountain up and asked, “What is the situation up there?”

Li Hentian noticed something amiss. The people who were on the mountain were moving aimlessly, as though they were lost.

As for Su Mo, he was vigorously sucking in the Ghost Qi in the mountain and he was not aware that Li Hentian had arrived.

“This mountain looks strange. Those who are on the mountain peak seem lost. They are unable to get out of the mountain and they are not aware of what is going on out here!” Bi Qinghan replied.

“Oh?” Li Hentian frowned when he heard what Bi Qinghan had said. Is the mountain surrounded by an array? Are the people trapped in the array?

“I tried earlier to strike it but it seems unaffected, although my attack was powerful!” Bi Qinghan said.

Li Hentian nodded. The array that was in the Ancient Demons Cemetery had been set up by Sun Moon Tribe and it was powerful. It would be impossible to break the array by force and even he was unable to do so.

“Let’s wait! We shall wait for Su Mo to get out of the mountain!” Li Hentian said, after pondering for a while.

He believed that, given Su Mo’s talent, he would soon find out the secret to the array and get out of it.

Thus, Li Hentian did not have to break through the array. He simply had to wait patiently.

“This…!”

When Bi Qinghan heard what Li Hentian had said, he hesitated for a while. He then reminded Li Hentian, “Brother Li, there are several Demon Flowers on this mountain. If we go on waiting, they will fall into the hands of the people!”

Li Hentian frowned when he heard what Bi Qinghan had said. He was aware of it as well but, compared to the Demon Flowers, Su Mo was more important.

After he had killed Su Mo, the Sect would reward him handsomely and the rewards would be comparable to the value of the Demon Flowers.

“Let’s just wait!” Li Hentian shook his head and insisted on having his way. It was of great importance to him to have Su Mo killed.

Moreover, after he had killed Su Mo, he would get his hands on Su Mo’s storage ring. That would amount to a hefty sum as well.

When Bi Qinghan saw that Li Hentian had made up his mind, he nodded. Since Li Hentian was so persistent, Bi Qinghan could not do anything but wait.

The group of people then started to wait for Su Mo to get out of the mountain.

Su Mo activated his Devouring Fighting Soul and continued to devour the Ghost Qi. However, he did so at a moderate pace.

He could not see what was happening at the outer world and he did not know who was around. It would be wiser for him to use his Devouring Fighting Soul carefully.

Even so, his speed in sucking in the Ghost Qi was fast and he was like a whale gulping in the water.

Vast amounts of Ghost Qi entered Su Mo’s Devouring Fighting Soul and it surged into Su Mo’s body like a tidal wave.

Su Mo did not want to waste the Ghost Qi, so he started to refine it.

The Ghost Qi was filled with several emotions, which included those that could make one become violent and angry.

Su Mo guarded his mind and he kept his mind clear, he continued to refine the Ghost Qi.

He refined the Ghost Qi into Dark Force and sent them into the Divine Elixirs in his elixir field.

Su Mo’s cultivation level had already reached the Peak of Rank 1 Martial Honored Realm but he did not try to advance to Rank 2 Martial Honored Realm as it had not been deeply rooted.

Now that a large amount of Dark Force had entered the Divine Elixirs, the five Divine Elixirs shook and went through the natural motion of breaking through to a higher level.

It was tough to break through the shackles of Rank 2 Martial Honored Realm as it was like a sturdy wall that had prevented his cultivation level from going higher.

Su Mo was cool about it. He had not thought of pushing his way through to advance to Rank 2 Martial Honored Realm.

He guarded his mind and continued to devour the Ghost Qi, allowing himself to break through the shackle naturally.

“This guy is thinking of having a breakthrough in the realm!” Bi Qinghan said as he looked at Su Mo in astonishment.

The Ghost Qi was different from the Spiritual Qi and it was difficult to refine, thus Bi Qinghan did not expect Su Mo to go for his Rank 2 Martial Honored Realm on the mountain!

When Li Hentian saw that, he started to frown. If Su Mo breaks through the realm, it will be terrible!

Currently, Su Mo’s cultivation level was Rank 1 Martial Honored Realm. Although his combat strength was overbearing, Li Hentian had the confidence to kill him with the treasured weapon that the Sect had given him.

Su Mo had advanced through the realms too quickly. Just a short time ago, he was only at Rank 8 Martial Emperor Realm. In less than four months, he was already trying to breakthrough to Rank 2 Martial Honored Realm. His speed was too exaggerated.

“Brother Li, what shall we do now? Shall we go up the mountain?” Bi Qinghan asked.

“This seems to be the only way!” Li Hentian nodded and looked grave.

“It is not wise for us to do so!”

When Bi Qinghan heard what Li Hentian had said, he shook his head and said, “Once we get into the mountain, we will be lost and we may not even be able to find Su Mo. If we are trapped within, we will be giving Su Mo the opportunity to escape!”

Li Hentian started to knit his brows together when he heard what Bi Qinghan had said. He was aware of the possible situation that would take place but he could not allow Su Mo to break through the realm under his nose while he did nothing about it!

“The Ghost Qi is thinning!”

At that moment, one of the disciples shouted out.

After taking a good look at the mountain, everybody’s eyes brightened up. As Su Mo was vigorously sucking in the Ghost Qi, the surrounding Ghost Qi in the mountain started to thin down speedily.

Judging from the situation, the Ghost Qi in the mountain would thin down further after two hours.

“Hohoho!” Li Hentian laughed heartily when he saw the situation at the mountain.

The array in the mountain drew its power from the Ghost Qi and, since the Ghost Qi had been reduced tremendously, the power of the array would be weakened.

In another two hours, he would be able to break through the array and Su Mo would not be able to escape from him.

Li Hentian was elated and, at the same time, he was speechless. Su Mo is so silly. He must be tired of living!
