Chapter 1510: Water, Wood, And Fire

“Senior Brother Zhen Xian, don’t worry. I will do my best to accomplish the task!” Su Mo said.

“Just doing your best is not sufficient. You must accomplish this task!”

Saint Zhen Xian shook his head and continued, saying, “It is only after you have accomplished your mission that you will be recognized by Myriad Worlds Mountain. Moreover, you will be rewarded!”

“Understood!” Su Mo nodded. However, in his heart, he was thinking to himself that he did not need any recognition from Myriad Worlds Mountain. He would be happy as long as Myriad Worlds Mountain did not deal with him.

Su Mo did not have much knowledge about Myriad Worlds Mountain and the only person that he knew was Saint Zhen Xian.

He did not know about its structure or any of the top powers or forces in it.

Myriad Worlds Mountain was like a mystery and Su Mo believed that even Saint Zhen Xian did not have much information about it.

“Su Mo, for this mission, you have to take note of…!” Saint Zhen Xin then started to feed Su Mo the information.

After they had chatted for a long while, Su Mo left Saint Zhen Xian.

“Wait. Su Mo, you have offended Empty Sky Sect. As a safety precaution, it is better for you to stay within a radius of 161 kilometers from Wen Dao Mountain for the time being!”

“All right!” Su Mo nodded. Anyway, it was also his intention to stay at Wen Dao Mountain.

“This is for you!”

Saint Zhen Xian turned his palm over and a Jade Seal, about the size of a cobblestone, appeared in his palm. He handed it over to Su Mo and said, “As long as you are within a radius of 161 kilometers in Wen Dao Mountain, break this if you are in danger and I will immediately appear!”

“All right!” Su Mo nodded. As he was about to leave, he suddenly remembered Feng Guang’s request.

Feng Guang had reminded him several times to put in a good word for him with Saint Zhen Xian and Su Mo had promised him to do so. It would not be good for him to push it aside.

“Erm…Senior Brother Zhen Xian, Elder Feng Guang has been taking good care of me. He…!” Su Mo looked awkward. After all, he was not close to Saint Zhen Xian but before he could even complete his sentence, Saint Zhen Xian interrupted him.

“Su Mo, Feng Guang does not have a good nature. He always likes to take others for a ride. You had better wash your hands of him!” Saint Zhen Xian said.

“All right!” Su Mo nodded when he heard what Saint Zhen Xian had said. In that case, he no longer had to help Feng Guang.

“You may go!” Saint Zhen Xian waved his hand.

“All right!” Su Mo nodded and he left.

Soon after Su Mo walked out of the palace, Feng Guang came up to him.

“Su Mo, have you told Holy Elder Zhen Xian about me?” Feng Guang asked in anticipation.

“Yes, I have!” Su Mo said as he moved on.

“What did Holy Elder Zhen Xian say?” Feng Guang looked excited. He was not having a good time in the Sect and was only running errands.

Just one word from Holy Elder Zhen Xian and that would change his destiny.

“Holy Elder Zhen Xian said that you do not have a good nature!” Su Mo smiled and gave him a derisive look. This man has a bad nature and he doesn’t behave like an Elder. He even has a relationship with a female disciple.

Eh…

When Feng Guang heard what Su Mo had said, he was stunned. He stopped walking and looked depressed.

Su Mo ignored him and continued to walk back to his palace.

“Su Mo, did Holy Elder Zhen Xian really say that?”

Very quickly, Feng Guang caught up with Su Mo and asked him.

“Of course!” Su Mo replied firmly.

“Oh no! That’s it!” Feng Guang’s face turned ghastly pale. He felt that he had a bleak future in front of him.

“Elder Feng, I am going back to work on my cultivation. I shall not keep you company!” Su Mo shook his head. In a flash, he was back at his own palace.

After Su Mo returned to his palace, he went into the Bangle Space to try to merge the different properties together.

“I hope I can merge them together soon!”

Su Mo sat cross-legged and looked helpless. If he was unable to merge the water, wood, and fire properties together, he would not have confidence in being able to get the Ancient Demon’s heart.

According to what he had heard from Saint Zhen Xian, it would be a test for Sun Moon Tribe and the seven big forces when the Ancient Demons Cemetery opened up. There would be many top powers and geniuses who would be participating, including those from Sun Moon Inner Tribe.

If Su Mo was not powerful enough, it would be impossible for him to obtain the Ancient Demon’s heart.

Thus, he could not afford to waste his time and had to hasten his speed in merging the Dark Forces of the different properties together.

Su Mo was frustrated. His main purpose of coming to the Ming Xu Galaxy was to get near to Qingxuan and help her regain her memory.

However, he had ended up having so many things to settle!

The men from Empty Sky Sect would probably take the opportunity to deal with him at the Ancient Demons Cemetery.

After a while, Su Mo shook his head and pushed aside all distractions. He then started to merge the Dark Forces together.

The Dark Forces circled around his fingers and he tried several times to merge the Dark Forces of the water and wood together.

The Dark Forces exploded even though Su Mo had only activated a bit of Dark Force. Although the Dark Forces were as thin as a strand of hair, the explosions were forceful.

After several attempts, Su Mo finally found a balance between the two Dark Forces.

As Su Mo had prior experience merging the earth and metal properties and the wood and fire properties together, it did not pose much problem for him to merge the water and wood properties together.

After several hours of attempts, Su Mo finally managed to merge the water and wood properties together and they remained stable for up to 100 breaths.

Su Mo stopped trying to hold them together for a longer period of time. Since he had successfully merged the water and wood properties together, he would have to try to merge the fire property to them. He wanted to be able to merge the three types of property together.

That was the most difficult part and Su Mo did not have any confidence in being able to do so.

However, he knew that once he succeeded in merging the three properties together, his strength would shoot up. He would be many times more powerful than if he had advanced to Rank 2 Martial Honored Realm.

“Water and fire restrict each other and wood forms a balance…!”

Su Mo muttered to himself. Among the three different types of property, the water and fire properties restricted each other. However, the two types of property merged well with the wood property.

Thus, the wood property acted as a stabilizer to prevent the water and fire properties from clashing with each other.

Su Mo ran through his thoughts quickly. He had a lot of ideas. After a long while, he started to merge the properties again.

He lifted his hand and green light circled above his second finger. That was the Dark Force of the wood property. Blue light circled above his thumb and that was the Dark Force of the water property. The red light, which was the Dark Force of the fire property, circled above his middle finger.

Very slowly, Su Mo moved his thumb and middle finger to his second finger and the water and fire Dark Forces touched the Dark Force of the wood property.

From what Su Mo understood, he would have a higher success rate if he merged them at the same time compared to trying to merge them separately.

Soon, the three Dark Forces came together and slowly merged with one another.
