Chapter 1178 Teal Smoke Martial Soul
Wu Xian was fighting with experts of the Firmament Palace in the distance. She lifted her slender hands and then a large palm print squashed an expert into bloody mist on the spot.
Then, she collected the dead expert’s martial soul.
“Eh?” Seeing Su Mo trying to kill her again, Wu Xian glared at him with hostility and aggression.
Instead of avoiding him, she chose to meet him head-on. Su Mo was strong, but not so strong as to cause her to fear.
“Silver-Moon Palm!” She raised her tender hands again and a large palm print, like a silver moon penetrating the air, found its way toward Su Mo.
The large palm print had taken in the profuse energy of the Moon so that its might swept everything with a terrific force.
“Break!” Su Mo picked up his speed. With a roar, he swung the Demonic Sword in his hand, and the sword Qi smashed the large palm print into pieces.
“Frightening!” Wu Xian frowned. Now that she was face to face with Su Mo, she finally felt that his power was overwhelming.
Seeing Su Mo approaching her quickly, Wu Xian also used her martial soul and an illusory shadow soared up behind her.
Wu Xian’s martial soul was more than illusory. It turned out to be a wisp of teal smoke rather than a silver moon.
The most amazing thing was that the teal smoke martial soul was also Rank 9 Heaven Class.
Swoosh!
Wu Xian disappeared all of a sudden as if she had really turned into a wisp of teal smoke, so misty that there was no trace of her.
“Eh?” Su Mo stopped and knitted his brows, thinking “How weird!”
Large palm prints suddenly popped up from all sides and aggressively charged at Su Mo.
The attacks were fairly imposing—it was as if they had appeared from nowhere. They went through the air and besieged Su Mo.

“Amazing speed!” Su Mo’s senses were very sharp, but he could only vaguely feel that Wu Xian was moving quickly around him.
She was so fast that he could not pinpoint where she actually was.
Faced with the incoming attacks, the 28 Natal Spiritual Swords began to spin quickly.
Heavy sword Qi surged up and down on all sides and shattered all the palm prints in an instant.
Su Mo looked in the distance and saw that the Immortal Bird had managed to hold Wu Tianyu off but would not be able to do so for long.
The Immortal Bird’s power was unimaginable. Each of its claws was so unbearably sharp that it could break a huge mountain.
The claw shadows flew all over the place, hitting the hurricane column non-stop. Only the sky-rending sound could be heard.
The Immortal Bird was strong, but it could not breach the overpowering hurricanes that had wrapped around Wu Tianyu.
Moreover, under the attack of the hurricanes, the Immortal Bird could only rely on its speed and dodge from time to time.
It was safe to say that the Immortal Bird was bound to lose; it was just a matter of time.
Su Mo did not expect the Immortal Bird to defeat Wu Tianyu. As long as it held him off a bit longer, it was fine.
In the distance, people were fighting all the way up in the sky and down on the ground.
Sikong Yan met a powerful genius from the Sorcerer tribe. The man was not as good as Wu Tianyu and Wu Xian, but he was powerful indeed.
“Die!”
Sikong Yan bellowed and appeared to have turned into a man of fire with flames enfulfing his body. He moved along with the leaping waves of fire and burned everything to ashes wherever he went as he held a long saber held in his hand.
The genius from the Sorcerer tribe was not intimidated at all and kept engaging Sikong Yan with his fists, landing deafening blows.

Meanwhile, Jiang Fengran ran a like a gust of wind, his wind blades killing one genius after another. Nobody could survive ten moves from him.
Xi’er, Long Teng and Zhan Luan had to face more than 20 geniuses of the Sorcerer tribe each. The fighting was getting more intense.
The masters of the nine palaces, like Xi’er, were rather powerful. After all, they had cultivated the legacy handed down from ancient emperors, so they were undoubtedly stronger than ordinary geniuses of the Sorcerer tribe.
From time to time, however, in the face of the successive attacks, they had close calls. They had no problem warding them off but were in no position to push back.
Experts such as Empress of the North Sea and Jiu Chubei fought with much more difficulty.
In such short period of time, several weaker experts died a grim death with their bodies smashed into nothing.
Were it not for Long Teng and the others who had managed to assail the top masters of the Sorcerer tribe, the others would have fallen.
When the Immortal Bird arrived, the bald man and the black-robed middle-aged man, who were two of the three Demons of the Wild Deserts, had also made an appearance. They showed their true colors and joined the battle against the geniuses of the Sorcerer tribe.
The bald man was actually a giant elephant from the ancient times whose power was unquestionable. The black-robed middle-aged man was actually an Eight-winged Drake, like a cross between a snake and a dragon. It was 100 meters long and had a monstrous face.
It currently had six wings on its back, and it would not take long for it to evolve into a real eight-winged monster.
With the help of the two monsters, the people of the Firmament Palace felt much relieved.
However, as a whole, they were still at a disadvantage and would fail sooner or later.
Su Mo also felt anxious. He had to deal with Wu Xian first in order to turn the situation around. Otherwise, they would be defeated if the battle dragged on.
He immediately triggered his Ghostly Magic Sight without delay. His eerie green eyes glistened and swept around.
Wu Xian stopped attacking and turned into a wisp of teal smoke, dancing around fairly quickly.
Obviously, she knew that Su Mo was too powerful and she had to wait for the best timing to kill him.
While using Ghostly Magic Sight, Su Mo’s eyesight became ten times more acute and he instantly focused on Wu Xian. With the corner of his mouth twitching, he intended to deal a decisive blow to this woman.
Su Mo kept looking around as if he could not pinpoint her location.
“Slash!”
All of a sudden, Su Mo snapped and the Billion Demonic Sword turned backward.
Whoosh!
In an instant, a current of sharp sword Qi shot out and hacked the void behind him.
Meanwhile, the 28 Natal Spiritual Swords formed a greater star formation in space and followed the sword Qi to attack.
It was not enough. Su Mo widened the Sun Realm by 3,000 meters to encircle Wu Xian in case she was able to fend it off.
Though the Sun Realm was weakened as it was widened, it still had a role to play.
Su Mo used his final hit without any mercy. As his 11 martial souls were now at their best, his attacks and the star formation could send out power strong enough to kill Wu Xian.
His goal, however, was to capture Wu Xian rather than kill her.
“What?” Wu Xian screamed in astonishment as a series of blows rained on her.
She never though that Su Mo would be able to pinpoint her location. It was impossible!
Although she was not as strong as Wu Tianyu, thanks to her Teal Smoke Martial Soul, even Wu Tianyu would still take some time to defeat her.
