Su Mo was helpless about this. It seemed that he could only capture those residuals.
He then asked some more about the skill and then let them leave.
Short thereafter, he summoned Hai Mingjiang to send men to capture the Netherworld Devil Sect residuals who learned this skill.
Hai Mingjiang then left to execute the order.
The Sky-sea Pavilion had a large number of employees all over the world, and Hai Mingjiang could still command them to do this since he was the elder of the Firmament Palace.
In the next few months, many Netherworld Devil Sect residuals were killed or captured.
Martial King Realm residuals were captured back to the Firmament Palace.
Residuals lower than the Martial King Realm were killed directly.

In the meantime, the news that the Icy Palace of North Sea offended Su Mo spread around the Firmament World.
The other powers immediately ordered their disciples not to offend any Firmament Palace members.
The Firmament Palace was dominating this world and held the world in awe.
Su Mo lived an easy life after he let Hai Mingjiang handle the business.

Not from a worldbuilding and character standpoint however, for that you need time. Oh, the keyboards (and computers) that the observer destroys are not real and only exists in story to have an excuse to easily end this story at the end of NaNoWriMo. I also personally like reading LitRPG stories, so this isn't meant to hate them.
